Who could blame the cops for saving a child?!

I noticed. I just wanted to point out that conscription includes women.

Norway has conscription for men and women.

That’s quite the helpful list, wasn’t aware of any of them. Thank you! I am sad to see how much you are downvoted here. I get that some may not agree with you, but I don’t think you are blaming men here. I figure you try to uncover what fuels the trope of men being reluctant to seek medical attention. Or did I miss something?

Breaks my heart reading how you were and are treated! And yet I’m not surprised at all either. Our societies are treating men like shit, yet are unable to fathom why we suffer, or even that we are suffering.

I do feel better, thank you 😀 The reason i didn’t go for so long were mostly the symptoms didn’t last for long enough for me to be worried enough, and I forgot all the times it had been an issue in the past. In addition it did not occur to me there might be something a doctor could help with. Going to the doctor wasn’t really on my list of options, if it makes sense? I think it’s hard to know when I should seek medical help. It wasn’t that long ago I learned from a lady here on Reddit that fever…

You have a good point. I am fully on board with men should lower their threshold for reaching out for medical assistance. I went around with mild symptoms for about a decade, finally went to the doctor and was told I can’t eat gluten. Not very bad news, but I could have saved myself some discomfort. And I’m glad to see a lady post here, can only speak for myself, but you are most welcome!

Yeah, that was how I understood it as well.

I don’t think women would start taking the first step. Seems more likely that they would look elsewhere for “real men”. Could happen that men does something similar, to find a woman that doesn’t view them as sub human.

Society hates men more than it loves women.

How about "shit head" or "asshole"?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
