Earning dollars and living there is different. If you make local currency salary yes it's shit. Key is to get on a position of remote income and jump.

What everyone need to realize is that you're just a number. The reason people fall for the "they care about us" marketing is because deep down every person wants to belong to a tribe. Being on Xanax and drinking too much wine(women i'm looking at you), they're lives are so dull and boring that they fall for the culture trap at a corporation. They pretend to care because you make them money. Your surplus labour creates surplus value that you don't own, they own it. YOu get paid a set amount of do…

Read my comment below about how to interpret the post. It's analogies. With regard to your comment about the italian PM. She's controlled opposition. If you zoom out, it's a clever play to polarize people. The more you polirize against each other the more their attention are diverted away from what's actually happening, digital currencies backed by the govt to control your livelihood, propaganda to soften you to the idea of eating bugs instead of meat or home grown veggies, the heart attachs lit…

You are correct. I was born in a 3rd world shit hole. When I meant third world shithole I meant the girls in the smaller towns in these shitholes not in the big cities. It's not an assertion it's a hypothesis. The bigger the city they live in, the more western liberlization gets infused into the cities of any country the more degenerate they become.

The PUA tactics worked during a certain period but time moves on. Anyone wanting to bitch here in the comments, take a moment to think real quick. A girl in the cities vs a girl in a third world shit hole where life is hard and dynamics are more traditional. The city girl lives under constant bombardment by social media, news, friends, let's call it "them", telling her what to buy, how to dress, how to be trendy, how to be cool. Girld have a very high drive innately to be accepted. They are the …

Longterm it's better for a man to learn the fundamentals from the sidebar. To go through hardship by implementing the knowledge he gained, get his feet grounded in himself and after that the women will flow. The problem with giving advice on how to get laid in one weekend is that it doesn't solve the bigger problem of masculinity. PUA forums exist for that reason and there are tons of tactics to use to get your little weiner wet. What does lack, is a road map for how to become a man. If the dopa…

Posts like these are great because it requires you to read and think about what the author is trying to say. Humour is a great way to separate the emotional spergs. Weak men need bulleted lists so they can jerk off on fantasizing about being "alphalfa" while pulling their weiners. Instead of being told how to act, what to give, what to do, or how to think on a forum posts you should do what the fuck you want and when you want. Give what you want, fuck who want and tap your toes while the music i…

Instead of reacting emotionally you guys need to think about what GLO is doing. The message is in the subtext. Use your brain for once. Do you want every post to be a bullet point list? Read and think. It's sprinkled with some humour

I have two buddies that would drop everything at any time of day to rush over. And it's happened before. I told the girl I was with "buddy needs me gotta go". Not waiting for bullshit "yes you can go" or anything. It sounds like you don't have that type of friends. Yet. This post is ideas for you to get to that point. Along the way of implementing these tactics there will be a dude who you click with and you might become very very good friends. That is the point of this post.

If the context within which we live were advantageous to men raising kids and being married this wouldn't be an issue. Buddy of mine refuses to listen. Lives with a chubby gf and they're wanting kids. His reasoning is "I can die any time if I worry about what if then I might regret it". Lol.

Try squatting 60kg(or 135lbs) below parallel for 4x8-12 and see if they grow. Or squat 140kg(315lbs) for the same and see which one makes your legs grow. Big muscles need a big enough intensity to grow. Unless you're one of those "hard gainers" that "can't grow legs" or you refuse to put in the work for a big strong base. Any noob is better off growing with strength first then playing with bb. But alas, find escuses not to do the big 6 and do them heavy with silly reasons why isolation are "supe…

Before you worry about curves and lagging muscles you should worry about being able to AT LEAST pick up 2x your bodyweight. You anti strength guys need to stop worrying about strength curves and "lagging" muscles and stick to the basics. 99% of bodybuilders are on roids so their opinions don't count.
/r/TheRedPill21/12/20 01:01 AM

Eventually. For 90% dudes general strength will will get them more in shape than any silly machines program and cables shit.
/r/TheRedPill20/12/20 11:17 PM
2

The model for the lifts get adapted based on these measurements. Everyone can squat and you're right you need a coach who can adapt the model to suit your body type. OP doesn't know what he's talking about.
/r/TheRedPill20/12/20 02:12 PM
3

Depends on goals. General strength is about the movement and the adaptation systemically to that movement to get strong. Bodybuilding training is different. Each should be applied to their extents. But a weak foundation wouldn't allow for enough weight to be lifted to induce growth.
/r/TheRedPill20/12/20 02:10 PM
4

Powerlifting is a sport. Strength training is safe for everyone if you understand how to coach the lifts. Varus/Valgus doesn't matter, you need to know how to coach. Few points but it's clear you're not a strength coach specializing in the big six mate. Your opinion doesn't refute the benefits of general strength. You're not special. Starting strength is clear what it's goals are and it should be used for that. Look at my submission history for the beginners guide to lifting.

If you have to ask that question you clearly don't know the context within which most men find themselves, which is why this sub exists, of which you know nothing about. Go ahead and leave useless comments with your typical "woman defense" of projection. We usually don't respond to your kind but I was bored. Now even borderrr. So much for entertainment.
/r/TheRedPill20/12/20 12:10 AM

You're clearly a woman by your comment history and have zero experience as a man or how girls treat men. Nor have you got experience in the company of pretty women and the evil shit they do/say about men. You can try to be angry with platitudes and justify you're "uniqueness" on other subs but it's gonna fail here. Those of us who have experienced women of all kinds can smell your kind from a mile away. Add something constructive to the topic and we could have a dialogue.

It's not abuse. Western girls can be 200lbs+ and still have an ego the size of a mountain thinking they're hot shit and "you're lucky" to be with their fat asses. Now imagine the ego of a 7 or 8+ girl. Constantly bombarded with attention from literally hundreds of guys. They think they're celebrities. Sub-consciously negging a girl like that Mae's it so her ego comes down a bit.

No such thing as naturals mate. Environment within which you find yourself dictates how your mindset is molded and your internal confidence. Think of a kid making quarterback. All eyes on him, he gets attention, all changes happen sub-conciiyslg and he doesn't know it. Then his behaviour shows. You'd be surprised how much naturals all of a sudden are not so natural when taken out of their context within which they're comfortable.
/r/TheRedPill18/12/20 08:18 PM

What I do, is when they're naked or sitting on the couch while chatting, make sure eye contact is happening and glance at her stomach. You'll immediately see self consciousness kick in. Sub consciously her arm/hand will go over her stomach or she'll pull the shirt. Doesn't matter if she's skinny fit or curvy. Works 100% of he time. Body language and eyes can neg the fuck out of a girl.

I'm well aware of the rabbit hole. This has nothing to do with the original comment mate. That some fucktards out there are really fucked in the head. Just play that game with a girl and say show me some creepy shit in your phone so I can learn how to flirt. Get a glass of wine as you're acting to prepare for a lesson. It's fun and you get to see how fucked some dudes are. Sometimes I don't blame girls for calling the cops.

True. Trick is to get them a little tipsy where the truth comes out a bit. I've seen some of these SMSs they get on the broads phone. It's sick fetish type shit

The amount of cringe stories I hear from girls on dates is astonishing. So many creepers copying phone numbers sending random "I wanna lick your pussy" texts and dudes on dates revealing the sadness of their basement dwelling lives. Whisper is 100% correct. The imagination in your head of wanting a gf who is different doesn't fucking exist so get over it. Your quiet introverted gf is the one who sucked three dicks in one night and let two cum in her years ago during her "stupid girl" phase.

It's normal to feel defeated and depressed. Your post will be removed, but for now go get 'n cheap book and pen and write your thoughts down. All of it. Keep writing. Then burn the book. Read "Streetlights and Shadows" to understand the variability of "plans". Write down in your life what can control and what you can't control. Make a plan roughly for your lfe and then a secondary plan if the first doesnt work. Review each year and adjust. Simple. Spergs bitching about "what happens in 10 or 15yrs huhrduhrrr" don't understand variability and adjusting as life goes on. Simple. And do your fucking squats.

My experience, during these times, texting is to find a hook and stand out so she thinks you're not desperate. Superficial texts to feel her out and then a text that connects with her on a slightly deeper level so she thinks "we agree in this he understands me". Then suggest a "silly game" to play during a drink and if she loses first round is on her. I've never sent a text meme in my life. It's fucking stupid. You're not 5yrs old.

You misunderstand. I don't want society to go back to trad times. I'm making a statement in the hypothetical sense if one would want that. Not talking about me wanting it.
/r/TheRedPill05/11/20 12:39 AM

It's implied that people = society. Her friend group, school, university has the potential to shame her/approve way more than one guy. But of course there's nuance to everything.

I have a feeling I know what's happening and I'm jot entirely correct. But close. There's zero places where men can convene and feel accepted by "a" tribe because of all the toxic shit blasted in our faces. TRP for some of them presents that "tribe" and you guys the elders. It's possible these men never internalised anything just wanted to be accepted. I invited a guy from the gym out to steaks. Dude looked like a child eating sugar for the first time. Turns out he has zero friends. Another guy …

Only way to re-trad is a societal scale implementation of the trad values where society shames women for iow they act. Dudes wanting to trad-up their girls live in fantasy worlds. Her values come from society not here wannabe trad hubby

This will get removed as it violates posting rules. But yes, cash withdrawls over a period of time and stashing it with a trusted friend is where I'd start. Lift, get jacked, learn game, clean up yourself and she might feel dread. But the endgame should be to leave with "some cash" at least.

One method to try is get a journal and put your thoughts down right now on how you think, your principles, values and your mental framework right now while you're single and mostly "killing it" as they say. When you meet a new woman and you feel this bliss, you gotta review the journal to be reminded of who you are and what your mindset was and how diligent you were on uour life purpose. A big part of your journey is lifting and getting your ass in shape. Look at my post history and you'll find submissions for beginners. Study it, understand it, and go lift. Clean up your diet. The foundation starts with the weight room. And don't do curly isolation bullshit. Follow my posts and implement it. You don't need to be 10% body fat at first. You need to get STRONG. Mate I made detailed series of posts for beginners, look at my submissions. The problem with these fitness posts is you guys complicate shit too much for beginners. You're writing for a beginner right? Coz the big dudes already figured out what to do. You're describing te rminology and overviews but you're not giving them the tools to understand. Block training is for wayyy later passed the novice/intermediate gains which 99%of dudes here will never reach.

Would be interesting if there studies done on single fathers vs single mothers over a child's life span. No evidence but I think a father can logically solve a problem of the maternal influence with sisters/nieces etc than a woman can because they can't think logically about the father's influence to solve the problem.

Lifting, strength specifically, is not exponential. More logarithmic. Law of diminishing returns sets in after a while. I think the law of compound interest is a more suitable analogy that would make more sense.

You must have a significant stash of cash. Most people will lose jobs and if they have an emergency fund hopefully to help them out. Sitting on a lot of cash is a split sword. Got this same advice years ago and started doing it. Girl I was with in Jan said "nobody gives a fuck about your life and here you come Mr charming chatting up a storm, you realize nobody does that?" Another funny one is they think it's flirting. Fuck knows why. Chatting with a waiter couple weeks ago and commenting on his(gay guy) cool tattoos got us free pancakes. Literally just show interest in someone for a couple mins and you just made their day. Works every time. OP is 100% correct.

For the retard spergs here lemme give you a hint to think about the lessons here. Doesn't matter what you think it's fake or stupid it's the underlying lesson: Shut your mouth in company and listen. Ask yourself during interactions like this : "why is this person here, what words did they use to give me hints into their current mindset, can I identify any hurt feelings towards a parent, we're they abondened early, do they/and did they have struggles throughout their lives etc etc etc". I'm more interested in finding a strategy to transmute my sexual energy into a discipline I enjoy. Then you need to clarify your point. This sounds like you dont like sex. Sex is a biological drive you have no control over (hello catholic priests). We're not saying put it on the pedestal, but all men with high enough T-levels enjoy women and to fuck them. Transmuting your sexual energy is impossible as it defies nature. You don't have to make it either or. You can have both. But one is a sub-bra…

Your calves get plenty of volume already every day due to us humans walking everywhere, and them preventing you from falling forward on your face when you stand. In order to grow them you need lots of volume so yes above 12 is fine if I had to program them. But vary them. Have a heavy set between 5 - 8, full ROM. Then pump them with lighter weight in the 12 - 16 range. I don't have lots of experience with calves coz I don't really care for them unless you're genetically fucked.

What happened to you is not the week off but your spacing of the stress - recovery - adaptation cycle. 4.5kg(10lbs) jumps is not advisable because the potential for stalling is almost guaranteed after another week or so.

Spot on. Through the gym coaching usually the conversation comes up regarding "man stuff" and I end up coaching guys through life and how to un fuck themselves while also cueing their 220kg deadlifts. I'm starting to have a theory that the gym is a gateway for some men who need help with "life" when they see someone who is succesfull, strong and in shape. Asking for some life advice inter-set seems easier than directly asking for it. Or so it seems.

Yep that's gold. I've done that on my last TM Wave run but ended up with tendinitis from what I assume was the fuck load of volume on my elbows from bench/pressing like a mad man. Dropped the press volume and it subsided. I intentionally kept these templates simple.

/r/TheRedPill10/12/19 01:25 AM

If it works for you it works. I advise against just hopping on someone's program without the proper "why" you're doing it and "how" you're transitioning weight wise. Enough volume and intensity to drive adaptation etc is all questions that deserve an answer in proper program design.

What specifically, biomechanically and physiologically, do you mean with "making a muscle more" functional"? What exactly do you mean with "strengthen the core" and how will an Olympic lift (sub-maximal) or TRX Row (vs heavy Barbell rows) strengthen your "core" better dhan heavy squats and pulls? Be specific with your answers because right now you're sounding like someone who parrots crossdressers crossfiit propaganda instead of critically thinking about what you're saying and how that doesn't m…

Not an expert on the flat Flintstone thing so I'll refrain. If it worked its great. 22kg plate falls on your foot yes it will still suck. They don't prevent everything, but they do help. This doesn't apply to you so if you feel comfortable in barefoot do it man.
/r/TheRedPill07/12/19 03:13 AM

For safety purposes (possibility of dropping weights on your foot) you should wear shoes. If the gym alows you can wear whatever you feel comfortable with. When it comes to the big compounds, lifting shoes with 0.75in heel lift has some mechanical advantage during below-parallel squats for the ankle. Solid rubber sole with the strap keeps the foot stable. Squishy shoes like running shoes aren't stable enough. During deads, also your choice. I use flat Deadlift shoes. There are no hard rules, jus…

"flexibility" is not a problem for noobs. That's made up unless there is a structural problem. Define what "stabilizer" muscles are? As opposed to what, non-stabilizers? How do you know when "stabilizers" are not doing their job? How do you know if the "core" is not "developed"? Answer these questions rationally
/r/TheRedPill05/12/19 08:25 PM
3

Yes, but you are missing the principle of adaptation, and the rate of gains a noobie can make, and also how to optimize that adaptation ability. I see no clear, logical, argument for doing bodyweight shit first. It's a waste of time, in my opinion.
/r/TheRedPill05/12/19 02:51 PM

You are latching onto words like a woman during an argument. If you READ my post I said we're not training for powerlifting, and no, you're wrong. Powerlifters ONLY train in the 1-3 rep range during the peak weeks. I said sport/hobbies. Jesus, insert "recreational strength training" if you really want a specific term. Nobody here, except for those who care about competing, will get to a 500lbs squat. Most guys will transition out to intermediate long before that. You definitely be very strong (r…

Here's a proper response since you neglected to think about the method properly. Doing 1-3 reps over a long period of time also... Nowhere do I reference 1 - 3 rep range. Also, proper strength volume is not built with 3s. ...Youtube have severely injured themselves at some point in time... Lifting is one of the sports least prone to injury compared to other recreational sports. Everyone, regardless of sport/hobby, will get hurt at some point. you can't avoid it. And the key to your program is simple, compound multi joint movements. I have a theory the autistic morons freaking out feel insecure when you mention big scary barbell movements that are simple becuase they do silly bullshit and rationalise their weak minds with frivolous arguments against hard work. Nobody has debated, or provided better suggestions with clear examples. Just a bunch of whiney fellas
/r/TheRedPill02/12/19 07:57 PM
1

Guys will rationalise any reason to not do hard work. I'm tall in the 1.9m range and weigh about 100kg. Already in the 1200 club and don't have any lagging body part. Calipers put me at 13.5% BF give or take some errors. About 23cm(9inches} drop from chest to waist so the v-taper is quite visible. Ladies love a lean strong man.
/r/TheRedPill02/12/19 07:10 PM
3

Yep definitely. If you use pounds, you can buy fractional as small as a 1/4lbs from rogue. After a couple weeks when your bench and press slow down you switch to 2.5lbs increments and not 5lbs. In metric, you can increment with 1kg (500g each side).
/r/TheRedPill02/12/19 04:42 PM
5

Usually the guys complaining about the big lifts and doing them are the ones too scared to do some actual work with actual iron. This shit is simple.
/r/TheRedPill02/12/19 03:47 PM
3

When you say backoffs... are they sets with 10-20% less weight? Correct. But with a little less offset. Start with 5% and if it's too hard still, make it 10%. Usually 5% is enough. Regarding progression when you say add 2.5kg, is that 2.5kg each side or all together so 1.25 plates each side? All together, on the whole bar. So yes, 1.25 on each side.

Let me clarify for you further. Powerlifting is a sport. If you don't compete in the sport you're not a powerlifter. You just strength train. Snatch, C&J are olympic lifts and if you compete then you're a weightlifter. For the rest of us, we're just strength training, or strength lifters if you want a label. The biggest bang for your buck, physiologically and hormonally, is to do movements that use the most muscle, over a long ROM with a heavy weight (in that session). Beginners have a really big spike in adaptation and also ability to gain lean mass with the proper nutrition. What SS provides, if you want a physique, is a way to take advantage of your ability to get strong really quick, after which you will stall yes, but then transition into intermediate programming (which the post is ready) where…

TM as written in the texts yes. The only guys they're suited for are young ones with no responsibilities other than lift, eat and sleep. You can run a "wave" version of TM where the volume and intensity is waved over a 3 week block, which is quite fun and more appropriate for lifters who are 30s and even 40s.

I don't disagree with you but you missed the part where I said these posts in this series will be an attempt to tell the BEGINNERS AND LURKERS the "how" behind getting shape. What you are referring to is another method of training not suited to beginners. They lack coordination, proper control of their lumbar during the movements and don't have the awareness to have correct form unless coached.

A rep means one completed movement. Example, if you're doing a push up, when you go down and come back up that was one rep. A set means "a certain amount of reps". So if you did 5 pushups, that is one set of five. 3x5 will mean you did 15 total pushups, but 5 at a time. So 3 sets of 5 pushups. I"m going to give you the benefit of the doubt that you do not know what a barbell is. Go onto google and just type barbell. I won't recommend it if you have access to a gym. Yes bodyweight can get you in better shape, but not if your goal is pure strength, which in my view it should be when you're a beginner. Bodyweight exercises just manipulate limbs and use leverage for or against you. Barbell traininig mimics the movements of every day life and makes you strong doing those things (sit on a toilet/couch, pick stuff up, put stuff overhead, press against something). When you're very strong doing those movements your …

Set the calories to your maintenance weight, not gaining. 5months in I'll start to change a guy to maintenance if he's been lifting consistently or even at 100 to 200 calorie deficit. /r/TheRedPill29/11/19 07:32 PM

Free weights, barbells in particular, have a balance component because you're always standing (except bench) with the weight in your hands(or on your back). As the weight gets heavier over time, you are still not falling on your face which means you're "balancing" your body and the weight of the bar. So your balance gets improved (talking about old people 70+ here). Machines have their place in bodybuilding yes. But for the beginner, you need to learn the movements with a barbell and to move you…

There's no right way to be happy. That's your mistake. TRP is not a group/church/club with rules set for the members. It's a set of framework of observations about human nature combined with the social structure and its laws we live in today and how to be successful in that context. You can choose to get married, have an LTR or spin plates. TRP shows you reality so that you can be informed of consequences should you choose certain paths in life. There is no wrong way or right way. Just your way.

False. Sex is the glue that keeps a relationship together. If your girl is fat as fuck you don't feel attracted, hence no sex, hence glue turns to opposite poles magnet. If you don't care about the glue then date your bro, at least he can be trusted.

All the trials and errors with personal life growth and then career growth AND THEN growth regarding learning game/style/comms so you can be sexually successful as a man is way more stressful for the average man than some woman who feels insecure because she has to stop eating when she's full and maybe attend a few yoga classes a week for her "fitness". Men require meticulous diet and training regimes to look great, women literally just don't have to be fat to be decent looking. Let them feel in…

You hit it on the head. "it's my choice", that's key. If you make a choice because that's what you want then it's good, my problem is with your first comment about it being "normal" for any living being to want to reproduce. I disagree. Ever since I could remember I never wanted kids. Never. Some people want it, I never had. What's normal is based on your perspective. How many people do you know in the world that grow up and hold on to those specific values and go on to change the world, or make the parents proud? You can't quantify it. Example is my own siblings. Call it what you want. I'm specifically talking about guys who moralise or spout out the bullshit about "leaving a legacy" or "passing on genes", telling other men they're failures if they don't procreate and leave their DNA behind . My big reply above is regarding the quality of life you can have on your terms. The never ending search for happiness and companionship with a woman is what ends up biting those men in the ass.
/r/TheRedPill31/10/19 01:56 AM

I'll ask again, why does it matter? When you die you're dead. You cant/won't know what wa passed on. So making life decisions based on arbitrary criteria like that is stupid.

There are controls in place that you can take advantage of to make sure your old age is taken care of. If you're so old that you need 24hr supervision then you're selfish for wanting your kids to take care of your old ass. Then it's time you go to sleep forever. Your time has passed.

Motherfucker you need to be smart about nutrition and gain some weight. I'm 2.5cm shorter than you and weight 103kg (on a cut) and my top abs are starting to show its contours. You CANNOT at this height be tall and skinny. You need to be strong and muscular at about 100kg.itll take a few gaining/cutting cycles but it's doable in a year. You're prime time for gaining with all that testosterone running through your young ass veins.

I've been thinking about how to explain it to a friend that you don't need a woman's companionship to feel whole, but to cultivate yourself through challenges and skill development. The urge for companionship is so strong in some men that I can't seem to fathom why.

The tone and way you wrote the post doesn't seem like it, you're trying to back rationalise it. IMO If you posted about "monk mode" and how you're practicing your communication skills and game, then about a holiday you planned and managed to game a chick and bang her, it would be impressive. You started with a chick you talked you for a long time who's a plane Jane and "spontaneously" decided to travel to her city and bang her. No competition man. Just ego stroking.

We're just talking general strength here not elite athletic performance. Strength takes time to build up and most USAPL guys set their lifetime PRs later in their 30s. Obviously not all. My point is that if you wanted a 650 Deadlift, you can get it, with meticulous tracking of food and programming. The notion that you need to be super fat for a heavy Deadlift is old news. Plenty of jacked guys pulling big numbers with low enough bf to pass as a bodybuilder.

I agree with you I'm only commenting on the fact that if one chooses, getting to a big Deadlift like 650 is possible with decent programming and adequate sleep/calories etc and you DONT need to get fat to do it. 3/days a week programming will accomplish this in rolling 12 week blocks. I was thinking the same. Hard to judge a man by his posts, but he also stated his genetic potential had been reached with gaining muscle at a mere 6'1 170lbs, and he's 31.
/r/TheRedPill19/09/19 10:04 PM
6

If he has a: Squat: 2 x bw Deadlift: 2.5 x bw Bench: 1.5 x bw Press: 1 x bw ... then I'd believe he can't do more volume to grow. But I don't know that info. Also his training program. I don't know it, but if you are strong you can do heavier weights for volume, more stimulation and all the non-muscle lean body mass that comes from that. I'm not hating on him, I don't have all his history/training etc but just from this post I think 170lbs is way too small at 6'1 to have maxed out genetics.
/r/TheRedPill14/09/19 06:04 PM
11

I don't know your lifting style but 170lbs at 6'1 is small. At 6'1 you can get away with another 10 to 15lbs bodyweight and not sacrifice leanness, you'll look bigger and if you actually lift heavy and are more than average strong. One or two 12-week cycles of a basic HLM program will get anyone to these numbers if they slowly eat in a surplus.

The knee is a hinge joint. It likes to move in one plane only. Toes out, knees tracking toes does not put torsion on the ACL. Consistency is key. My advice usually is to first of all stjck to the program. Then diet is 1g protein per lbs bodyweight. 1g carbs per lbs bodyweight and the rest is fat. Comments are mixed. Sounds to me like this dude is living life on his own terms. Guys forget TRP is not a religion with "this is right" or "that is wrong". It's a set of tools and you can use them as you see fit. OP got divorced and decided not to pay for sex with one nagging woman anymore and rather pay for it with hotties. His career and personal life seems to be on point based on his comments so I don't see why people are bitching. If it was me I would still try to game regular girls for fun,…

I should've clarified. Do what you did with the flip-the-script when she comments about your dick. I meant to do these flaw-finding mind tricks randomly but with an attitude of non-nonchalant. Don't make it obvious that you're trying to "get to her". Small comment with a smirk (because you DGAF and it's amusing to you) and go about your day. If she asks what you meant just say "What?" and act confused. I love to manipulate bitches with overinflated egos.
/r/askTRP19/10/18 04:12 PM

Nice flip of the script. Keep doing it, and find more flaws with her. Anything. Small tits or ass, blemishes, freckles, teeth and make a funny off hand comment about it. Bring her self esteem down a bit. Any comments about your dick size going forward should be AA or you roll your eyes and comment on an abvious flaw with her that will strike her ego and make her insecure.

At 6'2 you can get to a 400lbs squat, 300lbs bench and a 500lbs deadlift in about 9months. Ive done it with plenty of people with good nutrition and training. Eat in a surplus and get strong then your body will "look" solid you'll look like a rock. At 6'2 it's my opinion that you shouldn't weigh under 200lbs. You'll just look lanky.

Identify situations wherein you know you always fuck up. Your example is class, im guessing there are other social olaces too. Take an item, rock, sticky note, amything, amd put it in your school pants. When you feel it in your picket in class it will remind you of your challenge to shut the fuck up. Silly method. Saved. Been having some trouble with being severely colour blind and figuring out how to work on personal style. Also have a thigh problem (34 waist and 388 thigh fit, thanks heavy squats) so shorts and jeans always require a belt. Taking off more than an inch on the waist I was told by my tailor will make the pants look weird. Anyone with big thighs lemme know how you get around this problem.

You're missing the point. Most guys are not motivated enough to study the mechanics of a squat, keep video taping themselves to check form, eat enough and sleep enough to recover. With a lifting partner form checks are easier, but you don't need it. Question was how long more or less can you get to a 4 plate squat. With all the variables in order, a lot less than a year.
/r/TheRedPill21/06/18 09:07 PM

Yep. Helps to have a training partner to yell at you when you want to pussy out on a specific volume day. It's way more mental, 100% correct.

Try the "false time constraint" next time. If you're not feeling it, or she looks uptight, look at your phone and say you gotta go, you have somewhere to be. Don't hug her, don't kiss her goodbye. She'll expect it, so don't do it.

Good advice. Personally I stay away from personal compliments about looks with younger women. Older, sure, you don't want to fuck them anyway. For the younger ones I'd comment on something they're wearing, doing, or whatever. Good exercise to practise cold approaching.

Good post. Two books that don't fuck around are "The Simple Path to Wealth" and "The Bogleheads Guide to Investing". Jack Bogle changed the way you can save and beat the market every time. It's simple, spend less, save more, and use Index Funds. Don't look at the market excpet once a year when you rebalance.

Filter on the home page by Top posts in the last month. The first link is called Talking With Women - Always DARE, Never DEER Learn to identify the horseman, and how to counter it. Read it a few times over and go out to practice. Others have already stated you have a confidence problem. It's a good thing because you are aware enough to want to change it. The post above made me realize how I sometimes fuck up with women. I'm practising now to identify it, counter it, and improve.

You can't change people's views, and they don't give a shit about your opinions. Best is to stay quiet, or nod a few times and redirect the conversation. If they press on, find a way to exit.

I need to take care of myself, I'll let you know when I'm ready for you to come hang out". flimsy_freda: "OMG YOU'RE HAVING SURGERY???? WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME I'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU. How much do you value the guy's friendship? If you value it alot because you're really good friends then tell him. Once. Personally I don't give a shit about "friendships" with girls. You either fuck them or you're their girlfriend.

I'd meet up with her still and act like nothing happened(she finding out about the other girl). If she starts talking about it, tell her you're a passionate guy and people don't control who they are attracted to. Then give her some comfort by telling her "that's why I like hanging out with you, we seem to click about a lot of things" even if it's not true. Don't bring up sex again, just keep it fun.

It will be a constant battle to maintain your frame. In LTRs you'll have to balance the B-traits with the A-traits. Too much of A and you'll push her away, too much B and she'll lose respect. As others have said, get a mission.

It's pretty simple. Go on a program like SS, add in some arm work after about 2months and calculate your macros to have 600 - 800 calory surplus. You'll gain minimal fat while getting strong as fuck.

Question for you on the MMA part. I lift heavy(powerlifting but don't compete) so numbers on the bar is nr 1 priority. I never learned how to fight, can you use MMA training as a supplement or do you have to dedicate a shit ton of time to it?
/r/TheRedPill03/04/18 12:35 AM

You're the perfect candidate for me to train if I knew you in real life. Quick suggestion, if you do something like SS and focus on your programming and diet, you can get really fucking strong, gain muscle and minimal fat to become a jacked motherfucker who is strong and good at BJJ. At 6'2 my opinion is thst you need to gain up to about 210lbs slowly. I'm tall, but lack the self defence part. It's on my goal list to start this year. Good luck.

Great Post, I can relate a bit, quick story. Been seeing a girl for a few months. Great ass, slim, works out(squat, deadlift I train her), cooks, conscious about food etc. Now and then she would get a bitch fit and challenge something I did/say. I remain calm, state my decisions and a reason, then turn around. 100% of the time she comes back apologising. How do you find heavy lifting on SS or an intermediate program like Texas Method or HLM while doing keto? I'm researching keto as the option to go to after this cut.
/r/TheRedPill08/03/18 05:55 PM
3

Not disagreeing. But if you're an intermediate lifter regarding your strength numbers the ab work might interfere with your recovery for the next compound workouts. If you're just working out like BB style stuff, absolutely, I agree with you.
/r/TheRedPill08/03/18 02:25 AM
1

We agree on the aesthetics part for sure. The slight hypertrophy your abs get from extra ab work makes them more defined granted your low on bodyfat. What I was trying to convey to this clown below who got pissy is that big compound movements put the body in positions that it goes through every day in space (picking stuff up, sitting down, putting stuff overhead). So training the big compounds for strength, trains the core too and makes it strong as fuck. 100 crunches vs 405 x 5 deadlift, i'll t…
/r/TheRedPill08/03/18 02:21 AM

Yep. Deadlift with a straight back 405lbs x 3 x 5, or 100 crunches every workout. I'll take the deadlift
/r/TheRedPill08/03/18 02:14 AM
3

Tell me, who has a stronger "core". Same body fat level, height, weight and sex. A guy who can do 100 situps five days a week or a guy who can Deadlift 405lbs x 5, Squat 450 x 3 with a straight back? Strength is not gained by high reps. Big compound movements over time is 1000 more superior for strength than situps. Situps with high volume will give you more definition and slightly more hypertrophy on the abs. Don't confuse endurance and anaerobic stressors.

Powerlifting and pulling a heavy fucking Deadlift PR (500lbs+) does more for your confidence than any caliper warrior with "abs" will ever understand. I move a shit ton of weight while these skinny curl bros with their gloves do their 20 sets of curls and end the day with a few sets of leg extensions. Doing shit "for women" is the most retarded thing. Leave these idiots to dial in their body fat, they're delusional.

Same here, strength is my goal. For a tall guy I'm fucking up those weights. 500lbs Deadlift at the end of 2017 is happening. Testing singles and 465lbs felt pretty easy. I can't wait. Doing shit for "girls" goes against any TRP advice. I'm slaying while being more chubby. Cut fat in 2018 then off we go again for the next round of PRs

I'm 1,93m and 112kg. I decided 20 weeks ago I'm going to powerlift. You need a really good strong base first so I'd recommend you strength train first. Get your weight up slowly and do a program like Starting Strength. It fucking works. Deadlift 435 x 1; backoffs at 385 x 5 Bench 270 x 1; backoffs at 230, 240, 250 all fives OHP 3x5 @ 150 Being a tall motherfucker I'm impressed with myself. Eat, sleep, train.

Barbell exercises are 1000x better for the human body and gives you a liftetime of progress capability. The psychological effect of barbell movements, especially over time as it gets heavy, is invaluable. No amount of pushups or "5k's" can give you the will and drive to push through big obstacles like a 315lbs squat for three sets of five can. It sounds like a lot, but it's not.
/r/TheRedPill29/11/17 05:30 PM

If that's your stance then so be it. My point is that you need to stay busy, your mind needs a mission, so read a book. go lift and come back and look at your progress, figure out your diet for the week, go talk to random people, especially old people they have good stories, the male vet ones, or go hang out witha buddy and go shooting. You think too much. Get out of your head and go do action-things.

What are your squat/deadlift/bench/OHP numbers right now? It's simple. Do the program. Look up a SS coach in your area, fix your form, and do the program. Eat what you're eating now and add in an extra bowl of oatmeal with whole milk in it. Just that. Then keep adding in food over time. Slowly. I can't stress enough, you're human and you don't defy the laws of thermodynamics. Everyone can gain weight, most guys are just pussies and don't want to eat enough and dont want to lift the weights.

You're also missing my point. A good strength base with a squat in the mid 300s will give you the ability do that amount of volume. if your 5RM on a squat is 225, then you can't do volume with 225.
/r/TheRedPill03/07/17 10:48 PM

Nit knowing anything about you so I might be totally off, follow a proper program all the way through to the point where you're pulling 450+ and squatting 350+, then focus on volume and building muscles. You can't squat to build legs with 225lbs. Strength first, then muscle. Naturally at least. Look at Jordan Feigenbaum(spelling eh), 200lbs but solid as fuck with huge numbers.

I'd like to read the post or even just comment here about your psychological methods you learned and observed. I've spent about 3yrs casually studying persuasion and communicating techniques to where I now tested it with senior VPs at our company and man it pays off. It's a little dark with some manipulation and observation, but they call it "playing the political game". I got one of the VPs now texting me when he has questions and thinks we're buddies. Dudes a total softy but oh well, he's got …

This applies to me over four years practicing talking more and smiling(i have a bad case of asshole face). People think I'm an extrovert because of how talkative I am. I still have my fundamental personality of wanting to be alone, but I'm good at "seeming extroverted". I enjoy it, up to the point where I feel like I had enough and need to recharge by being alone. Faking till you make it can work wonders.

I think it's less about the weight so much as the things it symbolically represents. I agree with you somewhat but I have to say, it's literally the weight. To give you perspective, I'm 6'3, she's 6'1. I weight 225lbs and she's about 215lbs. I lift heavy and religiously so I know where my weight comes from. She doesn't lift. So the "feeling", physically", of her being "big" now, not obese, just physically the same size almost as I am, puts me off. If a girl is tall, she has to be slim to be attr…

Yes. Took me about four years of practice. It's not easy. You can't change your personality but you can learn to improve. I'm so talkative people think I'm a huge extrovert. In reality I get sick of happy hour shit about 2 5hrs in. Then I need the silence of my house. It's just practice. If I'm stuck and can't leave, I make the best of it and 99% of the time it ends up being not as bad as I feel beforehand.

From your side, genuine attraction and desire requires you to be vulnerable and let your guard down around someone else. That requires Outcome Independence and I think a part of you is afraid of doing that. What do you mean by this? Outcome independence regarding either leaving or staying? Ultimately that's a frame problem, excessive fears about vulnerability are just as harmful as excessive fears of rejection or being alone. I'm a loner at heart, like I told a commented above. Took me 4yrs to g…

I'm in my early 30s too man. Been on the TRP and self improving for 4yrs now. My SMV has gone up so much, I'm content with my life and it's just getting better. This girl has been there for most of it. After 3yrs I still kept her at arms length, never moved in together (women want access, men want freedom), and it worked great. I used to be an introvert. Took me 4yrs of practice to become more social. I reached a goal the other day when someone told me "you're such an extrovert". I was flabberga…

Take a moment to yourself for a bit of additional introspection - Do you really want to be with someone in the long term, starting now? Sounds like you don't, and are making up excuses to dump her. You want out, and don't want to be the bad guy, so rationalise and find the one thing you could point your finger at, her weight. We were together for 3yrs. I truly kept myself on point and always made myself my point of origin. Kept her at arms lengths (women want access), never moved in, and it work…

This is exactly what I"m trying to figure out by looking at different perspectives. Few buddies say "fuck that leave her" but since it's been 3 yrs and she's still head over heels, I'm trying to understand if this is just a moment in time where she needs support to go figure her shit out with a doc, or is this permanent behaviour and she's manipulating me with a victim card. I'm not going to argue your point here, thanks for this objectivity. We are loyal, and always try to think of things from different perspectives. She's still head over heels for me though. She does everything for me. I literally don't have to worry about anything. Appreciate the answer. I only ask because I started seeing an 8, after three years climbed the ladder in quality, life is awesome right now it feels like it's speeding up way too fast. Not complaining though. I was in an LTR, attraction dwindled as she got complacent with her weight. (I'm 6'2, she's 6'0,i lift heavy but we weighed about 10lbs apart. Not a fan of that especially since she didn't lift at all. She didn't look fat coz of her height). This HB8 is head over heels, but I keep the bound…

Here you go. Read in this order. And read before you criticize or make finance decisions. The Simple Path to Wealth The Bogleheads guide to investing. Another perspective, women are evil and like the attention when two guys are over them. At any point if the woman respects the man she's with she has more power to shut it down since she can tell the bouncer she's being harassed by the other guy and the bouncer will put a stop to it; as opposed letting the date she's with do it. If a woman doesn't respect you, or you don't command respect then she'll sit back and let this happen. Women have more power in these type of situations.

Again, SS doesn't revolve around "lifting heavy things". It's about linear progression from just the bar. By the time a lifter gets to heavy weights, they already have the form/programming down. Like I said, a very small amount of people have legit anthropometry issues, limb lengths that fuck with the overall movement etc. 99% humans are not special. The big lifts are stretches by themselves, so any "tightness" gets taken care of. You didn't pull 600 right off the bat. It took you probably a few…

There are a very small percentage of people who need tweaks and that's usually some physical abnormality like limb length or pelvis issues. SS is not ass to grass, again proof that you don't understand the model. I'll repeat, you need to educate yourself on the model and listen to the doctors, PTs and coaches at SS to understand how the PT industry is a fraud, they don't understand adaptation, and don't understand the physiology involved with actually rehabbing people. Warming up with the bar for 3 sets of 5 is sufficient to get the body warm. Add in the fact that you're slowly ramping up weight to get to the work weight is plenty of warm ups.

Reddit is social media. If anything you should read it once a week, and only the top posts for that week. That way you know you're getting good content if it's upvoted. Reading hundreds of posts, some not that great, is just wasting your time. I don't post a lot but when I do I check for replies now and then and then go dark reading TRP once a week.

Circumcision has nothing to do with getting infected unless you mean it somehow hides the sore and the dude doesn't know it(unlikely). In South Africa it's the blacks who are mostly infected. Of course some whites too yes but miniscule compared to blacks. African blacks have a different culture. They sleep around like nobody's business. If your husband can't impregnate you, his brother, father, uncle, cousin etc can come and help, it's normal. Their beliefs in the supernatural bullshit and "muti…

Great stuff man. Keep at it and stay the course, always add a few things here and there to your new habits. To get around the drinking try to make something alcohol related a hobby like Scotch or something. I plan on doing that in 2017 since my autoimmune shit flares up with beer. Getting knowledgable on Whisky seems like a good way to make drinking interesting, and it'll make you seem more interesting too. The idea is that if you work hard to become and remain a high value man, you dominate your relationships with women, and you are truly awesome, valuable, and alpha enough, you can engage in committed relationships with women and they won’t cheat, leave, or misbehave. I believe some men are in those situations because they still make women their goals. Changing FOR women. They haven't experienced the deep feeling of fulfillment of self improving and becoming the best versions of themselves. Hell,…

Let me try to frame my view and see if this makes sense. Stoicism is the practice of changing what you can and accepting the things you can not. Listen. You're in a perfect position to bulk up, but you absolutely have to do it in a smart way. Get a calorie app, my favourite is Nutritionist+ by Kelechi Opara. It does everything for you. For any sedentary human burpees will have an effect on them. You are comparing apples to oranges. The energy systems involved in a heavy squat/deadlift and burpees are totally on the opposite sides of each other. Burpees makes your heart pound and makes you fitter, to a point. Strength training, and not the bodybuilding isolation shit, stimulates the muscles to become bigger and stronger it also gives you a cardiovascular "exercise", the heart is working it's ass off to pump blood to the whole o…

Cardio is not nearly as necessary as lifting weights is. You need to read more about what goes on with the body during weightlifting vs cardio to understand why a cardio junkie will look like shit where a lifter will get bigger. You probably don't understand nutrition and lifting for that matter. 3 days a week 9n a strength program is plenty for building muscle, especially Texas Method modified versions. a newbie is wasting his time with a hypertrophy program because he's not strong enough to lift heavy enough weights to stimulate his muscles to grow, especially the legs. Learn nutrition and proper programming for lifts before crying like a baby about not doing the program correctly.

Good post and I find being big at 6'4 is the same. Not dissing your weight but your BF is higher than you think. The muscle just makes it look more defined. The leangains model is based on natty bb'ders. /r/TheRedPill15/05/16 10:13 PM

If you go the old school route and lift with programs like SS you will gain a shit ton of strength and muscle over time. At 6'2 it makes sense that you don't have a sic pack. Eat smart, slightly over maintenance and swust/deadlift like a kin. Gainzz will come.

Seems you didnt understand my comment about knowing that everyone will progress differently. I disagree with the 't-nation' article just purely based on member's logs on SS etc and the limited amount of people I"ve trained. I don't expect everyone to excel at their progress, but in an almost 3yr span I hold my view of 99% of guys will be at a 4plate deadlift IF they following the eating, training and sleeping program. We can agree to disagree like iron gentlemen.

Depends if you mean Advanced Novice or Advanced as in Powerlifting-Advanced. I agree that people respond differently but if you take the mean, most will adapt the same way, more or less. The factors come into play about food, sleep and how much mental toughness a person has. After 3 years, to be honest, if you followed the program as is, you should've been way past just 315lbs on a Deadlift. If you're older sure, but 40 and below, in 3 years you should be way above that. Just making assumptions,…

It sounds like you take them too serious. I'm a network engineer for a big fortune 500 company. Women all over. I love my job. I teat them like men. Ask for details, tell them straight up yes or no and my manager always has my back. Save your IMs and always be smiling and happy. We had a big outage last week and I worked it. The way you know someone is serious in the gym is to see if they have a log book with them. If you stick to the program, you know exactly the sets/reps you're doing that day and how much weight. If guys just fuck around doing reps of curls, then hammies, then shrugs, then you know they won't ever see gains. You have to log your stuff, no question about it. There are women who can squat 315lbs weighing a mere 130lbs. Lifting is not rocket science yet so many guys make it more complicated than it …

I agree with you. But I'm talking about the unplugged guys. The ones consciously deciding to take charge of their lives. When you're here on TRP, you know that compound lifts are the way to go, so Stronglifts or SS. I'm assuming a guy coming here taking control is willing to put in the work. That means reading, lifting, video taping, sleeping, eating and increasing on LP. Progressing in the gym is just like any other facet in the toolbox called TRP. It takes work and discipline. Discipline as th…

No its 10lbs per workout, 3x a week. You don't understand the adaptation syndrome the human body goes through. Instead of arguing over the net, go read SS and understand what the proper program is, anatomical correct way to do the lifts and how to follow the program. I trained a few guys, sadly hey pussies out when weights got heavy, all of them made quick progress. SS works if you do the program and don't fuck around like most guys do.

I'm telling you the same thing all the Strength Coaches will over at Starting Strength. You're a human and all humans adhere to the adaptation process with proper sleep, food and doing the program as outlined. Most guys, 95% probably, don't put the time into reading the book, being disciplined and taking form check videos for the coaches. Everyone "waits before they put more weight on to get form down". Form does not get practiced during light weights that's what you add weight and video tape. D…

Just my opinion but deadlifting 250lbs is a joke. If you do SS you should be able to get to a 405lbs deadlift easy. Then you'll be a monster if you take up a martial art.

How much striking and fighting standing up is taught in bjj? Is it mostly ground work? I heard Krav Maga is more orientated towards self defense in real life, how would you say bjj adds up to be able to help defend against guns knives etc? Asking because I can't decide which one to pursue.

I agree when you're actually there yes, nobody gives a shit. Someone gets offended at a bar they can fuck off. The problem comes with the planning. Roost didn't even get to meet up, the planning was fucked by the media. Although not as extreme, think if a femcunt lurks here and sees a post like a meet up here and spreads the word. Anything is possible. Concern with planning on a public sub is a concern, not the actual meet. I've tried on four occasions I can recall to drop some of my views with …

You fuck with the body's natural production of T. Anytime you do that you ask for problems. Most chick's don't like juiced up dudes. there was a poll once I saw that shocked me. girls were shown pics of powerlifters, bodybuilders etc and there was a pic of Brad Pitt in where he was in Troy. 90 of em chose the Troy looking Brad. Juicers are usually pussies in the gym. Powerlifters on juice only gain a bit of an edge, but all that is definitely not worth it with the siides

It because it's not the next big then or some miracle workout that'll make em huge. That's why so many guys do roids. I can't express how much disrespect I have a juice head when I see them. I'm not a PL, my 5x5 is 310 at the moment on Texas Method, I love doing that shit in front of them while they cable crunches. You can squat more than 200lbs. Better than probably most guys on here.
/r/TheRedPill27/02/16 03:08 AM
3

I'm in the camp of never wanting to do a meet. The fact that you can squat even just 200lbs makes you already stronger than 99% of the men out there with dad bods. Geskull, SS, SL, all follow a linear progression. When it hits the ceiling, that is when Texas Method or Maddow etc come in. Unless a guy is a PL and competes, any linear progression will work as long as diet is in check and you don't sit on your ass.
/r/TheRedPill26/02/16 11:39 PM

Yep exactly. There are quite a few programs that manipulate sets and reps with weights but mostly they all adhere to the SRA principle if they're designed properly. In the end, no matter what program, when you get to intermediate and beyond you're fucked after your adaptation day no matter, coz a shit ton of volume at at heavy weights are necessary to make intensity go up. That's when I hate my life.
/r/TheRedPill26/02/16 05:35 PM

Strength will give you some muscle hypertrophy to a point, after that it's the efficiency of your CNS that you're training. If you want on look strong like a bodybuilder but you're not actually strong, then higher reps is how you do it.
/r/TheRedPill26/02/16 02:39 PM
1

You're still missing the physiological requirements between the two. Squatting 1x5 at about 95% of your 1RM is a lot different than doing 2x9 or some other high rep at a lower weight even if volume is the same. No, your CNS gets taxed differently. It works way harder to move a very heavy load for less reps. More motor units recruited etc. The volume at lower weights for 2x10 or something depletes your oxygen and muscle glycogen quicker, at the upper reps you get too tired to focus on form. The t…

5/3/1 is shit because it doesn't have enough volume. That's why you were stuck. Thousands have complained about it I'm sure you've come across it. And no, your analogy is wrong. The nervous system firing required to move 500lbs vs 225 for more reps is not comparable because the underlying physiology requirements are very different. Rip would shit a brick if he read this.

Have you considered see a SS coach? If you really want to get your form down look one up. I drove 6hrs to see one and it was so much worth it. You're right anatomical differences are a big deal, those guys are trained and tested by Rip and his clan to be certified. As opposed to PTs(majority) that don't know correct form for anything other than machines. Careful with following a queue about sticking your butt out.
/r/TheRedPill25/02/16 10:57 PM
1

Yeah the only reason I favour SS is because it makes sense from a pelvis point of view to have the toes out. The straight point method doesn't get the femurs out of the way to get down low enough while having a proper tight lower back. Warming up definitely doesn't hurt and obviously you found what works for you. I'm approaching 30 and already hear cracks and shit when I start cold. Downhill from here.

If you do the OHP correctly, standing, with proper form and the important shrug at the top then your shoulder girdle is balanced out. If you do the pussy version like seated dumbell shit then yes you're not utilizing all the muscle your supposed to.

For strength it's been done in the 3-5 rep range for decades. If you can complete your fives you go up 5 and so forth. Always fives. High reps are for bodybuilders, strength is a different training method.
/r/TheRedPill25/02/16 08:05 AM

Normally reps mean a continuous set of 8 reps. Only pause between reps should be to take another deep breath to Valsalva-squeeze for the next rep.

Good post OP. I've heard people have good results with SL5x5. I'm in the SS camp, the fun starts when you continue on to HLM and TM. I'd recommend the SS book for sure on form. You are confusing the conscious squeezing of the glutes with the subconscious activation of them. You can't squat if your glutes aren't activated, they're part of the posterior chain. Anytime you squat they're activated you just don't know it. You voluntarily squeeze them and now you think they "never" activated before. Not to be a dick but this misinformation. Stopping jerking off works if you have plates or easy access to a plate few times a week, or an LTR. I did it, only came when we had sex and it was great. Now, I have to jerk off to clean the pipes after a vasectomy. Kind of a legal reason to it during the week when we're not together. I dig it. And don't forget, don't put out at the first hint of him looking like a potential mate, you're fighting a stereotype of models being sluts. You can use terms like "old school" or such when you do talk about yourself and how you value the old way of being in a relationship etc. You'll have to subliminally convince a potential guy that you're not like other models and all that. I see. So if I decide to sell the bike or the cabin in theory, I would have 100% the right to do so and no one else, not even the first tier. Thank you. I'm saving this. I need more knowledge about this and like you said I'll probably have to find a really good family attorney to help. One thing is that if I were to put my assets in a trust there would be no "income" as it's only physical assets and not something that generates income. Paying myself probably doesn't come into play, but like you say "use the assets as part of caring", this means I can still keep the cars, bike and use the cabin like i am now. Since I decided to take part in this, I made really great progress with my "fuck off face". Here are some highlights from my holiday I took. You're doing gods work. I have a few "dumb" questions if you don't mind. Let's say you own two cars, motorcycle, boat and a mountain cabin. You decide you want to marry. How do you put those assets in a trust, benefit from them but they can't be touched in a Divorce procedure? Would this be helpful to someone who never gets married but will live with a LTR partner and still want to avoid common law to bite him in the ass in case she wants to split and wants half your shit? I'll start doing that. What do you do when walking down a hallway let's say to the breakroom or downtown? Resting "fuck you face" makes me look very un-approachable or cock blocks me for eye contact by anyone, not just females. Do you do the same thing?

I'd be interested too. I'm a silent type and lean more towards the introverted side. I'm working on more conversational skills and to look friendly (I have a fuck you face) so people will be more receptive when I talk instead of scared. Tall and muscular with resting "fuck you" face is not a good thing if you're actually a really nice guy.

I wasn't mean at all. Very neutral and stoic. It came up only the very first time I went, the subsequent times there was an assistant that collected at a different office closer to where I live. They analyze them and take them to storage.

I totally thought of this as well. They never mailed me anything unless I asked for the stats of all the samples but even that was via email. I don't even plan on telling future LTR's (current one knows I have them stored but we don't live together so no common law flaws to catch me) about it, nor that I'm snipped. in the future, i'll only tell them if I decide to have kids and that that's what I want. Then I'll tell them about the storage kids.

I get where you're coming from. I also agree the a Redpill man will have less of a chance of being divorced raped. However, it's not nearly as drastic as the alternative. It's a quick 20min procedure, couple days of healing and you're done. If you do it at a specialists office, a Urology center, then you will be most likely to be able to reverse it if you choose to. I'll know when I meet with the doc. I don't get it. isn't that what "donating" means? So lesbians and women with no eggs can have babies? It's so fucked up that it's "anonymous" yet they fuck you in the future. I should volunteer to go to mars, at least when I make a baby there with fellow sexy astronaut lady she can't sue me, if she does I'll just wait 500yrs for a judge to appear on Mars.

I agree. At this point in my life I don't want anything to do with kids at all. This is just an "in case" situation that I want to have a plan if I do decide to have one. Who knows, maybe it won't be possible, I'm just planning for the what if situation. I think it's fucked up that someone can enter a legal contract and the courts just force you to pay child suppport like the men in the articles. Courts are supposed to uphold the fucking law.

No, correction. In the future when the kid grows up and I am transparent about how it was born and it then decides when it's a teenager to look for its biological mother, I won't have beef with that. My point is not to keep the kid away from knowing its mother when it's grown up, I just want to try and prevent from being raped for child support by having the kid be legally mine 100%.

Some Scandinavian country or something. I'm wondering what can happen though if you put a clause in the contract that states in the event she wants to keep the baby that she will not sue for child support and signs it. You think that will still be contested and she can win?
/r/TheRedPill01/12/15 08:23 PM

Exactly. They use kids like ornaments. And the child suffers.
/r/TheRedPill01/12/15 08:20 PM

Exactly. If I want a kid that bad I'll jump through a few hoops to get it reversed or have them get it out. That is a special case if all my samples don't "take".

Given the very very unlikely chance that I want kids, I okay with gambling.

If it's the procedure itself my buddy told me it's a slight tug feeling then you're done. Kicking in the nuts is way worse. The research so far I came accross was guys not doing what they're told and tried to lift after 4 days etc. Not icing properly and staying on the couch for at least 2 days. My buddy had it done and he says it's the best thing ever as long as you take care properly and let the damn heal like it should. I think there will be different scenarios for surgeries always.

I'd say the self-amuse is also a road block sometimes. Because associates and friends don't always engage with me in convo because of my demeanor, I'm having a hard time to self-amuse.

My LTR gets really excited when she sees me truly happy about something. Apparently my face looks very different when I'm truly happy or laughing.

Taking part in this. I just replied to another post "Social Dynamo" or something. People don't engage with me unless I engage them first because I have an apparent fuck off face. I'm going on holiday soon so I"ll be out from posting but will make notes on my phone to come post back. This is a good challenge. I'll be in situations with complete strangers. I'm sure I'll fail, but, ZFG.

Going to a bar to watch Rugby especially during the world Cup was fun as hell . Everybody screaming and eating /drinking. But about 30min to an hour after the game I left and savoured the quietness of my house. I like going out, and get drained like you mentioned.

It's possible, but even at BBQ with my friends I get to a point where I feel I need to get away. When I get home I'm relieved. I do enjoy it though, just there is a time limit

I just get to a point regardless of the situation and need to be alone. I never put my TV on at home either, it's quiet, silence all the time. Until my LTR comes over.

I like the explanation. What would you say about the deeper introversion things going on like the amount of time you can handle around people? It sounds stupid, but for me I really do get anxious if I don't have my alone time to recharge. I can be around a big group of people and have fun for a few hours but I definitley get to a point where I get sick of it and need to leave. Is that also something to practice to change in the moment and work on your mindset, or is there a liine that introverts…

I agree. Should've said I don't always ask questions, that is one of the first things I changed when I started here on RP months ago. I pick up on social queues and body language easily and know when people don't reciprocate conversation even though I'm friendly and open. My LTR tells me I look like I hate everyone. So now I try the whole "making my face look friendly" thing by smiling etc since apparently it's been a problem since I was young. It's going slow, I take it one day at a time with s…

I"m still working on this myself. My problem is i'm tall, buzz cut with a beard and a "fuck you" face. When my mum visited months ago she told me stories of how teachers coudln't figure out if I'm happy or not in class because i don't smile. My current LTR says the same thing. She would lean over in a movie or bar and ask me if I'm okay, I'm having a fucking blast but apparently it doesn't show. People at work also don't greet me unless I greet them first. Everyone tells me I'm intimidating yet …

Right, I only disagree because beginners will take a lot longer to get to a good strength base doing this split. For you it works because you have a good strength base already. Beginners can't even squat 135 properly so their "legs" days will be pussy weights, and the big muscles need way more intensity to get stimulated. The only reason they will see change, momentarily, is because they get the novice effect. After that they'll spinl their wheels. It only takes 3-6 months of LP, a few more on H…

Jesus here we go again with this one body part split shit again. Dude, seriously, you will NOT make gainzzz if you're natty doing split shit like this. You need to be an advanced lifter with a really good strength base (squat 315 for 8 reps and 5 sets) kind of base then you do some volume work. Big muscle groups like quads and back don't grow if you toast them once a week. Any jacked guy I see in the gym doing stupid shit like leg press or dumbell rows with pussy weight is definitely on juice no…

I've met two people so far through other associates that did just that. Family business, always rolled around in money, now just step in and continue on. It's hard work no doubt, but someone who moved to a first world country and have to start literally with fuckall, that requires balls. I ignore the dick replies, so far there has been really good ones that I saved and ordered some books already.

Thank you. I saved all the good replies to my evernote along with the books suggested by members, the ones not to read and the ones that are very good. This post is golden for me. Definitely, it's all about the goals. In my opinion, there is a fundamental basis that every guy needs though before he starts doing split routines and all that. The adaptation that you need to go through to make gainzzz won't happen with isolation stuff unless you do a shit ton of volume and probably juice. Unfortunately, most people don't want to accept the truth that the best adaption inducing movements are the big lifts. If you're natty.

How did you do all this, but now fail to understand the basics of business? I'm an engineer. I design solutions and they buy the gear. I don't see any of the business part in a corporation with almost 50k employees. With all due respect - what's in it for me? Nothing. I'm not asking for hand holding or exact steps on how to get in this or that market etc. My question is for resources, anything to just steer in the right direction on how to start the plan and what to think about. Shit I didn't even think about networking. Places like meetup.com or so would probably be a start. My company is huge with 48k+ employees. It's hard to see the insides of it since I usually just submit 250k+ quotes and we buy it. I don't see the vendor part, accounting etc. But I agree with you, I try to soak everything up especially when it comes to the architects and how they design. I'm known as the "why" guy already.

Thanks for the input. I'm assuming all the things you're mentioning will be explained in books etc as I have no idea what or how to do them. I was thinking of using a recruiting agency and tell them I'll do work on the side part time. Have a few associates doing this in another state, they're just careful not to do work for direct competitors. I believe they're required to take care of their own taxes and such. I'll look into that as well. Thanks for the info.
/r/TheRedPill25/11/15 07:30 PM

Exactly. If they can squat in that range then absolutely they're stimulating the quads. The key is, IMO, not to just do the light shit. Some good templates for Hypertrophy-focussed individuals from Feigenbaum still has you do heavy sets and like you said, some high volume lighter stuff after.
/r/TheRedPill25/11/15 07:27 PM
1

Not arguing the hypertrophy part of it. But also, if you have a strong press (+- 150lbs for reps), there won't be any part of your shoulder, front or rear, that is "imbalanced". A properly performed press engages the whole thing, even if it means some muscles are just stabilizing the weight. They still get strong, and a strong all-around-shoulder won't have imbalances.
/r/TheRedPill25/11/15 07:24 PM

Thanks for pointing out the obvious. Who would have known that Google could be of any help. You're missing the whole point. There are tons of info on everything. Sifting through shit and determining if it is what I want is the problem. Thanks for your valuable input. As always, it's appreciated.

I'll have to give those a try. Won't be surprised if I"m doing them wrong, I never gave a shit about iso's other than just hitting some extra volume on them.

Some truth to it yes for oly lifters. Layne however, and yes he could be fooling people, lifts in the IPF I think. I might wrong. It's a strict federation that tests for doping. Arguments could be made for working around it etc, but if you follow his work and such I'd err on the side of him being natty. He's not super coleman huge, but he is big for his height.
/r/TheRedPill25/11/15 07:05 PM
1

Not sure if you're one of the posing dudes or just a comparison pic. Anyway. I do some rear delt fly's after my heavy presses, what iso's do you do for your shoulders? I'm not against it for some added gainzzz, I just don't focus on it.

Makes sense. He does have a system of micro expressions and all that, but when you're in the middle of a conversation you need to be an expert if you want to pick up on that. I think body language is easier since you don't need to laser in on someones face to "catch" an emotion. I just put that book in my cart. thanks

Squatting 3 plates is really not a big deal actually. The problem with "light weight high reps" is big muscles like the quads require some decent weight in order to be stimulated. Squatting 5 sets for 8 reps with 200lbs and absolutely not the same as squatting 5 sets for 8 reps at 300lbs or 315lbs. People get fat because they don't know how to count their calories then blame it on "powerlifting". I'm not saying this is what you're diong, just in general. There is no difference. You get some fat …

If you just blindly follow some fuckhead on reddit's advice then you deserve to get fat. Christ nutrition is not that hard to understand. Does GOMAD work for a skinny 6' 140lbs guy? Ofcourse it does. Most of those guys would take being chubby over 140lbs any day. Normal people, just lift heavy shit to establish a base eating either normal or slightly above your daily expenditure number and there you go. Starting Strength works, but you don't need fucking GOMAD to do it. That's shitty on Rip's pa…

Good article. I agree on some points. But if you know how to press properly you won't fuck up anything. There are a ton of muscles in and around your shoulders. Do you isolate each and every one of them? Best way to make the whole shoulder and muscles around it strong is to work ALL of them together, like a system. You won't get imbalances if you press correctly. Some people though, DO NOT know how to press so they'll spew the shit about "isolation" is better than heavy compound presses. We have…

I'd like the confidence knowing that I can stop or at least scare a motherfucker in a bar or pub late at night when liquid courage turns me into puffed up assholes. Without Muay Thai or boxing what do you guys think about Krav Maga? It seems like a pretty good self defense art, especially the ability to react quickly and know how to neutralize somebody in a few seconds. For instance, if you are at a bar the likely hood that there is a professional fighter or MMA fighter going chest to chest with you is very unlikely especially since professional fighters are humble and never do that. So if you do get in a situation with a guy that wants to go chest to chest…

I bet most of those Facebook profiles are either joint accounts or from the women. I notice on mine, it's the girls that post all the "happy times" photos with kids and shit. All the married guys don't have both of them in their profile pic, just them. Any pics on there are from themselves, mutual parties or just one here and there with their wives. in raising your boys to be independent and manly. How would you do this successfully? If you raise your boys at home one way, they will be shunned and crucified at school if they exhibit those manly qualities. You can raise them how you want, but won't their upbringing still be heavily influenced by the outside world like school etc? I don't have kids, don't want any, but if in ten years I plan to, I'd be scared shitless if my boy(s) turn into pussies because of their environment.
