I went on a date once with a "brutally honest" man who felt the need to mention I'm not his usual type. The date ended with him following me to my car crying. He started yelling and I turned around and said "You need to stop making a scene" and got in my car and drove past him sitting and weeping on the sidewalk.

I saw a girl on Tiktok yesterday bragging about going to Cannes for yacht week and saying she manifested being able to get on rich people's yachts. When people started bringing up they know what happens on those yachts, the girl and others just started calling those people jealous and ugly.

You've made me reconsider my thoughts on no social media. I deleted all my apps at the end of last year because I just haven't ever been into social media and enjoy my privacy. My old Instagram was also full of people I just didn't want anymore and a narc ex would regularly find me on there with multiple accounts. Social media is a good vetting tool even though I absolutely hate it and I think I'll be recreating social media accounts now.

I think women shouldn't even want to use Bumble, especially how they handled what happened to Lauren Smith-Fields :( OLD does not benefit women.

I haven't dated since I broke things off with my ex a year ago and seeing things like this makes me never want to date again. Gross. Does anyone remember that show 'seeking sister wife'? All the wives on the show seemed coerced into it. I'm sure these scrotes manipulated their wives for a poly lifestyle as well.

Theres a lot of military people around where I'm from and military men are the worst. So much cheating, STI'S, domestic violence, and heartbreak.

I can't count how many times a guy had told me he was 5'10 or taller and then are shorter than my dad who is 5'8. This is one of the many reasons FDS discourages the use of OLD.

An old coworker of mine got engaged with a custom ring that had a morganite stone she mined with her fiancee. My expectations have been high ever since.

Hi! I've been lurking for a while and have read the handbook. I decided to finally join because I would love to support all the wonderful women in this sub and contribute my own advice. Even before finding FDS, I had FDS values that I share with my friends. You have all taught me so much!

I had this same kind of breakdown at 25. When I was a little girl, I was lead to believe that I should be engaged by 25 or no man would ever want me. The month before my 25th birthday, I found out my NVX was using craigslist to solicit women for sex and I left him. Even though I was a pickme and had that belief at the time, I knew he would be a disrespectful and disgusting husband and I was not going to allow myself to live that way. Now looking back, I can't believe I ever wanted to marry him, …

These are also the type of women who raised LVM. They often use their sons as emotional husbands, don't teach them to take care of themselves, and coddle them into adulthood then wonder why their sons have issues and why their daughters chose to stay single.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
