Ironic that protesting topless is kind of a feminist thing. I actually had a discussion with a feminist who was supporting the ban on topless laws for women a couple of weeks ago.

I see it a little differently, I think the father should have to claim parental rights to begin with. At any time the mother can decide to terminate the abortion with or without the father's consent. After the abortion period has ended, if the father makes no claim to accept parental rights, the custody and expense of the child should fall solely on the mother. Basically, unless the father specifically claims parental rights, then sole parental rights are given to the mother.
