Yes, if he can hold a good conversation with me or we share something in common (eg both like drinks/food/coffee). Worst case scenario, I might still have a good time (defined by the quality of the convo and company, not solely physical intimacy). If I like the guy, I might kiss him if the moment is right, or not. Some friends of mine would even kiss a guy for whatever reasons (the most ridiculous reason I’ve heard is to end the date early without an explanation). For sex, it’s similar. Maybe ju…

Some people are shy and don’t know how to say no. Imagine a salesperson keep asking you to try their products… You said that she’s traveling. So I guess for girl, what else does she lose? She had the time. Also, interested in going out with a person doesn’t mean interested in having sex with a person.

Or she wasn’t interested and was being nice. That can happen too. Anyway, you’ve done everything that you could have.

She‘s not cheating since you’re not official. But what she did was worse. What kinds of people would Snapchat you that shit? So disrespectful

Maybe I am overly sensitive here. But OP‘s last text gives a bit passive aggressive vibe to me. I wouldn’t say “that sort of friendship” but just “a friendship”

Depends on what kinds of relationships you want? You can game someone into something short term but you can’t game them into falling in love with you. Games can make dating fun but won’t change how someone feels about you in the long run IMO. Games can only get you that far.

I think what you really want to know isn’t her body count but whether or not she’s loyal. And those things aren’t correlated IMO.

What makes it sound sexual? I‘m sensitive about mine because I tend to have a deep voice. But I don’t wanna sound like a man 😂

I’m curious how much time that took you for all these texts? It seems like you put in a lot of effort in it. Any tips for responding texts? I sometimes would forget about what they talked about when I’m talking to a few people at the same time.

Yes I understand. I was referring to others who think this is irrelevant

Thank you. That’s exactly what I’m trying to do. And also why changing voice immediately leads you to think about speech therapy? 😂 Basically I I was just asking for advice on how to sound hotter. Maybe it’s not even about changing the voice but just the speed we talk or something like that

This should be upvoted more. I would like to know how to make the switch or gradual process of sharing here. From my personal experience, I always feel like I was in a paradox. In order to build trust, I want my partner to share his vulnerabilities. But on the other hand, he would only open up when there’s trust IMO. I didn’t handle it well in my past and I’m still struggling between pushing the relationship forward and respecting his boundaries.

You definitely give me a vivid insight with the analogies. I really like getting to know your perspective. But the first sentence in your comment just seems a bit pessimistic. Maybe you won’t reject her even knowing all her red flags? Isn’t that the point? I agree that sharing vulnerabilities should be done gradually after the corresponding level of trust is built, eg, they have also shared something similar.

She might be genuinely a nice person and wants something casual. That’s why she might not text often. It takes time to text when there’s nothing to talk about. Hanging out is another thing

I think the fact that he’s a selfish lover as a hookup is more concerning. Guys tend to open up more after sex although in your case he‘s way to soon. Perhaps he doesn’t have support elsewhere?

I agree 100% with what you said, esp. the last sentence. Dating is like the Pandora‘s box complex. You‘ll never be fully content if you know there is always someone better out there.
/r/seduction17/02/22 12:32 PM

I think you’ve overthought this. She was probably just being nice and would like to get to know your life as a friend since you’ve shared some special moments. Or maybe your relationship didn’t mean as much to her as it was to you so she didn’t think that’d be awkward to know your wife. If you don‘t have any feelings to her, you could either treat her like a friend (if she and you share similar hobbies) or cut ties from the past to avoid any possible drama from your wife‘s side.

Pull out isn’t that effective unless you’re sleeping with older women. Most women in their early 20s are very fertile.

Did you send the same text to everyone? 😂 Just apologize and explain that you were drunk if you want something serious as drunk texts like this seem disrespectful IMO. If it’s casual, make a joke about it and play it off. I’d suggest address it definitely

I see where you’re coming from. Your dad made his choice of not wanting. Thus, you attribute everything to your mom because she decided to keep you. I think you are not wrong here to have this thought. But bare in mind that your mom is doing the best she can. No one could foresee how good their parenting skills are. Your mom doesn’t sound so terrible from what I read compared with other moms (from non-single parent families). The struggles you have are common in general.

Don’t beat yourself up. Almost everyone has experienced this. It’s truly an amazing feeling to give your everything when you are in love and not play the upper hand game. You just need to be more careful when to cut the losses in the future. You couldn’t change her feeling about you but you could change the way of looking at things. Everyone feels like an idiot when they’re falling in love especially when feelings aren’t reciprocated. You’re not alone. But don’t blame yourself for playing it “to…

I agree with the part where you told her how her behavior hurt you. Chances that she’s gonna played it off is high and you could move on more easily knowing that she’s been so fake. If she’s being real, then you might at least get an apology and make it a proper closure, considering your emotional investment in all this.

That’s how I’d prefer as well. But I think there’s a difference between not displaying affection and not saying ily.
/r/seduction21/01/22 04:37 AM

I like your analogy in the end. But sometimes you can’t really compare things like this because people are different. It’s like this scenario: how long you date before committing to a relationship. It might have taken you 3 months with your ex. But this could be different for different partners. Of course people will have their assumptions based on your past. But I think it’s normal to have a range where the time needed for moving forward to sex or relationship could fluctuate. It’s definitely n…

I disagree. Why do you think it’s a bad thing when a woman sleeps with other dates on the first date but not with you? Has it ever occurred to you that she might want to take things slow with you because she saw a potential with you and not because she thinks you’re a beta?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 02:20 PM

I didn’t know that’s been 3 times lol yeah I’m talking more about first time situations.

It depends on how long it's been since you made the move on them. If it's immediately, it might come off as you being an insensitive person, especially when you've seemed serious about them. Being disappointed could be a reasonable reaction IMO, as long as they are not pissed or anything.

I get it why you were upset as she tried to project someone she’s not to you. But dude, this happens all the time. And guys do that too. A lot of guys say that they don’t sleep with everyone to their dates but actually they “almost” do lol It’s similar to what she did to you. People like these just try to project themselves as someone picky when they are really not. It’s very common. You really can’t take people’s words too seriously on first dates.
/r/seduction17/01/22 04:09 PM

Sometimes your dates are just shy and a little awkward when you meet them for the first time, regardless how good your game is.
/r/seduction07/01/22 09:39 AM

I would say sitting next to each other helps with some light flirty touches and is less awkward, especially for first dates because there won’t be direct eye contacts (when they are uncomfortable). But the difference is minimal.

First of all, it’s refreshing to have some female perspective, which isn’t common here. I find the comments very interesting. I think you are too focused on this one guy. I understand how good the butterflies feel. But also they might be clouding your judgements. It’s very unlikely that you know he’s “the one” (whatever that means to you) just after a few dates. You want him and the fact that you can’t drives you crazy. I just want you to think if this is the kind of love you want for your serio…

There could be many reasons. Could it be your choice of women? Some younger girls just like to make out heavily but sex is optional. For women, sometimes the sexual tensions built during make out is just as good as sex itself. From what you’ve written, I couldn’t tell exactly but it seems that you’re way too focused on your “end goal” - sex. That could be off putting. Instead, just enjoy the fun without any expectations toward sex. It’ll happen more when it’s unexpected imo.

I could only imagine what your journey would be like lol Sorry that the shaming happened to you tho. I think some people are just mean after breakups or something like that. So when they shamed you years later, it’s not about you. It’s more about them.

Same goes to when the number is extremely low. That’s why I think it’s always better to disclose the real number if you could foresee a serious future with someone. Why be with someone who couldn’t accept you for who you really are? The past isn’t something you could change anyway. But in reality, it’s really complicated. Most people are scared of the associations come with the numbers and end up lying about their numbers, when the ridiculous thing is that there’s no such thing as a perfect numb…
/r/seduction23/12/21 10:04 PM

This is somewhat true. I agree the number doesn’t necessarily reflect on compatibility. That’s why I said sometimes it’s just another piece of information. But this is just like stereotypes. I could say that a virgin would still be compatible with a person with a really high number. But chances that happens might be lower. It’s not about your integrity as a partner. Sometimes it could be expectation of sex, frequency, or the mental struggle of extreme differences in terms of the numbers

I honestly just stop answering this and I don’t ask this because I know mostly likely I won’t get a real answer. That sucks though because I’m very curious. For me, the number is just an idea of how the other person views sex and relationships, or sometimes just simply another piece of information about someone. That’s why I think it’s good to tell others the real number, given there is no universal perfect number here. But it’s definitely a weird convo on a first date. I’m guessing this might b…

Not always the best strategy. Depends on what your end goal is. It will hamper your chance with the girl you are into if you keep ALL the options open

I don’t think they had a choice. They became single mothers doesn’t mean that they had the criteria to be a great single mom before they became a mom. Also that doesn’t mean anyone could foresee that. If you can foresee someone being a great single mom, you could believe in yourself that you could be a great single dad as well.

This is a terrible idea. No one is a single mom materials.

Also if you find it hard to get out of a relationship, I wouldn’t recommend getting in one. This is a very dangerous situation that anyone could put themselves in. Of course life isn’t perfect. We could only just learn from experiences. Make yourself physically, mentally and financially ready (to some extent) before getting into any relationships. It’s not a good enough reason to stay in a relationship just because you couldn’t get out.
/r/seduction12/12/21 09:25 AM
1

I see. In your extreme scenario, it makes sense. But there is more than one way of getting out of a situation that doesn’t involve cheating. You can LITERALLY try to justify everything to surviving in the end of the day. It’s in adversities like this that reveal where people draw their lines. I don’t see how sleeping with someone could get you out of the situation. If anything, that might anger the abusive partner even more if they find out. There are friends and family out there, which might be…
/r/seduction12/12/21 09:22 AM

Everyone wants love and affection. If you don’t get it from your partner, you can choose to leave them or work on it, instead of cheating on them. That’s what I meant by integrity. If you leave an unloving relationship, you do nothing wrong. If you cheat, at least you have done one part wrong and give the other person justification for their own behavior
/r/seduction12/12/21 02:55 AM
3

I think it’s just compatibility in terms of time. I couldn’t imagine two overly busy people and two overly available people together for a long run without any issues. But cheating is more likely a reflection of integrity and self control than circumstances IMO.

I agree. You can’t change her. But you could communicate and see if this is something she could change. It’s a process of compromising, very common in relationships. If she couldn’t change for some reasons, probably this means it’s very important for her to act in this way. Then you decide if this is a deal breaker for you. Also, I wouldn’t just jump into any assumptions of why she’s posting selfies on socials a lot. There could be many reasons. Perhaps she doesn’t have enough validation from yo…

Honestly if you feel like you already want a relationship and still wait for the girl to ask, you’re just wasting your time. Just ask her. If she turns you down, then you could move on. If you play mind games like this, your relationship starts off on a rocky ground. She will only think you don’t like her that much to begin with and the relationship is more likely to fail. Just imagine, if she’s doing the same and only ask you a year later, even tho you like her, would you feel great about this …

Instead of listing what you don’t want, focus on what you want. You are being stereotypical here. You judge people by their most prominent feature but neglect that people are multidimensional. You are missing out opportunities if you judge this soon. For the record, I don’t think any of those women you mentioned did it for validation. They just have a life.

What do you mean that he’s not reliable in the past? If you constantly told him you wanted an FWB, it also makes sense that he’s not actively seeking to hang out with you even though he liked you.
/r/seduction06/12/21 06:38 AM

Regarding the point 4, I agree women like decisive men. However, I’d say asking for others what they want before weighing your own opinion is always good. It comes off as being considerate IMO.

Thanks for this heartfelt post. I have so much respect for you. Most of things are not easy to be done. Most people don’t even realize that. I used to ghost people a lot when I was younger for the reason: everyone’s doing it. But that doesn’t make it right. It’s just reinforcing this phenomenon in dating culture.

I agree to some extent. By not texting much or not answering every text, you might come off as wanting a FWB even if that’s not what you prefer. I’d stick with concise texts but never ignore any questions. But if FWB is what you’re aiming for, then this is the way to go.
/r/seduction23/11/21 05:38 PM

Could it be that you read into the situation too much. You only had one encounter with her. She might be just eyeing the equipment and waiting to use it. Most likely, she didn’t remember you because it was that one encounter a while back and that’s why she went cold. I also agree with the comment above about DMing her without getting her info to begin with.
/r/seduction17/11/21 01:56 PM

Firstly, just wanna say that being serious might just be a sign of maturity. But I know what you mean about being too serious and that might be a bit socially awkward sometimes. I found alcohol helps me to ease up sometimes. Sometimes hanging out with a slightly younger group of people also helps. You could observe and learn how they interact with others.
/r/seduction16/11/21 09:22 AM

Agreed. And also could it be possible that your personality or some beliefs have changed along with your appearance? I’ve seen friends who went from being a loyal, humble and average looking person to a hot cheating liar. Judgements aside, the change of values might be a reason why friendship went sour. But yeah, could also just be jealousy. Haters are gonna hate. If that’s the case, they are not true friends.

Exactly. People walk too far and forget about why they started at the first place sometimes. I don’t think anyone’s initial intention is to get the highest number possible I guess… I could understand how easily one might get carried away as they’ve spent so much time on perfecting the skills. But this seems like a logical fallacy.

Honestly I still can’t wrap around my head how seduction = helping guys fuck more. But it seems to be the definition on this subreddit. Seduction simply is just how to seduce or attract someone (sexually). It has no presumption on the number of targets. It’s great that you wanna seduce many. But it’s also just as great to learn all these tricks to seduce the women/men of your dream. I think real problem of this subreddit is that people are too consumed by quantity but not quality. Everyone is sh…

For what it’s worth, I think it’s really cool that you could do this. I actually think you might have a better shot in finding something non-casual (even that’s not what you want) than someone dates in the traditional way, as long as you’re honest about it.

I was listing out the cons for others who are considering this lifestyle. By choosing any lifestyle, one is bound to miss the alternatives. And that’s alright. Life is the sum of your choices. There’s no good or bad. I personally would think that the mainstream lifestyle is the tough one since the world is changing and we are still living like in the old days, with same sets of ideologies in dating. I personally think it’s easier to get 10 casual flings in a month than to keep one for 10 months …

I don’t think it’s about the mental fortitude but the choice of living. You’re right. You don’t need anyone to be happy. There’s a difference between needing someone and wanting someone. Just like how you want casual sex but not need it. It’s a choice of living. When you choose to live like a digital nomad, you can’t expect to still have the pros of a stable life. Hence, I was just listing some cons for considerations. It really has nothing to do with mental fortitude. All lives are equally chal…

Deep connections have nothing to do with having someone to complete you or being insecure. It‘s just another way of living lol There are many ways to build deep connections as well. Other than sex, friendships could also be one of those. I was just saying if you are always on the go, that might be hard to maintain other relationships. At least that’s how it’s been for me. Your life is beyond my wildest imagination.
