For the average men it never will. There was a recent study that said women want a man that makes 150% of what she does. Women are paid the same for same work. So women want men that are several levels above them. So until women start to date down, won't happen.

What do we call mansplaining when a woman overtalks, interrupts a man giving a presentation? I was giving a presentation 45 min in length of a technical topic and this woman kept interrupting, interjecting, asking questions in the middle of my sentences. Probably about 20 times in 45 minutes. It was so bad I caught other guests rolling their eyes. If I'd done that to her that would mansplaining, so what is it when women do it to men?

We hire foreign workers because Americans won't work for the slave wages the foreign works will. I've been in pharma for 30 years. I've seen it first hand. I know the people. I've seen Chinese PhD getting 30k a year while the American was making 65k.
