You're right, that's why I said 20% fruit anytime; I should have stated no more than 20% fruit as it will cause blood glucose spikes. Drinking 100% vegetable juice bypasses this. You also have to consider the soluble fiber that you're intaking - you're still drinking fiber, just soluble fiber. But yea, you're right. Thats why never above 20% fruit.
