Good to keep in mind. It's easy to lose sight of the fact that The Red Pill is supposed to be a guideline for life, not one's whole life. And I couldn't have done it without first taking myself too seriously I believe living a good life is a balancing act between taking yourself seriously enough to have the will to improve yourself, but not so seriously that you're never satisfied. We don't get long on this earth. We might as well enjoy our time here. Taking steps to improve yourself should lead…

I agree that sending a text the day after like that wouldn't help your case legally. I am talking about preventing legal action in the first place. Sending a text the day after is an attempt to make her feel like it wasn't a forced situation. Hopefully it can help her realize that she had some fun.

You hate to see it. Hope everything works out for you. In today's world, men need to do everything they can to avoid getting put into these situations. For me, avoiding these situations mainly consists of keeping contact with a girl after doing anything sexual with her. Usually, this consists of a simple text saying how I had fun and hopefully she did too. This makes her feel better about me, and it can make her feel more comfortable about the experience.

These programs are designed for the most strength gain. Working out all the time with low weight and high reps will still get you stronger, but not nearly as fast as the programs I mentioned above. In the long run, I would recommend putting on a large amount of muscle using the linear progression programs first. It's definitely not the only way to do it, but it's what I would do if I was in your shoes. List I said before, I am no expert by any means. I can only talk about the things that worked …

I'm probably not the most qualified to answer this, but I'll do my best to point you in the right direction. Most people underestimate how much muscle they carry. You can find out where you stand by looking at a strength standards table. Once you know where you stand, you have a decision to make. You can make lots of progress in a short amount of time when you first start lifting. I would recommend doing a linear progression program like Starting Strength or Greyskull LP. For nutrition, I would …

Dude: I do stand up comedy. I agree with you. If a guy just said that to a girl it probably wouldn't go over well. If you wanted to use the comedy thing to your advantage, it would have to come up in the conversation more organically. With a little practice, I think it would be pretty easy to lead into talking about occupations, or stand up in general. That being said, it's probably still a good idea to have a stock reply to "tell me something funny" just in case.

"So when are you going to have a six-pack?", "When do you get that V shape that's so hot?" If you lift right and eat right, a six pack is an incredibly realistic goal. Now is the perfect time to start. It gets mentioned a lot in around here, but IMO intermittent fasting is the way to go. Check out lean gains. You sound like you have enough muscle built up to do a solid cut. Start eating at a slight caloric deficit (you can find specifics on the lean gains website) and keep working out. If you ar…

Doing stand up would give you something interesting to talk about with a girl too. They would picture you on stage and immediately envision you making everyone laugh. Not only will they think everything else you have to say that night is funnier, but they will respect you for putting yourself out there and doing something interesting.

There are very few movies I have seen that make the mother the villain. I would imagine if a movie with a similar plot was released today, the SJWs would be all over it. Thanks for pointing out some entertainment that promotes RP thinking.

This is extremely good advice. I've never really put much thought into aftercare. It would make the girl feel better about what happened too. By letting the girl know you had a good time, it lets her know there is nothing to be ashamed of.

What is a good "trp" workout plan? This post opened my eyes to so much, I'm sure I'm not following an optimum plan. I've been lifting on and off for a few years, but seriously for 4 months if that helps anyone with recommendations.

You seem like you need to stop focusing on girls for a while. Make yourself better in the interim. Keep lifting, learning new skills, doing good work, etc. Women will become more interested in you if you're not focusing on them, and you will improve your life. Eventually, the desire to date will come back and you will be ready. It makes no sense to keep dating and trying to talk to women if you are not enjoying it.

Some important points in this post. I'm not sure if I agree with the part about eye contact. I always thought you want to build up the sexual tension between you and her. Eye contact seems like the best way to do that.

She is clearly interested in Jack. Being worried about it, and complaining to her about it will only make it worse. It might be hard, but focus on bettering yourself instead of trying to please her. No matter how great she seams to you right now, there are plenty of other girls like her. If you put in the work, you can easily get another one.

When you act confident about something, you set a public challenge for yourself. If you're going to act like you lift big, you better be in the gym every day. It's a good way to motivate yourself, but, like everything, there is a fine line between faking it until you make it, and just being a dick. Don't be that guy that can't back up the shit he says.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
