I haven't been in a divorce but have been taken advantage of from several relationships that have lasted years... I guess my best advice would be to accept it. You probably were taken advantage of, so accept that, allow yourself to feel the hatred, sadness, anger, let it out but don't let it consume you. Sometimes we try to keep things calm and control those feelings but it won't stop until you feel them, and let them out of your system. Once you've dealt with them it will be easier to move on.

Why are your step kids not talking to you? That's horrible, I mean I understand your stbxw wanting a divorce but did she poision the kid's minds as to avoid talking to you? Why would she do that? My man, I'm sorry you are going through this, I know it will sound cliche and maybe you don't want to hear this but, it will be tough for a while, cry if you really need to, and maybe take a couple of days to dwell on that suffering and to cry yourself out, in order to let go of that pain you must first…

She can't get over the resentment or doesn't want to? See here's the thing, she mentioned what the problem was, YOU ADJUSTED and it sort of worked, what is she doing to contribute to fixing the relationship? If it's only you fixing things, my man in the end it won't work. You can try therapy but it seems she wants out just bc she can't let go of her resentment, she needs to go to therapy and deal with her resentment.

This! She already made her mind, nothing you do will change her mind, so just focus on yourself, maybe ask for time to find a new place and to move out in the mean time seak legal representation to see what your options are for the divorce. Try to be as calm as possible, avoid arguments as much as you can. She's clearly checked out and does not value what you did for her now that she earns more than you. It's a hard pill to swallow but her actions demonstrate it.

Sorry to hear about your situation man :/ well I have a friend who is a lawyer and he told me since laws in Mexico are more in favor of the woman it's best to reach an agreement without lawyers so avoid getting her angry or fights... not sure what to do but yeah

I'm thinking I'm going to go this route again. I need to check my legal options. I've been married for 11 years. The only thing I'm scared of is losing my 4 pets.

Yeah it is a great sign of recovery! The best part of it is that now that you are aware of your recovery you also start to notice how peaceful and chill your life is. Sometimes being alone is the best recovery, being alone and not feeling lonely.

I think stress is related to high blood pressure which also makes you dehydrated, a stronger hangover is due to dehydration, if there's less stress, there's lower blood pressure and you're not as dehydrated as you used to. I have no evidence on this lol it's just a theory bc It happened to me. I'm going thru some problems with my wife, also all 4 of my pets got sick and work... so everything has been very stressful and all of a sudden I started having blood pressure problems, getting dizzy from …

I'm not sure about the type of help she was giving me. We just talked, she helped organize my ideas and explained where those feelings and ideas might come from and asked to remember when and why I started feeling this way. That clicked for me and I was able to view in my head when those thoughts started and why, then she asked me to try to let go, I'm not that defenseless kid anymore, so with time, meditation and some crying I learned to let go. There were no exercises from her. I did all mysel…

I went to a psychologist. I had already organized my thoughts and I knew deep in my heart what I wanted to talk about and what was bothering me I just wanted to sort of bounce ideas and from someone smarter than me lol she did help a lot she gave me a viewing angle of things that I hadn't seen before and that helped me let go of a lot of resentment. I did do exercises at home, meditated, wrote the intrusive thought I was having, or recorded it so I wouldn't forget and also I included what I was …

Bad trips are part of life, just like sadness and happiness. I understand that you want to avoid them, but yes be with someone who can take care of you and calm you down in case you have a panic attack or too much anxiety. The most I've done is trip with 2 lsd tabs and had really bad bad trips lol I cried and all vecause I was forced to face all my fears and well at least for me it was like staying in hell with all my fears but then I realized wait, I'm fine, sure I'm here in my own personal hel…

It is... I'm going to trip tomorrow. I found more stuff I need to deal with and understand it... if I can't do it with tomorrow's trip I'll go back to therapy

I went to therapy lol. I suffered from depression and love issues from my dad. I felt like I wasn't recognized by him, I struggled to make him feel proud of me. Selfsteem issues and all the bundle of childhood traumas. I'm still a work in progress learning to let go of so many things. Psychologist helped me understand all those issues and how to move on. What drove me to go to therapy was lsd. I used to take it twice a month last year and even 2 years ago. I have stopped now after therapy I have…

Happened to me and I'm not that attractive. It's all about how you present yourself. How secure you are. Girls feel that predator vibe meaning that they are being chased. Some like it some don't. I don't chase, I don't show interest, nor do I look at them I'm just vibing alone and I have gotten girls come up and talk to me. It has even happened when I'm with my wife, as soon as she leaves to the restroom I have had girls come up and talk to me. That's my experience, I used to chase and get rejec…

Ignore it. And don't chase them. Let them approach you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
