Pretty much. She came over, got mad within minutes once realizing my political ties and anti-extreme-feminist BS which devolved from all the crap coming out of her mouth, at that point I was like fuck it- I'll still try to get what I want. I went to take off her pants and she said deflected and said "idk, aren't things happening a little fast". To which I said, "I don't know what this 'thing' is you're talking about, but it doesn't come with a speed measurement". And, close. Women make very litt…

I used the term plate fairly loosely because I didn't personally see it as that serious but going well. I have one in the pipeline, "bro".

I'd say that I treated her more than a plate since we'd go on dates. But yeah, now I'll have to deal with this shit. Going to maintain silence for now. She can reach out if she wants. And I'll reach out if I just want to hook up.

Why are you getting a PhD then? If you just want to learn, do a MS part-time

Crying is fine. We're not machines. Sometimes you need to fully embrace how you feel.

What would you say when they realize you didn't pick a place halfway between where both of you live?

At what age do you recommend slowing down on the drinking at parrying? Slash what about its negative affects on gains?

It sounds like she may be interested in you (still?). Are you just over her at this point? how old are you btw? I'm 24 and wondering how old the average redpiller is here. I'm wishing I knew about this sub in college

All I got out of that night was a hamster explosion, and an unfollow on only Instagram (which I use rarely compared to others..wot). Oh and a fun week ahead..

On board with all of this. I have one hindrance and that's time. I work grueling hours at a high paying and high responsibility startup, spend 1-2 hours a day at the gym, and spend nights working on a remote MS In computer science. I don't really have free time except a bit on weekends. I could try to take a semester off the degree but these things keep my wheels spinning..

HA fair enough. Don't have them lining up..... yet >=). Thanks for the advice!

New to the city and consequently don't know many people. Being away from established friend groups sucks. What do you recommend in this situation? It's especially meh because I know acquiring a solid squad improves SMV in and of itself.

I don't know about that... a coworker took advantage of me at my last gig at an event when I was blitzed out drunk. Was not a happy experience the next morning since I made it clear sober that I wasn't into it. Plenty of other coworkers at my last gig had hooked up too. What happens when you put two rabbits in a cage? They fuck. Putting people in the same place for extended periods of time, leads to the same outcome more often than not.

Will keep this in mind. They do say after all that persistence is key with women. That's a lot of times to get rejected though =P. I take it you can discern a shit test or uncertainty from a 100% rejection

Agreed. I think it's far from ideal, but that it's okay to explore delicately if you get some IOIs.. Hell my parents met at their first job, and many others have. But you can indeed get fucked for playing with fire. Like going to the gym, don't go to a job with that sort of expectation of meeting someone or throwing game. Work isn't a bar. Just go with the natural flow. My 2 cents.. Edit: since I have you here.. I want to ask something about the redpill handbook. Why does it say to avoid party t…

Next time, I think the key is to never wait and let it get to that point. Make moves on someone you're interested in as soon as possible, and pivot from there. Definitely noted for the future though. and FWIW I had lightly hooked up with one of her friends who was at the event, but frankly wasn't really too into the crowd and network in general. Mostly just a bunch of 20-somethings without jobs, but rich parents. Definitely some hit it and quit it potential though. Edit: can someone clarify as t…

You really usually give it 3 shots? I'd expect a red-piller to next immediately. I'd even consider "maybe" as a no at this point

Yeah we'd hang out beyond the scope of just work. Best to be honest and no have regrets than to hold it up. That's how I roll anyway. Transparency is key Definitely some beta eyes deluded in my own projections, but that's part of the moral.

And if you're not 100% at that point yet? where a receding hairline probably looks better

And for those of us with receding hairlines..?
