I lifted weights seriously for 10+ years and my interactions with women/ everyone else at the gym are minimal. Not saying you shouldn’t try, but there are better places. The Gym is about you and the iron, no other interaction needed.

I was completely bald at 23 so I feel you. Honestly once I got over it personally it didn’t make any difference. If you’re confident, kinda funny, and not a complete slob you have a leg up on 90% of other guys. Also have a tan head at least lol
