The dating scene for a guy is like being in Mad Max: Fury Road. Except you're not even Max in this scenario. Chad is Mad Max, he's Tom Hardy. And you're one of the War Boys chasing him while he stows away with 6 modelesque women. You're not even one of the cool War Boys who plays the electric guitar, you're the one who gets headshotted by the elderly women riding motorcycles.

Ehh I'm in the middle. I think AMALT but let's also be real here. Being part of the club scene for a bit, most women don't want to be sober when they have random hookups. Most women come into the night knowing they wouldn't dance let alone hookup with anyone unless they were drunk. I'm responsible for how I behave when I'm drunk just as you're responsible for wanting what you want at the moment it happens. You make it sound like women have no agency and that men don't have drunken hookups that t…

No I really appreciate long well thought out responses. It's interesting to get a glimpse into other people's work/home life. I was curious about hybrid especially because it means very different thing depending on the role. My first newgrad job was technically hybrid but I only needed to be in the office a few weeks out of the year so I was practically wfh full time. And I get what you mean. I was living with my parents at the time and I was going crazy. I usually did my work in a cafe and that…

Life is rarely a zero sum game.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/23 11:16 PM

It's true. Divorce rates would indeed be low if every women were as financially dependent on their husbands as they were in the 1950s. On top of the social stigma that divorcees receive.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/23 11:11 PM

Going back in time is a fantasy, yes. You can't be Chad in this generation so you wish you can go back to the days when women lived in complete financial dependence on their husband.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/23 11:07 PM

This seems like a revenge fantasy of yours. You want people locked down when they're barely adults so you can have yourself a pure virginal wife ig. No one feels sorry for you dude. If you wanted a virgin you should've made your moves while you were still in highschool.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/23 11:01 PM

It all depends I guess. It wasn't a typical protestant church. It was in a very rich liberal area and we had a pretty mixed group of white, Asian, and Indian people.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/23 11:00 PM

This was a comment I posted a while back According to Mark Regnerus, a sociologist at the University of Texas, nearly three-quarters of white evangelical teens disapprove of premarital sex, as opposed to half of mainline Protestants and a quarter of Jews... Despite that, evangelicals are the most sexually active of those groups. They lose their virginity younger, at an average age of sixteen, and are less likely to protect against pregnancy or disease... - Peggy Orenstein, Girls & Sex
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/23 10:51 PM

What are you talking about. Its been this way forever. There will always be more guys pursuing girls at any stage in life.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/23 10:47 PM

Most Mormons that I knew married real young. My church was situated in a well-to-do area in NJ and fortunately, they emphasized practical stuff like career and education before dating/marriage. That had the knock-on effect of a lot of girls dating outside the church once they were in late-hs/college but most of the guys remained socially insulated thinking all that stuff was for 'later in life'.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/23 10:44 PM

I grew up in a Protestant environment. Most of the guys will be virgins but the girls won't be.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/23 10:23 PM

My first thought would be them wanting someone just as educated as them but that doesn't make sense, there are more women with advanced degrees than men. Yeah that's interesting. Naw I usually agree with you Lillith but this is such a woman-centric take. Guys especially need to be proactive and take steps to make themselves more attractive. Flirting, courting, and the decorum around dating is its own skill. A reason why so many of the dudes here are bitter in the first place is because they ruminate on why relationships don't fall into their laps the way it does for attractive guys.

Having the same average would be impossible assuming the rates of moving out follow a normal distribution. But you're right, we can have an economic windfall that allows gen Z to move out and catch up to other generations somehow. But right now, all signs point to successive generations hitting developmental milestones much later in life.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 08:19 PM
1

Maybe I didn't explain it that well in my comment but the reasoning is logically sound. If more people from the previous generation had accomplished that milestone earlier, that means more people from this & later generations reach that milestone later.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 07:24 PM
1

They look at their developmental milestones along the way. They ask how many 20 something year olds still live with their parents, examine survey results and compare how many people moved out by that age in the previous generation, see that it's a smaller percentage --> Headline: Gen Z moving out of their parents house later in life.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 03:52 PM
2

That may have been late for your cohort but each successive generation has their stages of development being pushed back. For gen Z, it's much more common to lose their virginity in college/early adulthood, get their license later or not at all, move out of their parent's house later, and marry later in life. If you're interested in learning more, the book iGen by Jean Twenge is a good read.

Everyone start posting cringe Valentine's stories. When I was in junior year high school, one of my buddies bought a teddy bear and flowers for his crush with a note: "From your secret admirer <3". I was tasked to leave it at her seat because we sat next to each other in science. She kept bugging me to tell her who it was from. Was it Andrew? Tell me if it was Andrew. I know it's Andrew, you're just not telling me. Andrew was the guy she was crushing on. Andrew wasn't the guy who sent it 😬

I think I get what you're saying. To be on equal standings with her ex, if the ex hurt her than that means I have to hurt her also? I don't know about that scenario, it feels contrived. Obviously if pain or discomfort is a worry than I wouldn't go through with it. That sounds more like trauma tbh. /r/PurplePillDebate13/02/23 09:23 PM

We're doing anal (or whatever it is in that scenario) I've had this argument before on PPD when I posted an Andrew Shulz clip talking about this exact scenario and the women tried to drag me on this but they just don't understand the man's perspective. You have to feel like #1 in her mind. You feel like less of a man if she's willing to do things for other guys that she won't do for you.

I'm glad that you're taking it in stride in a healthy way. It's just one of those things. But that's... Literally not unconditional... Yep. I think they convince themselves because those emotions spring up unprompted and with such frequency especially when we're younger that it really does feel like some magnetic intrinsic value is imbued in women to make us feel this way so often.

Rip the bandaid off but for the love of god, do not start off with the words,"hey can I tell you something?" you're going to unlock the primordial dread let loose on her by every other chump. Be upfront - I think you're cool let's go on a date. I don't think it makes much of a difference if it's in person or text tbh. Plan for it going either way. CMV: A lot of gold diggers are misclassified party girls. Party girls want new people as much as they want new experiences. They're naturally going to be attracted to rich guys who can let them party on their boat. Gold diggers on the other hand are strategic. Not only do they want fun experiences, they want to climb socially and want you to pay for the accoutrements of their inflated lifestyle.

I’d rather marry a woman who’s culture isn’t based around consumerism This is a misconception around poor countries. Traditional and conservative cultures emphasize gift-giving and the materialistic aspects of a relationship far more than the West. Weddings are grand affairs even in poor countries. The guest lists are giant. A third world wedding is most likely to cost more as a percentage of yearly income within that country than it would in the West. I don’t think you would say that if you cared about your vows I agree with that. knew your hot friend would be a terrible sex/romantic partner. In regards to having sex, I disagree with that big time. That's a projection of women's sexuality on to men. Just the novelty of it is enough to make it worth it. Both of my parents work in healthcare and there is a major push by private corporations like Hackensack Meridian and RWJ to consolidate all the hospitals and treatment centers in New Jersey. It's too complicated to say how big of a factor that plays but even ancient historians knew the most deleterious cohort to society are single young men who are unemployed and unmarried. Civil wars, violent revolts, and crime waves are spearheaded almost unanimously by this cohort. It was a deliberate strategy in the past to offload young men into wars, expeditions, forced labor, and religious obligation in order to reduce internal risks. There's a theory called cultural evolution that states institutions adapt beliefs and practices that allow for its own self-preservation. While men could create the doctrines to be fully self-serving, they can't overdo it and destabilize the religion. One of the most interesting things to come out of this is the normalization of monogamy. Polygyny was the norm in our evolved history. Why would religious leaders codify preventing high status men from having multiple wives? Presumably religious le…

Social proof and having a large social network you can rely on isn't one and the same. And it has everything to do with finding an attractive partner. The dating pool of attractive people in NYC is larger than what I can find in my hometown. Changing nothing about myself or even the size of my own network (since the networks of the respective people you know will be much larger), the likelihood of finding someone attractive who likes me back in NYC is much easier.

I'm sure none of you want to hear a blue pill take but a lot of your dating options and success simply come from the sheer size of your social network. It's something that has consequences on the dating market so it's worth talking about in a gender dynamics sub. Besides that, older woman love to tell men that they only date much younger because they can't attract someone their age bracket. Younger women are more attractive. We don't need to automatically assume manipulation is in the mix. Even young guys understand this.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/23 03:55 PM

It's also a very tangible phenomena. There is palpable forwardness (in a good way) when you date a woman who's in her late 20s. I'm old gen z (24) and I learned of that word playing Overwatch in highschool. Certain characters were overpowered so we were forced to play them in order to win, they'd say in the chat, "stick to meta". Depends on how they use it. If they reference breaking the fourth wall or living in the matrix, it's short hand for meta-awareness or metacognition. But if you're talking about how gen z uses it, they're using the gaming version of the word. The 'meta' is another way of saying the standard or the norm when it comes to best options and best practices. Whenever game devs drop new patches that balance a game, it alters the meta i.e. what everyone uses. Kids lifted the word to have it apply to real …

Objectification is literally viewing a person as an object who lacks autonomy and personhood When I read something like this, it seems awful. When you violate someone's personhood and autonomy, I'm thinking of a guy who sexually assaults women. But that's not the circumstance in which women use that word ever. One of my male coworkers made a comment about one of the speakers at a conference looking hot in her dress, and another coworker said that was objectifying her. Any and all expressions of …

Women use the word objectification as a platitude when men are expressing sexual attraction. Don't give me the 7 core tenets of objectification from Stanford and pretend like you said something. What does a guy who's objectifying a woman do exactly? Be precise.

Can you tell me what a guy who is objectifying woman is actually thinking and doing. Please be specific. No platitudes about him not viewing her as full person. No, tell me exactly which behavior, which words he's saying, and what thoughts you think are running through his head. Your reading comprehension hasn't been great today. \^ You should recall I consider some level of objectification as necessary in a relationship. Women start out as an object of desire. Devoid of any personal information…

There’s a major difference between seeing someone as lacking interior motivation and seeing someone as an individual with agency and self-direction. Can you tell me what a guy who is objectifying woman is actually thinking and doing. Please be specific. No platitudes about him not viewing her as full person. No, tell me exactly which behavior, which words he's saying, and what thoughts you think are running through his head.

Men fall in love with women all the time. That's not what I'm arguing. I'm saying it's sexual attraction comes first and foremost. Men don't fall in love with women they don't want to fuck. And more likely than not those men would want to fuck that woman even if she was a complete stranger. Women just don't know this because guys spoonfeed you the impressions and narratives you want to hear. And many men I’ve known don’t ever want sex with strangers and only did it with women they liked as peopl…

Objectification and finding someone sexually attractive are not the same thing. It's the same thing. It's a distinction only made by women to make men more palatable in how they present their sexuality. Men's sexuality is tunnel vision. We see you as an object of desire when we're horny. That's it. Whether you're a stranger or whether you're our partner for life. We're not making love to your personality no matter how hard you try to tell yourselves that.

This is where women lose the script with us. This entanglement between emotional depth, agency, and sexual attraction just doesn't make any sense to us. Like zero clue what you mean because our sexuality is compartmentalized. If your body makes us hard, we want to have sex with you. That's it. Women can't relate to the idea that men can fuck someone they absolutely hate or find annoying, and that's probably why. It makes sense to decry that as viewing women as sexual objects but what yall can't …

Objectification is not the same as finding someone sexually attractive You're wrong. It is. The difference in language reflects how women wish male sexuality would behave; it's a projection. If I see someone hot during my commute. I'm thinking yeah she has a nice ass. I wonder what she looks like naked or how good it would feel to run my hands along her waist. That's what women would call objectification. She's a stranger and I'm eye-fucking her. The point I'm trying to describe is that women pl…

I'm just telling you that this line that you draw between preference and fetish is arbitrary, women weaponize those terms to make themselves appear more virtuous with their own sexual and romantic inclinations. Ahem neotenous features akshuallly 🤓 And I never claimed that's why they liked them. I'm saying in general it's such a stupid way to make women appear more virtuous by having nice neat stories for liking who they like but men are bad somehow because they're just being honest. And mind you, I don't think objectification and fetishization is an entirely bad thing. If your bfs or husbands stop objectifying you, the relationship is over.

Women aren't men. Women are attracted to men who can get what they want out of life: friends, money, respect, status, and of course other women. You also have to remember that dudes have higher looks standards for their wife than they do for anyone else. His wife is a reflection of himself. So most women will think they're the ones who were able to pull him out of his party boy phase.

If you wanna sound even fancier, use the technical term supernormal stimulus. And yeah anything hyper arousing is going to push your baseline - and that includes erotic fiction. Gotta put it into context though. Most women probably touch themselves once every 2-3 weeks to erotica at most. It's probably not enough to condition themselves in any meaningful way.

Tomorrow my friend and I are enacting our plan to make our two mutual friends fall in love with each other. Itinerary so far: coffee/brunch, art museum, ice skating, dinner and a bar. My friend wants to get them high before going to the museum but idk about that idea. Open to suggestions.

I think they mostly view it as a fun city and a good place for jobs. It's probably best for them to date in markets with more men than women like the Bay Area or Seattle.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/23 11:26 PM

Correct but those are functionally identical outcomes though. You gained status simply from surviving. Being able to provide for yourself/others and surviving the violence of life was its own social/sexual currency. Our brains were adapted with this inequality in mind.

I'm trying to tread water with this one because whenever I bring this up someone in the thread always gets temp banned. Not even most blackpillers know this fun fact but the majority of males of a lot of species never successfully reproduce within their lifetime. Even species with high male reproductive success - still only a minority of males account for the majority of the offspring. It's the same pattern for humans. The majority of human males to ever exist died before having offspring. The n…

All the redpill talking points about career driven women being masculinized and not being able to lock down a man hasn't been playing out from what I've seen. In the NYC metro, the girlboss capital of the world, most women I know are getting engaged by the time they're 27.

This is a good question, you should turn it into a formal post so more people can answer. For me, and this goes for everybody not just partners, there's something that makes me uncomfy about unplanned outings or meetups. I like schedules and itineraries. Me and the other girl are gonna be his wingman & wingwoman. It's gonna be a whole day thing. First is brunch, then we're going to a museum, but the rest is open ended. Question for yall - what activities can we do to make them fall in love? Any wingman, wingwoman tips?

Leverage plays a role in it for sure. Even though most of the discussions on this sub is about men competing with one another - women compete with each other as well. Attack on Titan is probably on top of everyone's list. Bleach is back if you enjoyed the old series back in the day. Mob Psycho just had its last season which was amazing. An underappreciated pick is Vivy Flourite Eyes. It's the plot of Terminator but it's a Kpop robot. Super cool.

Naw everyone has a risk/reward they're willing to tolerate. Any partner has the risk of being unfaithful no matter how attractive they are.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/23 12:42 AM
1

I'll qualify what you're saying. Women are attracted to guys who can get what they want out of life. Whether it's money, status, and other women. Ideally women want a man who can easily cheat on her but doesn't because that makes her feel seen and 'chosen'.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/23 12:31 AM
1

Don't take it personally. He'd like to fuck A LOT more women than just one.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/23 12:20 AM
3

I'm making a distinction between a proactive cheater vs a regular guy. Proactive cheaters will cheat no matter what. A regular guy would not even be tempted to cheat because he knows it's too much effort for an uncertain outcome.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/23 12:18 AM
1

I'm sure there's truth to that but the instances where it happens probably aren't fitting most guys' ideal cheating scenario. The chances their affair partner is going to be attractive enough to take the risk for is low. And the chances that their affair partner will be discrete and behave the way he wants is also low. That's why I think guys can resist the temptation for the most part unless he truly has it in him to be proactive.

Another epiphany I had. This makes me understand women so much better. A while ago I posted a comment why it's not as great as you think for women to make the first move. I've been asked out twice - both uncomfortable experiences because they weren't my type. I always knew women benefitted from the fact that men chased after them more than the other way around, but I realized something after arguing with some of you. Women are especially lucky that other women are relatively asexual compared to men. Like seriously, what are the chances someone younger and hotter is going to chase after your boyfriend or husband? Close to zero. Most men are straight up unattractive to women. Hot girls are drowning in attention. Zero reason for them to be going after y…

You can even take a guess how pushy most guys are by reading between the lines in some of the PPD comments. They get hurt and humiliated when they feel like they're not getting sex soon enough or as often as they'd like from the person they're with. And there's a few regular users on here who have stated that it's okay to rape your wife. So there's that.

Some time after that a grad student who worked on Walmart's private blockchains sat me down telling me all the drawbacks to the technology. I sold all of my crypto for ~$1200. If I had held on until 2020 that crypto would've been worth $35k. At first I was mad for selling early but I ran across this concept called outcome bias. I think the whole 80/20 thing comes from the okcupid study and the book Dataclysm. We should narrow what those findings mean though. Yeah and no. Saying there are an equal number of men and women implies everyone is pairing of 1 to 1. Most women fall along a normal distribution of partners. For men it's bimodal. You either see a little or a lot.

Pretty much. I would say age/beauty ranks higher but most women accept that more readily because they use that metric against other women as well.

I doubt that. As an income group asian men out earn white men. You could argue that white men are seen as higher social status overall though just because of beauty standards, media, and representation. But then that would just go back to fetishization of physical features. I think colorism is the more apt word. I know a mixed black girl who wants to marry a white man because she doesn't want her kid to have dark skin. In the asian community, wasians are a vaunted beauty standard. Mind you I act…

I agree with that. I've always been dead center on the n count debates. My policy has always been don't ask, don't tell. I know PPD is anonymous but there is a certain showmanship when people present their opinions here. People present things as they want it to be, knowing full well they switch it up in real life. I know logically, intellectually that who you've slept with doesn't change your value as a woman but I can't shake this deep seated feeling of disgust knowing that other men have been inside of you. Guys…

You and I both accept that people can have any standard whatsoever when it comes to people choosing who they want to fuck. If a guy refuses a woman who's promiscuous because she's more likely to cheat, have STDs, and it's emasculating to run into people who've fucked your gf/wife - I think that's just a guy being practical and honest. Same deal, it's on you if you feel ashamed about that.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/23 07:34 PM

You've been on here saying women shouldn't hook up with virgins. Virgins feel ashamed about that fact. How should making women feel less than for who they've slept with be any different than making men feel less than for a lack of women who want to sleep with them.

It's funny how whenever this racial preference graph shows up every week, everyone is quick to point out all the men's asian fetish but ignore how women go after white men. For men it's a fetish. For women it's a ✨preference✨ I know black and asian girls who have never dated within their race. The reason is always I have a type, that's just how it ended up, or that's just who was available.

I'll qualify that it's not about cheating. It's about men wanting lots of sex with a lot (I mean A LOT) of different partners. Cheating only comes into play because more often than not women want the sex to happen within the confines of a relationship. If we had the choice, straight men would act exactly like gay men. Rack up huge body counts and then choose to commit much later in life. Guys who disagree with that notion are the ones who are thinking practically. They just envision all the hoop…

Yeah, I'm part of that statistic. Never claimed otherwise. I don't have the urge to cheat because I live in reality. I wouldn't throw away a good relationship that's hard to replace, and most importantly attractive women aren't constantly hitting me up. There is no temptation for me to cheat. I was elected by the UN as the spokesperson for all men, and I gotta tell you. On paper there should be no shame in being a virgin but in real life, any guy above the age of 21 should lie about it. This isn't a controversial take. The majority of women will think there's something wrong with you because no woman has wanted you in the past. And women struggle just as much as men but for completely different reasons. Women are attracted to significantly fewer men than the other way around. Regardless of what you say in conversation.

It's weird to say out loud but incels have a hallowed history. Even ancient philosophers and historians were aware that the most dangerous cohort in society were young, unmarried, and underemployed men. This is true. PPD is surprisingly sophisticated when it comes to certain talking points and this is one of them. Once you notice male bimodality in all aspects of life, it's impossible to unsee it.

Let it be known though that in developing countries where entire governments and civil sectors are just a handful of family members running embezzlement schemes, violent revolts might necessary. But even then it's hit or miss. Just changing hands. Developed countries are better off implementing reforms the slow and boring way.

It sounds great on paper but only an extremely low trust society would ever endorse something like that from scratch today. Keep in mind the context in which the constitution was written. They had no concept of federal institutions. A power grab and a reinstatement of monarchy was a genuine concern of theirs. The practical implications of gun ownership as a way of keeping the government 'honest' is ridiculous. Any crazy person can rile up a mob and convince them government change can only come t…

Thanks for the comprehensive response. The video really spoke to me because I had a lot of male teachers and professors who were positive influences in my life. They were a big part of why I had the goals and trajectory that I had. I wasn't sure how the year gap would practically be implemented. Computer programming was traditionally done by women, and salaries increased once men started entering the field. /r/PurplePillDebate11/01/23 11:06 PM

We differentiate looks and personality to facilitate discussions and arguments on here but in real life, both modulate one another to create what the kids call - a vibe💅 Women themselves can't describe what exactly gives a certain guy an attractive aura but they know it when they feel it. And they add on to that experience by trying to discover more about that person. So when guys talk about women's preferences, they're technically correct. Women want someone tall, rich, and handsome but it has …

You're leaving out the context she gave you. She literally told you that fulfilling relationships is something that women would ideally want. They're out their chasing relationships, but it's just that the relative value drops if they have other fulfilling pursuits. Over the holidays, I went out with my older sibling and her friends and it hit me how little of a need there is for a relationship if a woman has good things going for them. They were all around 26/27, they worked remote, constantly travelling to cool places, and all made or are about to make 6 figures. A guy would really need to offer a lot to be able to enhance a lifestyle that's already quite nice.

The more I think about the topics being presented on PPD and elsewhere, the more I lean towards biology being the explanation for everything. Culture and society can press the scales either which way but it can never replace it altogether. No matter how much you truly hate women, you will lust after them and desire them as you're biology programmed you to. It's not society. It's our dicks getting hard.

You don't have to be having a ton of casual unprotected sex to have an unwanted pregnancy. You can be within a long term committed relationship with the only person you've ever had sex with, take every precaution under the sun and STILL end up with an unwanted pregnancy. Good guy and nice guy are consolation prizes for happy go lucky ugly dudes. You're thinking of that. You're right that it's not some elite group of men who are raising the standard for every man. To women, that's just the standard. What I'm trying to say is that a disinterest in the average man is functionally equivalent to a preference for an above average man. If you're saying that women are content to be single in favor of dating an average guy. It's the same as me saying it will take a Chad for her get into a relationship. Identical statements, hence the identical outcomes.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/23 03:09 AM
4

Does it matter if it's Chad or women's general disinterest in the average guy? Either way the outcomes are the same. If she does want to engage in the dating market, she's not gonna be interested in the average schmuck - again what value is he going to add to an otherwise disinterested woman.

CMV that average guy will go as far as marrying someone just because she's sexy and other guys respect him more for being able to pull that. Basically a trophy wife but the guy is average.

I never considered how common it might be for women because I rarely hear about it but I guess that makes more sense considering how rare it is for yall to be even attracted to someone in the first place.

It does the trick most of the time but you get in situations where your sexual attraction makes durable positive impressions on everything about that person. This might be my most extreme opinion on here but I think the average guy will go as far as marrying someone just out of sexual attraction.

Women aren't ready to hear this but sometimes when a guy wants to fuck someone so badly, it starts to feel like a deep longing similar to how they feel when they're in love. Everything about that person makes them seem like the best person on Earth. Worst part is you can't think your way out of it. You just have to get rinsed once or twice or five times to learn your lesson as a man.

how do people study all day seriously can someone tell me Short answer is they don't. When I was in college, half the people in the library were just on their phones and took the occasional break to study. You might like the book Deep Work by Cal Newport. I'm of the opinion that you can only get 3-4 hours of quality work/study time in a day before everything degrades.

According to Mark Regnerus, a sociologist at the University of Texas, nearly three-quarters of white evangelical teens disapprove of premarital sex, as opposed to half of mainline Protestants and a quarter of Jews... Despite that, evangelicals are the most sexually active of those groups. They lose their virginity younger, at an average age of sixteen, and are less likely to protect against pregnancy or disease... - Peggy Orenstein, Girls & Sex

I'm a fan of Tate's but it's impossible to defend him at this point. Regardless of what the courts find on his sexual assault and human trafficking charges, he's definitely guilty of employing the 'lover boy' tactics mentioned in the article. I'm certain of this because he describes doing exactly that in one of his videos. He bragged about how the first 6 women in his UK camming business were convinced that he was their boyfriend.

Just speaking broadly since you argue that the domain of war is that of men, then it has to be true that it's men who also do the invading, the looting, and the raping in any war. If you look for any inherent virtues in war then you readily accept the inherent atrocities. * If it came down to the free will of any man - I think they would choose to have no war at all.

In terms of trade partners, not a single country is of significant strategic importance for the US. You can argue Taiwan is one but there are steps being taken to address that. I say the US is especially privileged because not only do we have prime working age college grads moving in from poor countries, we have people from every country trying to move here. There is no industry save for a few where American firms aren't the best capitalized, most productive, and more importantly the best-paying…

He already has kids. One that we know of. He definitely has more he's keeping secret. The one that we know of is with a retired pornstar. All I'm saying is that he can't just have sex indiscriminately without them taking something for him. Models have men like Drake hitting them up all the time. Assuming they're not just high end escorts - Drake still has to fly them out, party, and show them a good time before he gets to fuck.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/23 05:35 PM

You're not getting me here. Drake is worried about scandals and women trying to entrap him in some shit he doesn't want to be a part of. They want to use him for clout as badly as he wants to get off to them. You're assuming the women in these scenarios are braindead. They know he'll pump and dump them as easily he would a random street hooker.

We should standardize the scales we use when we talk about rating men's looks vs women's. For women it's easy. A woman rated a 5 can be accurately called average. Half of women would be rated above her and the other half below. The average man, on the other hand, is typically rated as a 3 or a 4. I'm assuming that when you guys rate a guy a 3, that you just mean he's closer to being ugly than he is pretty, not that he would literally fall in the bottom 30th percentile of attractiveness.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/23 04:53 PM
1

That's it for the most part. Don't believe the women on here who say that ugly guys get with pretty girls all the time. The few cases where the guy is punching well above his league lookswise, he's compensating for it in terms of the lifestyle he provides her or there are circumstances he proves himself above average in other selection criteria. For example, when I was part of the church you would see non-looksmatched couples because the selection criteria often involved familial input. A man's …

It's deeper than that I think. Men are biologically wired for greater status-seeking and risk-taking. This is great when it's pointed in the right direction but it's kerosene for anyone with ill-intent. So even though morality is gender neutral, testosterone pretty much ensures the destructive potential of an immoral man has on the rest of society is going to be greater than that of a woman's.

No disagreements. I'm a guy, I can't help but feel that way either but some self-awareness goes a long way. If just the mere thought that she might be fucking other dudes who put in less effort than you causes you to be pushy - then of course it's something women are going to be wary of before they go on a date.

Objectifying women is the male brain's default state. Guys should learn to keep their thoughts to themselves but telling a guy to stop fetishizing or objectifying a woman is akin to telling a guy to stop seeing the world using his eyes.

The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas. Michael Lewis is my favorite author. Favorite genre is nonfiction especially if it has to do with corporate fraud. Bad Blood, The Big Short, The Smartest Guys in The Room come to mind. Something about how people get caught up in ego and greed and having it spiral out of control beyond them is so interesting to me. Like a modern tragedy. Michael Lewis is currently writing a book about the FTX collapse and I'm so excited for it.

I agree with that actually. It's easy to tell if someone is sexually open but I think a lot of guys here conflate being sexually open with being high n. A woman who loves sex may only be doing it in the confines of a LTR. On the flip side, a woman who seems introverted can have her fair share of hookups.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/23 12:45 AM

The way you guys claim that you can figure out someone's n count by watching their behavior is hilarious to me. How much of someone's behavior do you actually have access to? Very little. My friends and the people I party with probably think that my n count is much higher than it actually is. My family and my colleagues would probably guess much lower. And the truth is that I've never actually had sex before so everyone's assumption about me would be wrong.

I would like to be worshipped in a relationship. It's a small price to pay for a woman's hypergamous ways.

I like going to strip clubs, and there's more body types there than you'd expect. Guys are making it rain on chubby girls, girls who are missing teeth, girls whose bodies are covered in cellulite and acne scars. I get that looks underlie a lot of a woman's social status in general but seeing what I've seen, there so many guys who will worship whatever physical features you have. It's one of the few nice things about having a male brain, that we find so many of you to be attractive despite what y…

I say some wild shit sometimes and people don't know I'm joking. It also hurts that I no longer have a post history people can look at so it's harder to tell what me being serious looks like.

Looks still matter but yeah for women, a man's physical attractiveness is modulated heavily by his social status, personal values, and personality. that’s why men have a much easier time dating in social environments Relative to less social men, yeah. Relative to women in general, absolutely not.

Why do you guys keep calling people who use alts cowards? Some of us are just persecuted and rely on alts because our mains are constantly banned.

100% I'm just trying to tell you that this phenomena you're speaking of where the majority of women rate the majority of men as being unattractive - that's existed for as long as humans have existed. Hypergamy works on relative scales. If you raise the floor, you raise the ceiling.

I've never heard anyone in this sub actually discuss the fattest, blackest, most hard to swallow pill in existence - the fact that nature never intended for most men to get laid and reproduce. Porn, videogames, shit food, and sedentary behavior is doing numbers on male virginity but don't be confused - the majority of men will be unattractive to women regardless. That's how hypergamy works.

It's just how this meme format goes. Some of my favorite iterations have been "Bathroom companies after inventing genders," and "Gospel of wealth preachers after inventing God".

I don't claim to be a relationship expert or anything but in all 3 of my LTRs, I was able to significantly extend the length of those relationships by threatening to kill myself whenever they tried to break up with me.

There's a running joke that strippers are the first to know when a recession is coming. I'd imagine the hoe market tracks closely to the level of disposable income available to the average man.

I can believe it if she's an avid surfer or backpacker. Especially if she has genetic variants that make her more susceptible to sun damage. I know a guy from highschool that works outside all day in construction and he looks worse than this. He also smokes cigarettes so YMMV.

This is my first time seeing purge week and I agree. It's not even just incel stuff. There's that one account Narchi something that's posting around the clock and the level of vitriol is reaching levels of mental illness.

How large is your sample size No clue but it's large enough for me to notice. More than half of my coworkers and close friends are Asian. Even my college major was predominantly Asian people. Why are you including indians? Because they're also Asian, no? My hometown was situated next to an Indian diaspora. I saw the same thing. A lot Indian girls dated outside their race but I only knew one Indian guy who dated someone white.

https://www.reddit.com/r/PurplePillDebate/comments/zzeq94/finally_allowed_because_of_the_purge_racial/ Okay there's one thing I don't understand. Half of my social network is Asian (including SEA people and Indians), and all of the Asian guys I know except one or two, are dating Asian girls, but half of the Asian girls I know are dating white guys. So if most of the Asian guys I know are in relationships somehow even though a lot of Asian girls aren't dating Asian guys, how do the logistics work…
