I never gave a fuck. After a long day at work, I walk right up, look em straight in the eye, point to the spot, and ask "mind if I sit there?" Nobody's ever said no, and if they did, I'd be ready with "why?" It's usually socially awkward/standoffish people who do things like that, and the best way to get around them is to subtly hang the threat of having to get into an actual argument with a stranger.

You're just trolling now. Firstly, men are not a minority, by definition. Secondly, the few legitimate grievances by the MRA community (cuz there are some, largely around child custody/payment laws, and low rates of domestic abuse reporting) are again, espoused by feminist organizations already. I am in a position of privilege, because I am a man. And I acknowledge that freely and with ease.

If you were truly for gender equality you would have no problem just calling yourself a feminist. I do as a man, and I also say black lives matter despite not being black. MRA's have some legitimate grievances, but the movement is so toxic, and on the face of it feels like if someone started a "white lives matter" group. Well in the case where one gender is obviously a greater offender, again, the answer would be balance, just bringing women to the point of men. Like if you had two test tubes and one was lower, you would pour more into the lower side to make them even. As a dude having gone to a super liberal arts college for 4 years with small conference size classes I can say than even among the most pc of the sjw's, patronizingly explaining things and interrupting people are definitely things guys do way more than girls Edit: (I'd say it's even worse in these environments tbh)
