34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time?Idk seems much more likely to me that the large difference in percentage is due women under 65 dating men over 65, the same trend as we see throughout all the age groups. | /r/AllPillDebate | 27/02/23 11:12 PM
34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time?Older women do have problems. Around the age of 60 it flips, and much more women are single than men. It's just that they don't care, single women stop dating as they get older. The article does a pretty good job at explaining where the discrepancies are. | /r/AllPillDebate | 27/02/23 10:46 PM
34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time? What does being celibate have to do with this study about being single? Pew research actually did a study on sex lives. They were trying to find out how it was possible for men to be having more sex than women, on average. They found that men's numbers are skewed by a few men having very high numbers and those same men exaggerating. If you control for those inaccuracies the numbers are pretty much equal. | /r/AllPillDebate | 27/02/23 10:02 PM
34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time?I believe it | /r/AllPillDebate | 24/02/23 12:41 AM
34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time?Ah gotcha, hard to tell when people are serious about their crazy opinions on this site. You wouldn't believe some of the conversations I've had, people are so angry and they don't even know why anymore. Echo chambers radicalizing people left and right. | /r/AllPillDebate | 23/02/23 11:35 PM
34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time?Idk why you'd generalize women by the feminist subs, those people are the most extreme of all of them. | /r/AllPillDebate | 23/02/23 11:18 PM
34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time? They're still dating men during those years. They're just dating older men, above 30. | /r/AllPillDebate | 23/02/23 11:08 PM
34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time? You have an actual response or you just gonna waste my time with your arrogance? | /r/AllPillDebate | 23/02/23 11:02 PM
34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time?Less sexual partners, not less sex. Which would make sense, because they're in relationships. | /r/AllPillDebate | 23/02/23 10:05 PM
34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time?I've got one, the government needs to regulate dating apps. Similarly to how they regulate social media, perhaps even more regulated. Evolution is slow, we're moving too fast. There are some pretty serious unintended consequences and the illusion of opportunity that dating apps offer is starting to have a huge effect. There's a reason all the dating apps stopped sharing the findings of their studies a decade ago. They were showing how detrimental the apps were. The government should look into th… | /r/AllPillDebate | 23/02/23 09:57 PM
34% of women and 63% of men are single. Please explain how this does NOT mean multiple women are marrying/dating the same man at the same time?Probably because you conveniently left out the word "young" in that title. Those percentages are specific to the 20-30 age group, women are just dating older men. If victimization is truly happening we wouldn't need to change the title. | /r/AllPillDebate | 23/02/23 09:50 PM
Q4W - In what ways do single women over 30-ish have it harder than single men of the same age?Well that explains all the bitterness. Nobody in this sub debates anything, they just point fingers at each other. I'm leaving | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 04:34 PM
Society has failed (Men).Ah gotcha. I think the fact that nobody discourages it can lead to that type of behavior, but to be honest I'm not sure why many women have gotten nastier and nastier over the year. Maybe because they're taught that men are pigs? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 04:30 PM
Q4W - In what ways do single women over 30-ish have it harder than single men of the same age?Well this sub is about comparing our two experiences so you might be in the wrong place to do that | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 05:56 AM
Society has failed (Men).Well I live in an area that's more superficial than most, I think. So I concede that. I'm only speaking from my own experience, I'm not trying to generalize women everywhere. When I travel I seem to find better quality women who care less about superficial characteristics and more about personality. I'm not sure how it is around the country as a whole though. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 04:42 AM
Society has failed (Men).True, but follow the upvotes. It's more common than you'd think. I hear it a lot when I hang out around women. At this point it seems like they're even more sexualizing than men, it's all they talk about. Never "he's such a nice guy" or "he really makes me laugh", it's always superficial. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 04:04 AM
Society has failed (Men).I've experienced it many times out at clubs or bars. A girl will say "ew" and all her friends will laugh. Just for saying hi. Happens mostly around alcohol but it happens and nobody comes to defend me because I'm a man, I should be able to take it. Sound familiar? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 03:59 AM
Society has failed (Men).Look one main comment up to see a woman saying that. They don't say it to us but they say it amongst their friends, then turn around and tell us the opposite | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 03:56 AM
Society has failed (Men). There are far more male killers than female killers. It's not even close. Let's not pretend it's remotely comparable, it discredits our argument. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 03:54 AM
Society has failed (Men).Have you seen the male beauty industry? You can't use that argument in perpetuity, things have changed. You want to see the current status of the beauty industry? Go to the gym. Tell me how that gender ratio is. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 03:49 AM
Society has failed (Men).Maybe that's because all those things you mentioned are superficial, most are out of the realm of possibility for a large portion of men, and society has been shitting on men for decades for even mentioning our physical preferences in the vein of that conversation but somebody asks you what you like and that's your default. Men have been put under so much pressure to like less superficial characteristics and I think we've been pretty successful, women should try to. That being said, I understand… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 03:47 AM
Society has failed (Men).Would love for this comment right here to get a reply, it's a good point. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 03:43 AM
Society has failed (Men).Or the ones that don't want to | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 03:42 AM
Society has failed (Men).It definitely helps, but there's a limit. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 03:40 AM
Society has failed (Men).I think generally men suffer from a complete lack of feedback coupled with these conflicting ideals of "be yourself, self-improve, be patient and they'll realize their mistakes, women care about intelligence, women want a gentleman, there's someone out there for everyone" and a bunch of other platitudes we're told growing up that turns out to be false. So when we fail after trying everything we can (due to the aforementioned lack of feedback) we blame ourselves. We must not be good enough, no ma… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/22 03:38 AM
What kinks are a dealbreaker for you?I doubt people that are uncomfortable with kinks are actively including them in their sex life. Seems very counterintuitive and being comfortable is an essential part of sex. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/01/22 12:36 AM
Would you indulge your man in his cuckold fetish if he had one? Can't really Google it here at work but regardless of whether or not it's true, that's the stereotype so it feeds into the fetish. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/01/22 11:21 PM
Would you indulge your man in his cuckold fetish if he had one?Degrading the woman is not usually part of the cuck fantasy. "Cuck" is referring to the man, not the woman. It's because black men are considered more dominant, typically have larger dicks to please the woman (a lot of cucks get off on their woman getting off), it's somewhat taboo in America unfortunately, and it's just more exotic and rare. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/01/22 10:49 PM
Would you indulge your man in his cuckold fetish if he had one?A lot of kink shaming in this thread. A whole shit ton of kink shaming. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/01/22 10:43 PM
| -1 | Why are men okay with their young sons being sexual but not the other way around? You saw one video of a rapper's kid, read the YouTube comments (historically inappropriate comments) and generalized to all men? That's an issue. What a double standard, why didn't you say "Why are grown women okay being sexual with young children"? I would never allow my 7 year old son to be sexual in any way. He needs to learn appropriate boundaries. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/01/22 07:08 PM |
Do most promiscuous women know that men will sleep with anything or are they really that delusional?Ya that's my point, they're being used for sex. Girls promise are leading them on making them think they want a relationship, when really they just want sex. It's happened to me a ton of times. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/01/22 01:55 AM
Do most promiscuous women know that men will sleep with anything or are they really that delusional? Some men are predators, some men are victims. All of them are getting used the same way so it comes down to their intensions. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 31/12/21 04:14 PM
Men overestimate how "easy" it is for women to date. It is much harder than they think.Again, not arguing with you. Never disagreed with you at all. I just said your "advice" was fucking obvious. And you're going around making assumptions again, I'm not desperate at all. I get plenty of action, I'm just looking for a different type. You want to pretend you're so much better than everyone here, must make you feel high and mighty huh? Ego issues I guess. Giving shit "advice" like it isn't obvious while fucking up your grammar so it's half impossible to tell what you're saying. Then … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/12/21 03:13 AM
Men overestimate how "easy" it is for women to date. It is much harder than they think. When people give advice like you were giving it's patronizing, because it's not advice that we need. It assumes we're completely clueless, and that's why we're struggling. It's insulting. That's what I'm trying to get across to you. You assumed I had a certain opinion of women and that's my problem. My problem isn't that at all, my problem is opportunity. I would do just fine with women if I knew where to find them in a socially acceptable place to get to know them. "Hobbies" is not an answer th… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/12/21 02:55 AM
Men overestimate how "easy" it is for women to date. It is much harder than they think. You're confusing me with someone else. Idk where you got the prisoners and old ladies part, I was confused when you mentioned that earlier too. I think you've been responding to the wrong person for some time now | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/12/21 02:38 AM
Men overestimate how "easy" it is for women to date. It is much harder than they think.I'm no disagreeing, I just think it's obvious advice. "Do your own hobbies and get to know women" isn't really groundbreaking. You really think the single men here don't know that? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/12/21 02:24 AM
Men overestimate how "easy" it is for women to date. It is much harder than they think.Well then this discussion is pointless, I don't need someone to advise me to do my own hobbies... | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/12/21 06:37 PM
Men overestimate how "easy" it is for women to date. It is much harder than they think.Well when you've tried as many hobbies as I've tried, there's tons of men and very few single women, you tend to generalize the single women as a group. It's a pervasive pattern, it would be ignorant to pretend it doesn't exist. So what do single women like to do? It ain't any of the hobbies I tried, and I went deep into the trough. Cooking lessons and hiking clubs even | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/12/21 06:33 PM
Men overestimate how "easy" it is for women to date. It is much harder than they think.Try Hinge and Bumble instead of tinder, I promise you that you'll get matches a plenty | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/12/21 06:30 PM
Men overestimate how "easy" it is for women to date. It is much harder than they think. While I agree with you, that's not really an option for me. I've tried maybe 15 different groups and hobbies, there's never any single girls there. They go with their significant others or not at all. Idk what hobbies girls actually have that overlap with a typical guy's hobbies. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/12/21 06:26 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Ya I mean guys go sexless for years sometimes, despite trying hard to find something. Personally I've been looking for a relationship for 3 years and haven't been close, the first two years I was sexless. So even though the girl I finally slept with used me, my self esteem at the time was so low from all the failure that it really helped boost my selfworth and confidence. I think that's different for women though. Sex is more accessible so it doesn't do much for their self confidence when they g… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/12/21 02:39 AM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Aw shucks, thank you! | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/12/21 12:08 AM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all. There are a ton of men on this very post who speak about women as if they are an object to acquire and use | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 09:32 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided?Yep, and it's all a lie. Hits pretty hard when you find out | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 08:47 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided?Pretty sure a guy posted this | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 08:46 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided?Intelligence doesn't actually matter all that much in my experience | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 08:46 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided?Thought you were taking the day off? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 08:42 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided?Okay but you JUST said that girls have a specific type, so wouldn't it make sense that you see "mismatched" couples because you don't find the guy as attractive as his girlfriend does? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 08:40 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided?Statistically appearance is far more important to women than it is to men, actually. Idk how men got the bad reputation, all the data shows that women are much more selective when it comes to appearances. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 08:38 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided? Are you a woman? Because if so you're statistically far more likely to think a man is average. Maybe these other guys don't consider the man average and that's where the discrepancy is. Lately I've noticed that girls call like 90% of men "average" | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 08:35 PM
Why is it considered insulting to be called "husband material" by women but it's a considered a compliment when women get called "wife material"?Better than "you're like my ugly friend" which is what it really means lol | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 04:18 PM
Why is it considered insulting to be called "husband material" by women but it's a considered a compliment when women get called "wife material"?It's usually followed by a conversation where in no uncertain terms they clearly tell you that you aren't for them. "Some lucky girl out there will wife you up some day!" or some peppy bullshit that disguises a rejection lol. It's a nice way to reject somebody but it's still a rejection | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 04:11 PM
Why is it considered insulting to be called "husband material" by women but it's a considered a compliment when women get called "wife material"?It's actually really common, girls used to say it all the time while I was younger, high school through college. It means exactly what the top commenter says, "you're husband material for someone else, I'm busy fucking hotties" | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 04:08 PM
Why is it considered insulting to be called "husband material" by women but it's a considered a compliment when women get called "wife material"?Ya you're just bitter dude. Women are not all like that, you're just angry. Coming from a man | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 04:06 PM
Why is it considered insulting to be called "husband material" by women but it's a considered a compliment when women get called "wife material"?Idk if a guy would take it seriously if you said this because we're so used to it meaning "you're husband material for someone else, not me though" | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 04:03 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.You seem pleasant | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 02:52 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Thank you for sharing. I've heard that in a few different comments from women, but guys seem to disagree. I wonder why there's such a difference | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 12:44 AM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all. That's not what I said at all. I said that maybe sex is more impactful on a man's selfworth than on a woman's. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 11:53 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.? The post says women can easily get sex, it didn't say anything about making money doing it. Looks like he took it down for some reason | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 11:12 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Yes that was the point of my comment, definitely discussing in good faith here | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 10:49 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all. What are you talking about? Who is telling women to be prostitutes in an illegal situation? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 10:49 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Well I guess that's a difference between men and women, because for me it's a hell of a lot better than nothing. Maybe because it's harder for men to get, it makes a larger emotional impact on our selfworth than it does for women. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 10:48 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.I don't really think it's a competition. Men had been the center of attention for thousands of years though, so women aren't going to let go of that attention for a long time. Unfortunately I feel like we're over correcting in some areas but hey, that's what we get for being born now ha | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 09:45 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Ya that second bullet is kind of a Catch-22. It will take time for the culture to shift if it ever does. I don't think it's going to anytime soon. I haven't seen any real movement or discussion on men's issues, it's not our time in the spotlight | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 09:36 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.I shouldn't have to throw my entire life away for the possibility of a relationship. Flip the genders. Women are sick of being propositioned for sex. Rural areas are much more traditional. To their complaints would you say "you can move at any time"? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 09:33 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Haha no I'm definitely not that picky... I live in a pretty modern city in terms of women. They're pretty promiscuous and they don't want relationships. All of my single male friends have been single and struggling for years. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 08:47 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Not for me. I've had periods of desperation where I just got so low and couldn't claw my way out. At least when I was used, somebody liked me for a little bit. Somebody wanted to spend time with me, even if just for my body. When I had nothing it was a crushing feeling. Nobody cared about anything I had to offer. I wasn't good enough no matter how hard I tried. I was a failure. It's probably different for men and women because we're raised with different values. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 08:45 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all. It's not for me, I don't want sex for the sex. I want a relationship with intimacy. There are lots of guys that it would help though. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 08:42 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.I guess that's true. A lot of people I know are fine being single, but I'm not. I've been single for years and I crave intimacy and companionship. As a man we don't really have any emotional support without a partner either. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 08:41 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Ya that's not what I'm saying. I was the one used. It's possible for women to use men too. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 08:39 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.No of course not, I don't think the post is really about that. I think it's trying to give perspective so we can all have sympathy for each other and maybe change our behavior. Women want guys to stop soliciting them for sex constantly and see them as more than an object. That's a fair request. Men want women to recognize their issues of constant loneliness and sympathize with it instead of reducing or ridiculing it. Might be nice if women gave men compliments once in a while (it literally never… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 08:38 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all. That's a very roundabout way of thinking about it but sure, if sex work were legal here it would solve a lot of these issues. I guess this assumes that women don't use men though. Which from personal experience, they definitely do. I've gone through years of loneliness, bettered myself, and am now going through years of being used. So I would have basically been paying a high price until some girl finally wanted to give a relationship a chance. Also, I'm not dumb, I know a lot of these girls mig… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 07:46 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Not always, lots of women want sex just for sex. I'm a man and I've been used far more times than a woman has actually wanted something real. That being said, I understand how frustrating it is. I just think it's much worse to get absolutely nothing, I've been there. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 07:29 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Ah well we have a difference of opinion then. I've experienced both and being alone for years has been far more crushing than getting used for years. I'm a man though so I have a different perspective. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 07:18 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Ya, they would. Because they've never been complimented before. They've never had anyone care romantically about them, at all. Do you know what that does to a person? It's much worse than annoyance, it's downright debilitating. And blaming it on them by calling them a "hermit loner" is reductive, some people just aren't traditionally attractive. A lot of men fall into that category, statistically way more than women. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 07:16 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.So you haven't experienced either? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 07:07 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Nobody is arguing that either is a good option. They both suck. The post is a discussion post about which sucks more | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 07:01 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all. It's a discussion post. I've experienced both and I can tell you that being lonely for years is way worse. It eats at you, constantly, and never lets up. Takes over your whole being. People tell you to have more self confidence but how? You have no reason to. You say that men lack emotional depth but sounds like you can't put yourself in their shoes either. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 07:00 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.How do you know, have you experienced both? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 06:58 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.I'm a man. I've been lonely and sexless for years at a time. I've also had periods where I've been used for sex a lot. Being used sucks, makes me feel like an object where my desires and emotions don't matter. I don't like being lied to, getting my hopes up, and having them dashed without closure (because they ghost, on to the next one) over and over again. That being said, it's significantly better than getting zero intimacy at all. That shit eats at your soul. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 06:57 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all. That's true, but they're having sex with some of the ones that offer. They're not turning them all down | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 06:54 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Kind of an unfair comparison, women want to have sex with the people they're having sex with. It just doesn't come with a relationship attached. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 06:54 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.If it were legal, ya. Considering the direction dating is taking I give it 20 years before legalizing sex work starts hitting political discussion hard. Too many men without any prospects | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 06:52 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Would you rather never be offered it despite working hard to be your best self? Honest question, because that's what this post is about. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 06:51 PM
Do men care about how much a woman makes in ltr?If that happened to me I'd feel lucky. I make a good income, I'm proud of it. If I found a woman that made the same or more I'd be fucking rich, no complaints here | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 05:13 PM
If availability/practicality/social stigma is no obstacle, do men prefer virgins/chaste women for marriage? What proportion?Nobody said to marry a hoe either, look for someone with a healthy amount of experience. I'm 30, so any number under 30 is fine with me. Maybe even 50 if I like the girl, my number is around 25. Call me a man whore but I wasn't sitting around waiting for a girlfriend that never happened. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/12/21 04:56 PM
Women who claim there are no good men on dating apps or that all men want on there is sex are showing that they are low value. You're looking at it far too unemotional, but I understand. Only a psychopath could go through it all unscathed. I've had so much hurt that emotionally distancing myself from the situation helps me evaluate logically. So from a purely logical standpoint: I still think you're asking too much of men. You're asking average men to improve themselves in order to match the peak of men in a few short years. Despite the "peak of men" being defined (at a glance) by height, wealth, charisma, and good look… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/12/21 05:21 AM
If availability/practicality/social stigma is no obstacle, do men prefer virgins/chaste women for marriage? What proportion?Sure, I guess I meant to say you can't fairly judge them negatively without being a hypocrite. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/12/21 03:01 AM
If availability/practicality/social stigma is no obstacle, do men prefer virgins/chaste women for marriage? What proportion?A tale as old as time | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/12/21 02:07 AM
If availability/practicality/social stigma is no obstacle, do men prefer virgins/chaste women for marriage? What proportion?Sure but if you're both being promiscuous and you think she's "dirty" but you aren't, you're a hypocrite. I'm not okay with being a hypocrite. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/12/21 02:06 AM
If availability/practicality/social stigma is no obstacle, do men prefer virgins/chaste women for marriage? What proportion? The 1960s morals that you're seeking are over. If you want a chaste woman while you're whoring around, you're gonna be searching for a long time. Chaste women want chaste men. Mathematically it doesn't even work out if guys can be promiscuous but women can't, it takes two to tango. You want to eat your cake and have it too, good luck chasing that pipe dream. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 11:23 PM
If availability/practicality/social stigma is no obstacle, do men prefer virgins/chaste women for marriage? What proportion?Ya I used to be like that too, but that type of jealousy and disgust isn't healthy. It's an internal problem you need to fix. You can't judge others for things you've done yourself. If the act itself was "icky" then you wouldn't have done it either. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 09:00 PM
Q4M: How would you alter this dating advice for women? If you go around picking bad boys over good guys for a decade, don't be surprised when there's no good guys left to marry you. This kind of shit causes a lot of hurt feelings, you can't just fall back on them when you're done fucking around. They'll be jaded. Switch the genders and it's the same argument from women. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 08:58 PM
If availability/practicality/social stigma is no obstacle, do men prefer virgins/chaste women for marriage? What proportion? In my experience men that want virgins are typically inexperienced themselves. They're still holding on to this notion of "purity", and that goes away after you've been around yourself. If you've had the virgin experience you know it's not that great, and really nothing to strive for | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 08:52 PM
If availability/practicality/social stigma is no obstacle, do men prefer virgins/chaste women for marriage? What proportion?Well you and I have VERY different social circles then. Anyone that's had sex with someone inexperienced like a virgin knows that's it's generally terrible. Downright boring. I'd much rather date someone with a healthy amount of experience under their belt. It doesn't effect my self-esteem one bit, they're way better in bed, and they won't wonder "what if" for the rest of their lives. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 08:51 PM
Women who claim there are no good men on dating apps or that all men want on there is sex are showing that they are low value. My point is that it's never going to happen. Never in history has there been an example of people abstaining from sex unless it was religiously motivated. It's an unrealistic expectation and distracts from actual viable solutions to the issue. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 08:30 PM
Women who claim there are no good men on dating apps or that all men want on there is sex are showing that they are low value.True, but the only examples of that are in highly religious countries. Do you want to be ruled by religious rules that strict so you can get laid? I don't. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 07:53 PM
A floor in the thinkingSpeak for yourself, money and status go a long way for me and most modern men. Most modern women aren't staying behind to take care of the house anymore. I want my partner to do her part in some way. That's why she's a "partner". | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 07:49 PM
A floor in the thinkingHeavily disagree. There are plenty of girls in my area with double D's and blue eyes. Unfortunately they all come with shit for personality, they've never needed one. I'll take the educated one every day of the week, tits be damned. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 05:54 PM
A floor in the thinkingYes it is, but the opposite way you think. Statistically men, on average, will rate 50% of women as above average. Their ratings are normally distributed. Woman, on the other hand, rank 20% of men as above average. Their ratings are heavily skewed left, only 5% are actually considered attractive to any given woman. So yes, women have to be hot. So do men, to an even greater degree. The difference is that men find farrrr more women attractive than women find men attractive. That's why there's suc… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 05:50 PM
Women who claim there are no good men on dating apps or that all men want on there is sex are showing that they are low value. What man in their right mind would decide to forgo sex with multiple partners for the betterment of society lol. That's an unrealistic expectation, it's not gonna happen. Of course higher men aren't thinking of lower men, that's evolution. The survival of the fittest, asking anything less would be asking people to go against their nature. It's just not gonna happen. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/12/21 04:32 PM
Women who claim there are no good men on dating apps or that all men want on there is sex are showing that they are low value. Why would they if they aren't looking for a monogamous relationship? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 05:53 PM
More data about increases in celibacyThat's a pretty derivative way to approach the concept of love. I would think you'd be looking for a person you want to spend your future with, not "an investment". Women can sense when you treat them like objects or prizes. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 07:25 AM
Women who claim there are no good men on dating apps or that all men want on there is sex are showing that they are low value. So instead of asking someone to like something they don't, you're recommending we ask all men everywhere to reject what they like by turning down sex from attractive women...makes sense | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 05:32 AM
Women who claim there are no good men on dating apps or that all men want on there is sex are showing that they are low value.Yes, but the issue is that the "attractive enough" scale has shifted way too far since the advent of dating apps. Girls now have a massive pool of men who are, on average, more willing to pursue them. Whether it be for a relationship or sex, doesn't matter. Tons of high quality guys pursue them which naturally drives their selfworth up. Of course years of sleeping with the best men would make a woman think she deserves a male model. Even if no relationship has ever come from all the short term e… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 05:07 AM
More data about increases in celibacyName the time and place bro | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 04:32 AM
More data about increases in celibacyOh I misunderstood. I still feel like maturity and age difference are the leading factors though. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 04:30 AM
More data about increases in celibacyThat stat seems misleading in the wrong way to me, something like 75% of live dating app profiles are owned by men. A 10% difference in usage seems misleading. I'd assume it's skewed because women are far less active on the apps, they don't need them | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 04:29 AM
More data about increases in celibacyHard disagree. Depends on maturity | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 04:26 AM
More data about increases in celibacyThe rule is supposedly half your age plus 7, which puts you at 19.5. However you have to adjust that a little based on maturity. I don't know this girl but the average 19 year old girl is significantly less mature than the average 25 year old guy. That's where the problem would lie. Honestly you wouldn't want to date someone less mature than you anyways, it's a nightmare. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 04:25 AM
More data about increases in celibacySince when have college boys wanted to date high school girls? Let me see the numbers on this, that's never been my experience. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 04:23 AM
The hotter she is, the more insecure she is"Decent" hasn't been acceptable in a long time. If you want an exceptional woman you have to be an exceptional man. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 04:08 AM
Can Average Men Date and Have Sex Just Like Average Women?Average men lack options because slightly above average men will sleep with average women. Slightly-above-average women do not sleep with average men. I think that's somewhat of a measure of desperation, at least as a comparison between men and women. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 03:44 AM
Can Average Men Date and Have Sex Just Like Average Women? In this day and age men, on average, are getting more and more desperate I concede to your other point though, maybe cunnilingus is the answer we're all searching for | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/21 03:40 AM
Holy shitWasn't really that situation, they still never talked to me again. Someone always takes the friends in a breakup, and they knew she fucked up but they were her friends more than mine. Also never reprimanded her to her face as far as I know, but they did go out of their way to tell me what she did was wrong. So they took my side, but they were still loyal to the girls if that makes sense. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 29/10/20 12:19 AM
Holy shitI've been cheated on twice, half my relationships. I don't have a lot of female friends, but the majority went out of their way to tell me she was wrong. They didn't stop being friends with her or anything, but they were pissed and didn't take her side. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 28/10/20 06:27 PM
Holy shitI mean I don't support that behavior, but that song is a banger. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 28/10/20 06:23 PM
Holy shitWhat religion do you know of that teaches this? Because I remember a lot of "adultery is bad and you're going to hell" from the Bible, and seems the Qaran has a thing for stoning adulterous women | /r/PussyPassDenied | 28/10/20 06:21 PM
Holy shitYou have not seen "women" say this, because it takes a certain level of immaturity to have this opinion. You've seen girls say this. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 28/10/20 06:20 PM
