Police departments are not courts, and neither are universities.

this bitch had already been remarried, with another kid, divorced, and almost 10 years later, she still can't support herself.

If they thought that, I would probably pack my shit up and move. I never want to be in a place where I'm not wanted, and when it's your family, I'd be gone the same fucking day.

When your married or not single anymore, the proper response to meeting someone new is....AGH! Get away! I don't want to ruin my relationship!

I went to Texas A&M and I'll see guys give their seat up to girls all the time. The thing is...they're retards. At least a good portion of them, and here's why. They give up their seats...when there are still other fucking seats open! This isn't on packed buses, this is on semi full buses, with seats open, and maybe 10 people standing. That's not courtesy, that's being a doormat. She can sit in any of the available seats...but some dumbass feels the need to stand up "so she can have a seat."

What about a claim of rape with serious supporting evidence at any other workplace, like a hospital or a factory? Would you restrict the management against any disciplinary action/firing until the legal system resolved the issue? I don't see how your standard works. The sad thing is, in many cases, the result of the legal system is irrelevant to universities.

Can someone explain how a mother who lies about who the father of her child is not committing fraud (on federal documents/birth certificate) and against the man she is defrauding? edit I'm serious; what logical rationale is used to justify a fraudulent act like this? That the mother is not responsible for being honest on birth certificates (government documents)?

you don't have to look far for women who don't feel "right" unless their BAC is at least .08...

Ah, the "I don't like what you're talking about, so it shouldn't be allowed" argument. My favorite!

You should send them a link to news stories of men being attacked, and ask why men's safety isn't as important to them as womens.

Do you honestly think it is a breeze for single mothers to raise children and that they spend child support on themselves? Would you rather your child grew up in poverty? That's just it dumb-shit, they're not his fucking kids! Oh, and You are the ones who have intercourse with women and should be aware of the consequences. You should repeat this the next time someone is infected with an STI by a partner intentionally. They should have been aware of the consequences of unprotected sex right?

Except for the fact that her fucking antics (pun intended) put him at risk as well to anything this skank picks up from the guys she fucks. What you don't know, doesn't hurt you right? I hope this bitch gets flesh eating bacteria up her snatch.

Is it fraud if a woman knowingly has another mans kid and lies to the husband, leading him to believe he is the father? Also, this skank doesn't love her husband enough to be fucking honest with him.

Inconsistent and changing the facts when your lies are coming to the surface are not the same thing. Hindsight is always 20/20, but the system says "innocent until proven guilty." If you disagree, I'm not sure what to tell you (time to travel maybe?)

From what I understand, most cases of kids sexting ends with the recipient being charged with possession/distribution and the sender not at all. This has happened with both sender and recipient being minors.
