in a company I worked, women had easier jobs + only first shift (7am-3:30pm) meanwhile i have harder job + i have to do overtime 16 hours +3 hours commute and my job was all standing while women were given sitting jobs, still i was paid equally, we have lower respect for everything like for example women will get seats in the front of the bus, if there were no seats left for women then men have to stand in a bus and let these women sit even after working overtime, managers would treat men like s…

that's are crocodile cries here it's great for them for example in every manufacturing company women are given easier sitting jobs meanwhile men have to work while standing, women only have day shifts and 8 hours while men are forced to work overtime from 12-16 hours, i worked 16 hours, still they're paid equal + they have special privileges at workplaces 😂
