2	Fear of being SEEN alone in social situations. How do I fix this? So what? If you fear them, you have to show yourself that there is nothing to fear. Try and create the longest silence you can. Don't worry about the low value thing for now. This is an exercise. Observe it. Treat it like a science experiment. I enjoy them now, i think of them as a natural rhythm in conversation.
