Pick a program, start lifting, get bored, switch to something else. Your muscles will get stagnant with the sane program so switching up your routine every couple months will stimulate growth.

Not true. You ghost a chick and they freak out. They can't stand that shit. Even if they don't think you are worth it they still want the upper hand. They want to be the one to have ended it. None of us are perfect. Me, you, her no one. You had you flaws and faults. She made her mistakes. Move past them if you love her and your kids. Option 2 is let that petty shit eat you alive until you find yourself alone in drug and alcohol again to numb yourself wondering where you went wrong. Forgive and get past it. She saw your flaws and was with you through it.

Thanks guys. That's why I posted to Reddit. Reading this does help. I'm not completely blind to what she was. I just somehow thought she would change. Hoped she would. Keep them coming. I think this is good therapy
