I don't think I've explicitly implied anywhere that men have no say in a relationship. Men could apply or not apply to a position like how men could ask or not ask a woman out for a date. Men can also decline or accept the position the same way a man chose to stop or continue pursuing the woman. edit: oh wait if you're talking about the "final say" part at the end then you're right. wrong words to use

Imagine you're on the recruiting end, looking for a full-time employee. A bunch of people apply, then only later down the line "opps, i can only work part time 2 days a month, sorry!" I would say the dating equivalent of that example would be if a woman wants a stable relationship while the man ostensibly says he does as well, when in fact, he just wants a fling or a fwb relationship. So I think my point stands unless I'm interpreting it incorrectly.
