I don't know about that. The green dude is just a pussy why waste your time. He even was trying to tell her to stop because she was "going to get him in trouble" but he was too much of a pussy to make her stop for real.
I think it's bullshit, but I get the logic. The money is supposed to go to the child so they can try and live a normal life. In cases like this there should be a requirement to show receipts for children's clothes, toys, and school supplies.
