Chances are you will either get a large undisclosed settlement, and the officer will likely retire with pension. If you want justice, and for these laws to change, a jury trial is the only way. Make it public, but then you may get less or nothing. Do whats best for you, you are the victim.

Well, if she had killed a baby anytime while he was still in her womb, she would have been praised as being brave. Just want to point out the hypocrisy with late term abortions. Two years for being neglectful seems low, but I am more concerned that she could have another kid after she gets out.

Turning things that aren't political into something political This is 100% political, and you know it. You are just upset that I pointed out a flaw in the ideology that supports killing babies in the womb up until birth. The amount of times babies/children are killed by women is insane, and yet, men are still seen as evil every time.

When the government uses a definition of rape, that makes it impossible to have a woman be labeled as a rapist. Those fucking stats are been ased as fuck. Not to mention murders where a woman was the reason a guy was murdered.

Single women, and/or women without consent of the father, especially if they hid the pregnancy, can give up babies for adoption without any penalty. How is this any different? Don't know why I am engaging with someone who is so intentionally obtuse.

Men would likely initiate divorce more, if they would be treated equally in court. You know, actually have a chance to keep thier kids, and not be anally raped with the biggest fucking strapon when it comes to child support and alimony, and that's not even including asset division. In orer for men to even habe a chance, they need a prenup. But then what women would marry you if they knew that they would not make out like a bandit if they divorced you.

But if someone filled out a survey that says ‘have you been sexually assaulted by a woman’ Men/boys have been conditioned to think that when an older women wants to have sex with a 10-15 year old boy, that they should be grateful. You didn’t consent to sex without her taking birth control I see that as rape. Sue her. Send he to prison. They will never believe a man and they will never punish her even if he can prove it, oh yah, they will never force an abortion or send her to prison. Welcome to mens rights, or lack there of. Or you can just give her a shit ton of Plan B No.

Shower her with love, get the abortion and stop having sex with her immediately. If she does keep the child, get a paternity test, if she is destroying stuff, its likely due to guilt cause she cheated, or is lying about being pregnant. Another possibility is she was raped, but I ould think there would be more signs if that were the case.

Get good grades, get in trade school, make decent money. If you so desire, goto college/university, but you have to have a good plan and a strong desire to learn. There are a lot of degrees that are ... Useless. Good trades are plumber and electrician, if you like working with wood, carpentry. I don't recommend just getting a low paying job out of high school.

Exactly. Someone with more charisma or acting abilities would be able to do a lot more damage. You don't even have to be a good actress, just somewhat convincing. use condoms If you throw it away, at least in the US, if you don't properly destroy your "sample", it is legal for a women to steal and use it to inseminate herself. And heres the kicker, you are on the hook for child support. For rich men, this is a major issue they need to be aware of, granted they are a statistical minority. I have heard the excuse that men should not be allowed to give up financial responsibility for one of two reasons: It is a form of control over women. The basic definition may be great, but in reality, it is 100% about empowering women and nothing about trying to be equal with men. It's legal to discriminate against white men in Canada. So many people argue with me when I say it, but this keeps happening. Imagine the outrage and law suits if it said no POC women are allowed to apply for the job.

Women seem to be MUCH better at that sort of thing. Women, by nature, are more empathetic and go into these jobs because of their nature. Just as boys/men do stupid things with toys and stunts that can hurt themselves because they want to prove something. But that doesn't mean that there aren't barriers for men getting into these jobs who get stigmatized by their peers. It is also why more men do dangerous jobs, but you don't see women complaining about equality in those jobs.

I'm more concerned with issues that have a very clear bias This is a very clear bias. Refusing to acknowledge that they are the same in legal terms, is a slap in the face to all men raped by women. Using the wrong legal terms in court is bad, this is why drafting legal documents is important. By ensuring that rape is not tied to women perpetrators, is a huge bias in the UK legal system.

Taking advantage of men, basically female "players". Where they refuse to pay for meals, and demand to be treated like queens. If a man even suggests to split the bill, they lie through their teeth and say they will get the next meal, then dump the guy and ghost him. They claim since it's okay for men to be "players", which is odd since I think it's pretty common opinion that if you are a player, your a douche, that it's okay to treat men like a meal ticket and somehow that doesn't make them dou…

If you read the comments, its disgusting. They all blame the dad, how its somehow his fault that she, who apparently advocated to end gun violence, the irony, killed her kids and then herself. They have sympathy for this women, if she just killed herself, I might as well, but she killed their 3 kids. If anything, the divorce process didn't go far enough, she must have been a vile human being, especially since the courts are skewed in her favour, to not have custody, and the fact she murdered her…

Most feminists don't realize that their own arguments can be easily used against them. Had a discussion regarding this issue with a liberal teacher of mine from College, good guy and friends on facebook. He made the argument that men shouldn't have sex if they don't want to risk getting a women pregnant, even with protection. That is literally the same argument pro-life people make with women and liberals argue that saying that is slut shaming, how do they not see the connection?

This is something that should be done at birth, but only if the father/mother want to do it. And it should 100% be mandatory before any child support occurs. If it is found out that the kid does not belong to the father, it will be entirely up to the mother, to find out who the actual father is in order to collect. While there is little able to be done to prevent men from cheating, unless the other women comes forward. There is a way to prevent issues where the mother was unfaithful, and she bec…

Why don't you ... grow a pair. Get out of your parents basement, get a job, and get some vitamin D. Just become a lurker, for everyone's best interest. You are the reason why you give mens rights a bad name, the very epitome. Grade A example of a beta, a cuck, and every other word known to mankind to possibly describe a loser. If she goes on welfare, its the state who will sue him for child support. Even if she doesn't want to. Exactly, the reason why child support exists, is so that the child does not become a burden to the state. That means if the other partner of the individual who keeps the child is known, the state will go after them for child support if they are aware of the situation, such as the women/man going on welfare.

They were both in the boat. It was a freak accident, hard to see floating wood in the water at best of times. He knew how to operate the boat, it was his boat. Boat safety is on him, firstly he should have known better than to drive the boat drunk. Secondly, should have known not to drive fast, while drunk. This is a matter of poor choices on both parties involved, she would be charged as well, if she weren't dead. This article is a stretch to tie to a men's rights issue.

Free speech doesn't apply to a service. You agree to rules when you sign up for a service, and that service can remove/disable/ban you for violating said rules. Not to mention free speech is only guaranteed in the US constitution, for now, and it is not able to be applied unilaterally on the internet as it is a global market place. Different rules apply based on where the user/service resides. Twitter if known for only half ass enforcing their rules based on feelings. The content was far too on …

Prioritize yes, however, in our current state of affairs with SJW's and people easily jumping on the hate band wagon, we need to protect people from false accusations. To ensure people are kept impartial for jury selection, as well as to protect peoples right of innocent until proven guilty, we need to do more.
