This is nonsense due to everything from setting requirements to personality variation. Some interested women will make moves. Others won’t but will follow your lead like puppy. (Besides the fact that only escalating maximally interested women seriously limits your options anyway)

Try reading some people who spent a lot more effort trying to address these questions. Lifting and fixing your attitude will not help if you have no purpose or have not defined what you want out of life.
