if i had to choose between 5 stars greek restaurant vs 3 stars indian restaurant id always pick the 3 star indian place simple bc i hate greek food so ones 5 star best choice is another ones nightmare... ppl are individuals and have diff preferences...

i assume its a potential shrinking dating pool...i mean im sure anecdotes dont help that much but i dont stress a bit over it bc i see my 60+ year old mom having tons of options (so do the older guys and the 50+ woman at my office btw, like, old ppl date other old ppl, news at 11)

Hard pill to swallow, but looks are simply the thing that the majority of men value the most in women. for hookups for relationships the woman just has to look good enough and rhe personality needs to match

apart from that, the "throwing out" also takes a certain amount of time (tenant protection) and moving is not a big problem for all people.

Nobody can throw me out of my house and I can pass the lease on to my children ... but yes, other countries have different customs

I don't live in the USA but the running costs of maintaining a house are about the same as renting one (especially if you add in the inevitable renovation work)
