Thanks a lot man. I am the same way. It was by far the best experience of my life in the last 8+ years. This happened over 3 years ago and I still remember it like it was yesterday so you aren't overestimating how great it feels. Since that relationship I've had 2 dates in 3 years and 1 kiss with a girl I didn't even like so I too am envious of my own past self. So just remember those opportunities aren't common. I lucked out once but don't know if/when it'll happen again. Real connections are s…

You're spot on and this is what dudes don't understand. Facial features are far and away so much more important than all other features combined. Of course if 2 dudes have the same face and one is a foot taller then he will get the girls. But if a 5'8 dude has a symmetrical and otherwise attractive face while a 6'4 guy has a horrible jaw and big nose (me) he's gonna win every time. Height only helps if you already have the face. That's why I laugh when people mention working out. Sure that could…

This is very bad advice because it ultimately comes down to the kind of girl you're going out with. The girl I was dating was very conservative and obviously nervous to even hug (she had never been out with someone before). If I had gone for a kiss the first time we went out I would have ruined what ended up being the best relationship of my life. However, with girls I've gone out with after that you would be correct. I went out with a few more experienced girls and still being inexperienced I d…

Believe me I'm fairly clueless. It actually took some trial and error. The way it happened was actually not at the end of a date. We were just kind of sitting talking and I made her laugh and she just kind of sat there with her eyes closed smiling. On our previous date I had tried to kiss her on the cheek and it had been really awkward because neither of us had done it before. This time it seemed like we had such a great vibe with each other and I could just tell it was time. All the dates I've …

Thank you. Just read the title and so glad somebody finally said it. I'm 6'4 and have a good job and am so tired of people telling me that I "must pull". I most certainly do not pull. "If I was your height I'd be getting all the girls" is the most annoying thing to hear. There's a lot more to attracting women than height and success. Sure if you make 10 million a year then you can get many women (not the loyal kind) but making 6 figures isn't gonna make women flock to you by any means. I think t…

Honestly I can tell you that going to the gym will definitely improve your life overall and almost certainly will not help with girls. The one time I actually dated a cute girl in my life I wasn't working out at all and wasn't in great shape. At my most fit (multiple gym sessions a day, super shredded) I would get compliments from guys in the gym but didn't even talk to a single girl. Honestly, if you want to be jacked enough for that to play a significant factor it'd take strict dieting and wor…

Say something ASAP. If you see her walking out great her and ask how she's liking the area (if she just moved in) and strike up a conversation. I am currently at school and have lived next to two super hot girls for the last 9 months. Since I routinely saw them and always chickened out now it has gotten really awkward when I walk by them. There's only a month left and then I'll be moving out so I wasted this great opportunity all year. Act fast or youll regret it!

Personally I wouldn't put too much pressure on when the kiss comes or if it even happens on this date. With my ex (first girl I ever kissed) we went out a few times and she was nervous so we didn't do it till a few dates in. You'll know when the time is right. The girl will be giving signals that she wants you to do it so don't overthink or rush it. If you're confident that its time then she probably is too. Also I personally wouldn't recommend asking her if its cool. I know that this comes down…

Depends... you just rated yourself so I’m gonna say you probably won’t be able to act in a confident manner. If you think you can act the same no matter who you talk to then yes, by all means. Based on your comment I’m not sure if you’ll be able to convey genuine confidence.

Great comment! If you view yourself as “below” attractive women you might as well just go for girls you think aren’t attractive... and how much sense does that make? Ultimately these cutoffs are only in our minds. Her personal assessment could be completely different.

I would apply this same principle for women as I would for men. If you think he’s “too handsome” then you have already lost. You should never think of someone as being too good for you based on their appearance. For all you know they could be a horrible person. And honestly I think it can be just as attractive to guys when a girl is confident in herself (although there’s obviously a limit where it becomes a turnoff). The one caveat to this is the fact that unfortunately guys do seem to overestim…

That's exactly right and a point that goes perfectly with this subject! Rating girls automatically in my mind when I see them has been something that has fed into this thinking in terms of leagues. Ie: "Oh I couldn't get a 10 because I'm only a 7...". This way of thinking can only lead to limiting your own opportunities when those limits aren't really there.

This is true. I’ve been talking to girls I wouldn’t normally be into and it’s obviously much easier. I think it’s tough to carry that over. It seems like even when I try to be the same it’s just different subconsciously and the girls can sense it. Not a bad suggestion though.

This makes sense. The thing is I’ve tried this on and off but right when I come back to the game I’m immediately desperate again (since I’ve never really succeeded). And honestly I’m generally not just chasing ass but rather I get excited by possible relationships. Either way maybe it’s time for another break but I’m not sure if that’s the answer for me.

Update: Finally manned up this past Thursday and knew I would do it after class. Of course that turned out to be the first class she hasn't been to this entire year. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but now there is only one week before thanksgiving break. After that our semester ends in about two weeks. Now it looks like ill have to do it this Tuesday (not sure how likely someone is to go out mid week) since shes likely leaving Thursday. Lesson of this story... Do not wait or overthink thing…

Well I’m certainly gonna try and come at this with a positive mindset. The stuff about being connected is a different story.

Look man, I posted on here for some actual advice, clearly I’m not gonna find it. I never said anything about the perfect situation, I said there are no situations whatsoever and that’s what worried me. I have the ability to cold approach and am actually planning one in the coming days. My point was just odds are she won’t be a great match. Who knows maybe I’ll get lucky and she is. I was pretty much just trying to get alternatives to cold approaching. Thanks for the real constructive insult tho…

This isn’t the case... I have approached girls in the past with a good deal of success and have no reservations about doing so. This just doesn’t seem to be the way to find a real relationship. It is extremely unlikely that I will pick a good match off of random attraction.

I have not. My issue isn’t talking to girls. I am generally fine talking to them and have pretty solid interactions. I just am never in situations like that anymore and I m not sure how to change that.

I have experience in this exact situation. I was overly excited and texted her pretty early the next morning. Try to wait a full day if possible then send it late afternoon/evening. Its really dumb because theoretically people should be happy that you want to speak with them but I think some girls find quick contacts to indicate desperation. Good luck!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
