I've come to the conclusion that only going through that anger phase, rejections, shit tests, break-ups and other stuff like that can build your frame. Red pill without those is just mental masturbation. True power comes after the realization that you can overcome such adversities, and life just goes on. Makes you think about things you were afraid to try because of consequences that were much worse in your head than in reality. Sounds awfull but it's the best way to learn.

My biggest problem is that i found out from her in the same day i asked her to be my gf again, after we got at her place and in her bed and still had sex with me after that. I've actually thought about getting attached until that point but i know now she will do it again on the first ocasion and i have to get out of the situation one way or another.

That would suck. I actually broke up with her and silly me didn't think that would happen. I know he is no Chad but still he managed to take my place pretty easily. I know i fucked up and should be cautious from now on

Thanks for the feedback. The only solution would be plating. The fact that i was cucked hit me hard. This is a case of getting back together with an ex and she told me the story on the first day. I am ready to next her at the first signs of cheating.
