1	Remember, the extreme male brain is the autistic brain. Diagnosed Aspie here. Lack of empathy is a myth. My empathy is somewhat deficient but I'm very sympathetic - to the point that it can be overwhelming. I'm very good at reading people but I have some trouble understanding their behavior, the reasons behind it, how to act in return and of course executing said acts. The irony is that due to having too much sympathy and otherwise strong emotions and senses (+faulty sensory filter) I get overwhelmed and I can appear cold..
