It's pretty ironic that you claim women are devoid of logic / rationality / consistency when your own posts are like that tbh. Obviously, on average, women are considered more attractive with makeup because it feminises the face, hence why it exists. Yeah the ones who are naturally high on facial femininity are still striking without any help, but it's a minority, and they usually have to have youth on their side.

So the problem with your logic is that it's based on premises that you assumed and can't prove. So I'm going to disregard it unless you can come up with something more sound.

You could only conclude that if you saw photos of most of them which you haven't. But we know they have a distinctive way of reasoning and interpreting social dynamics, so it's likely that's playing a role in their lack of success.

If that were the case there wouldn't be an overabundance of socially deficient and frankly, men with Aspergers in TRP / PUA.

By that logic (general) you better never date or have anything other than a ldr that involves nothing but texting since video chat will betray you.

There's no nonverbal cues when texting.

I have no idea what you're talking about, and it sounds prety circular. What do you mean by, he has a bunch of women?

If a guy is hot, but has bad enough social skills, they still won't touch him. And no, women definitely aren't as visual, which is why most porn is consumed by men. Porn for women involves more plot and context, and this is also why it's mostly women who go for erotica literature.

Yeah everyone knows it is, hence why I was asking where it comes from.

Ah, the ever elusive submissive East Asian women. Where did you actually get that idea from?

Anecdote. Here's mine; one family member and a couple of friends have been sexually assaulted. And then there's also the friends of friends who have been assaulted / date raped etc. In none of these instances was anyone reported. From my side of the fence it's not that uncommon. And yeah sexual assault victims are usually pretty secretive about it so it's not like you can make an accurate judgement on prevalence based on rumours / allegations (or lack thereof) you happen to hear about. Edit: Jus…

Which is a personal supposition on your part. Agnostics range the entire spectrum from those that think that God's existence is a good explanation for the observed order of things, but unprovable in any way defensible in science (borderline theists), to those that use Occam's Razor to justify thinking that God probably doesn't exist, but consider that unprovable in any way defensible in science (borderline atheists). Your assertion is: It is just what she needs to feel good about herself, since …

You have some nerve. You quote half of what I say, leave out the part that addresses your point, and then turn around to claim I didn't answer. Let's start again because you've convinced yourself you've addressed my observation when you haven't: You said: Morality doesn't need religion. An agnostic doesn't deny the possibility of God's existence. And I replied: ...My point was, agnostics don't write in such a way as to assume a God exists... (Note that this is an entirely apt response that could…

It might be helpful if you quoted me honestly. I did. This just makes it look like you're creating a distraction to avoid addressing my observation because... it's irrefutable. Fact: Agnostics don't assume God exists. Yet, in your post you assumed that God exists. Then went on to label yourself as 'mostly agnostic'. I think we can establish based on this that you flip flop on the God thing. I don't really care, but couldn't resist pointing it out because it betrays how you reason. Seriously, are…

Morality doesn't need religion. Correct. And? This doesn't follow from what I said. My point was, agnostics don't write in such a way as to assume a God exists. Otherwise you're not agnostic. But since you describe yourself as 'mostly agnostic' you probably have a pretty loose grasp of this concept. Even if you account for the family I was born in and possible religious influences they may have subtly exerted on me, you get to Hinduism, which is non-Abrahamic as far as I know. This doesn't follo…

It is not out of malice. It is just what she needs to feel good about herself, since she is devoid of the moral fiber that God granted men with. Strange way for an agnostic to phrase things. I am mostly agnostic, with a strong sense of personal spirituality. 'Mostly agnostic' is an oxymoron. And if you're saying you've created some personal God, well it's probably not much different to abrahamic religions so you get 0 / 10 for creativity on that. Edited: some words.

Well it looks like it's strongly shaped your views, so there's a good chance it has quite a lot to do with it.

Seriously, I don't mean to be rude, but how the hell can you push 50s and look 25? It makes 0 sense. And this is coming from someone who's often had my age guessed as much younger that I am... up to 10 years. I have had a few think I'm around 15 years younger but that was by older people who have forgotten what youth looks like, or people who didn't see me in good light, so to me it doesn't count.

More or less this. I didn't look that great in high school (skinny fat, babyfaced, weird looking girl who didn't know how to style herself properly), but even so, youth always gives you some extra bonus points attractiveness wise.

That's your opinion, a lot of guys would disagree. I've heard men talking about how girls peak at 16/17. And actually I got the most attention from weirdos in the street when I was 15-18. Maybe in part because teenagers are non-threatening and easier to approach than 20+ women? However, I personally think I looked best at 23. I had a mega babyface my whole life and it finally became more structured in my early 20s. Though it's still always going to be on the babyface side.

Heh, she is in corporate law... so I guess that's an important distinction. I haven't looked into the general research on this but read the article you posted. It seems to suggest that perceptions of crying are subject to socialisation, I.e., now it's increasingly seen as manipulative and incompetent in women. Huh, not sure how I feel about that. I guess now that gender roles are more balanced out / less stereotyped, women are still judged more harshly on expressions of vulnerability. And yeah, …

Yeah I think it is s context thing. Lawyer-y types can be pretty hard and insensitive. I have a female friend who's in law, and it suits her because empathy and sensitivity are not her strong points. She judges emotional displays by people, quite harshly. Like she loses respect for them. This goes for guys too... I remember her telling me she was repulsed by her boyfriend the few times he cried. She's great at her work though. So... obviously we know different personality types are drawn to diff…

Mhmm and South Koreans do a shit ton of surgery too. It's not called the cosmetic surgery capital of the world for nothing; parents give their daughters surgery as a graduation gift over there... gotta shave them jaw lines and noses down for a more feminised look.

Actually it can. It's called cognitive dissonance and self-perception theory. Attitude follows action.

''just that attractive guys usually get away with more things that an unattractive guy cannot'' Yeah and attractive people in general get away with more things than the unattractive, in all areas of life. What's new. Why are you warping a universal truth into some anti feminist agenda. You going to link that source I asked for?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/16 02:15 AM

Well, you've made a distortion about harassment. A certain kind of sustained and obvious eye contact that's deliberately used to indicate you're perving on someone is considered harassment. Saying that you're too unattractive to get away with it, doesn't stop making it harassment. I've heard a lot of guys complain about a double standard with this, and I don't know if that's true or not (and neither do you), but that's beside the point, because you're trying to say it's okay to harass someone if…

'Mainstream feminists narrative' . Here we go again. It's extremely trendy these days to blame feminism and anything associated with it for why so many men are going to TRP. Can somebody please illustrate how feminism is responsible for this instead of just making vague accusations about it? Because so far it just looks like another excuse to paint men as victims. And that in itself is kind of telling of the mentality a lot of these guys have. Let's be honest; guys who are capable of healthy rel…
