| 4 | Why is /r/TwoXChromosomes a default sub? Where's the male equivalent? Why bother subscribing anyone to either by default?Because during Yishan's waning tenure as CEO of Reddit he needed good PR a few crisises ago so it dumped an active subreddit that had a real community into default, loudly patted itself on the back and walked away, never revisiting the decision. The userbase was destroyed, the sub is under a joyless lockdown and ridiculously aggressive censorship holding pattern than angers the remaining userbase but the mods don't care because they love the power and trolling from their alts.
