I think your confusing golden-era bodybuilding with building muscles. Those things you said are great activities to keep your cardiovascular system running optimally, but a splash or resistance training a couple times a week will create more added benefits as well.

Women in LTR/marriage are unhappy if the man is happy doing anything where she isn't involved/the focal point. That's bad training. My dog does not bark unless instructed to or someone is at the door, and I like that warning. My dog also hasn't had an accident in the house since she was sick around 8 months ago. I often end up working at least one 12 hour shift a week and there still isn't any ancients. Food/supplies really don't run much of you finish the initial shots assuming they stay healthy. It's around $65/m I think, well worth the joy she brings me in life.
