Wow, this is just multiple ways of saying when you do NOT have inner game you can't attract women. Hahaha thus the reason for me not being religious anymore. I've had my fair share of premarital sex, a lot of alcohol, not so much porn anymore, and still don't like pork. It's good to practice that and donating (zakat) to teach yourself how to do things purely out of will as opposed to for a reward.

Great post :) I'm no longer religious but I've been observing Ramadan (no water, food, gum etc from sunrise to sunset) and it's working WONDERS for discipline. Considering I'm in school and still swamped by work, things get kinda slow in my head at around 90 mins before sunset. I've noticed that nothing tastes better than the first bite of food and sip of water, no matter how shitty my cooking is. I second this, work on inner game and confidence first. Practice subcommunication, movie theaters aren't a great place to game/approach for the first time (especially when you're already in them).
