If you went up to a girl and literally opened with hi how are you she'd probably actually be surprised you're using it as a pick up line. And the conversation would go smooth from there. If you're following trp you don't need pick up lines anyway, you just need to approach and say what you want to say.

You were sitting on your phone during a social gathering? Strike 1. You invited a girl and didn't make a move? Strike 2.

You're taking it too personally. Yes, trp makes generalizations. If you have a special snowflake /unicorn girl, then you have no reason to defend yourself. Just keep doing what you're doing, it's working. I've observed, on multiple occasions, girls getting stood up on valentines day. After being hit with such an insult (because these girls highly valued valentines day), they were desperate. They definitely would be open to going out with the majority of single guys who were interested and presen…

Even my buddies (male friends) would not stick around if I didn't have my shit together. The fact he got upset and got a dui after the breakup is blue pill. Weak leadership is blue pill. The girl is right. It's not her job to babysit. That's all this post needed to say.

This is the part you need to re read, from another person's point of view. Know your audience. If everyone else is socializing differently from you, you need to adapt. It's fine to think, privately, that people are fake, unintelligent, and boring. But you need to adapt to gain social influence.

Well I mean I tried playing that game. I do agree, always always phone number. If anything my friends always forget the phone number part. But then somehow you go on a date because, eh I got nothing better to do. Then you're at their house because hey, may as well see how far it goes. But at some point you realize you need some sort of tactical exit, and you're like well it might be easier to just go along with it than have to jump the second story...

The next step? Forget everything you just read. Anxiety feeds on thoughts, so the more thoughts you put in your mind, the more reasons anxiety can find to express itself. You should just DO and not think. This is the best point to me.

Went on a couple dates, seemed like they weren't interested, they stopped replying. Then suddenly backtracked acting interested.

However, despite this I'm sitting at a club getting drunk and just being depressed about my life Alcohol is a depressant. Despite what you may think, it actually will make your mood worse. Especially the days after when you are not drinking. Quit drinking until you are in order.

As far as nutrition, most plants do not contain sufficient levels of phytoestrogens. Even then, the role of phytoestrogens as either a boost or decrease of estrogen is not well documented. This is a naturally occurring substance in these plants, it is not added. Soy contains some of the highest levels of phytoestrogens, and that can be avoided by not consuming high levels of soy (avoiding soymilk will cover you). Most of the other foods containing it are actually quite beneficial to health anywa…

I have read both - and understand that it works. Just, in the past I have had girls who are more physical when they are interested. If they are sticking around there's obviously something right, but that's really all I can read into them liking things.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
