| 1 | What do you do to stay fit?I'm very surprised to hear that. Thank you for your insight. I've heard multiple times that lifting heavy is the key for women to get great bodies. I've seen women who voice their fears about lifting get picked on. But if you use heavy weights when working your glutes, aren't you automatically working your hamstrings and quads as well? Whenever I do exercises that supposedly work the glutes most, I actually feel it in my hammies and quads. It's really disheartening. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/12/18 07:52 AM |

| 3 | I'm an ugly woman. Im trying my best to look my best as possible but I don't see much difference even when it try. Its making me very depressed and now just wondering how I can cope with my fate as being an unattractive female? The best thing you can do is to stop obsessing so much over your appearance, especially the things you can't control. I have wasted a lot of time fixating on uncontrollable things like my big nose and forehead - time I could've invested in my hobbies and inner self. Pursue your interests, do stuff that makes you happy. I guarantee you that that will build confidence, which will reflect on the outside. | 1 | Simple QuestionsIf I find them beautiful despite them not having perfectly symmetrical features (something that is in no one's control), why couldn't I feel the same about myself? That made me think. My mother's nose is almost identical to mine and I think that it looks fine on her; it fits her face. She looks lovely to me. I should try to adopt this viewpoint for my OWN face, too! | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/04/18 09:24 AM |

| 1 | Simple QuestionsExactly! I've been lifting weights at home for quite a while now, but I'm thinking of joining a gym. | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/04/18 08:53 AM |
| 1 | Simple QuestionsDoes anyone have advice on how I can accept the physical features about myself that I can't control? Like my gigantic crooked nose and my big forehead. I exercise, eat healthy, invest time in skincare and makeup, but sometimes I think "is it even worth it to put in the effort if I stay ugly anyway?" I truly want to be happy and confident, I want to get rid of all the negativity inside my head, but my insecurities ALWAYS get the better of me. | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/04/18 10:41 AM |
