3 years for me. But tbh, I think all that time without has me leaning more towards an actual relationship. The last time I did the deed, I wanted to kick her out of my house after. Had a fap last night but im getting better, taking a break from weed for a minute as I think thats what's holding me back to some degree. Im 6'1" 160lbs,l. My lifts aren't horrible but not great, haven't deadlifted or squated in a minute either, but my bench is 135 at the moment.
