I'd suggest trying a new hobby that's outside your comfort zone a bit. Although you work hard and are productive it sounds like you may be stuck in a routine. A new challenge could inspire you and change your perspective. Maybe an improv class?

Okcupid is the only app I fuck with at this point. I'm a 7 so I put some thought/time into my profile and it seems to get favorable response. Overall it still isn't worth the effort.

I'm from Minneapolis and recently moved to Austin. The culture of the cities is very similar in a lot of ways. There are a lot of attractive women in Minneapolis in there 20's. The dating scene in Austin seems easier though. Women are more receptive to be hit on. Minneapolis is a tad more cliquey. I'd say Austin has more quantity, Minneapolis more quality.

I am sober too, coming up on a year. Being at bars is thankfully not a trigger for me in any way. I actually kind of enjoy being one of the few, if not only people in the bar not drinking. It is empowering. When I do approach and talk to Women at bars and tell them I don't drink it has been almost universally positive. It makes me stand out. Totally understandable if you need to avoid bars for the time being. Though don't feel like you need to hide the fact you don't drink with Women. Own it.
