Wow. Is it true that pre-nups only make sense for high income individuals that were well off before marriage? There's no way for an average joe to protect himself in case of a future divorce? Also, can a guy have his house or other large/valuable asset be under someone else's name (such as a trusted family member) or a company so that he doesn't "own" it and therefore can't have it taken away in a divorce?
