I would argue that socioeconomic situation has a MUCH higher factor than race when it comes to violence. Do you agree? It's not lack of loyalty, it's that that's their culture. In African culture the women do all the work and raises the kids with the help of their relatives, the man just shows up for a year or two and then leaves. American Blacks reproduce those same patters because it's a really deep cultural pattern and likely also biological. I strongly doubt Black fathers feel anywhere near as much love for their children as White fathers do or they wouldn't be able to leave them so easily.
