I have a friend who's 6'8" and has trouble accurately hit buttons on his phone, dealing with some game controllers, fitting in cars, etc. He also needs to custom order any shoes that he wears, for ~200 bucks a pair. As much as I agree that this is sexual discrimination on the part of the school, it's not the school's fault, and taking them to court to make it so everyone else also has to wear a nametag wouldn't help anything.
