How do you guys meditate ?You're on the right path. Focusing on breath improves your ability to switch from unwanted thoughts. Same applies to whatever you are doing. Consider you're studying. You need to keep your concentration on the study material. If you notice your thoughts deviating to the time when you fell into a pothole, you should take an effort to switch back to the task at hand- study material. Try to apply this concept to whatever you're doing. | /r/askTRP | 14/11/19 09:56 AM
How do you guys meditate ?Set a timer on your phone. Be it 5 mins, 10 or even an hour. Sit or stand in a relaxed, comfortable posture. Try not to choose a posture which is too relaxing, the purpose is to meditate and not fall asleep. Then close your eyes. Focus on your breath. Random thoughts will come. Acknowledge them and then quickly move back to the breath. Try to work on being mindful of your thoughts throughout the day. This slowly builds up and you'll start to notice the results. | /r/askTRP | 14/11/19 09:19 AM
What is your mission? What is your life plan?I'm currently in college. Meanwhile, I'm trying to build a startup. I'm an engineering student so I don't have the essential knowledge. I'm reading books like Lean Startup, This is Marketing, etc to gather information and techniques. So far, I've come up with a rough business model but I'm not sure about my mileage. I have discussed this with a few of my talented friends who have agreed to work on this. I also have plans to learn to invest, but its not in the near future. My guess is that I'll h… | /r/askTRP | 27/02/19 03:42 PM

What is your mission? What is your life plan?Live my life on my own terms. Just recently, I got this idea of having such a life where you stay in a totally different place every month. So, basically you can travel to a lot of places and taste lots of cultures and lifestyles. A month gives you the time to get acquainted without having the feeling of rushing. I also lead a minimalistic life right now. I don't have much things. Everything fits into one large backpack. Travelling is easy peasy. The hard part is to make a living. I hope to figu… | /r/askTRP | 27/02/19 12:53 PM

Standup comedies helped me see the funny and unique side of life which helps me make good jokes. Pranks helped me keep my interactions playful and ted talks taught me good mindset. I've found the dating coach Todd V to be the best PUA ever! His advice is so on point and easily applicable for all levels. | /r/askTRP | 26/02/19 04:24 PM |
Is Social Media more important than maintaining mystery nowadays? With social media like Instagram, you can portray yourself just the way you want others to see you. It helps your game so much if you have a good follower base. Seeing your IG profile as popular makes the other person see you as a high value person. But personally, I think social media is just a waste of time. Its too unrealistic. Confidence and body language play better role than a huge social media follower base. Maintaining a mystery helps to keep her interested in you. Be mysterious. Have … | /r/askTRP | 26/02/19 04:21 PM

What’s the most useful purchase you’ve made that’s improved your game/life?I bought one last year. I have to say this didn't directly contribute to my game skills but I improved a lot. I started reading self-help, psychology, game books along with a lot of other learning books. A kindle is definitely the best product you should look into if you need to improve your mindset and knowledge. | /r/askTRP | 16/02/19 10:32 AM
