Foster kids frequently have behavioral problems, so that doesn't surprise me. I'm curious what motive the teacher had for wanting to remove her from the class if she truly wanted to learn and not be on her phone. On a side note, the officer was fired. So I would hope that would assuage any outrage, yes?

28 percent in the USA is a ridiculous number. That would mean each of us would have siblings or cousins who were only half siblings or not related at all, and given my own observations that doesn't seem to be the case. Now maybe if your a poor inner city black american then maybe.... By the way, a review study is a study, and as a published author he is basing his statistics on actual studies, so I'm not sure what you mean by him not conducting any research
