Nothing as of yet. Holiday week last week so we were both pretty busy. Sent her a text today and were figuring out dinner Friday night. I’ll post an update if it actually happens!

Models and the subtle art of not giving a fuck, both by Mark Manson are incredible books! Seduction, dating, dating_advice, selfhelp, and selfimprovement are the subreddits that helped me. Oh and searching certain topics on askreddit was helpful as well! I’d start off with those Mark Manson books. They’re quick reads (read each one in a day) and Mark has a good sense of humor. Not at all boring!

Well, I honestly don’t remember. When I handed it to her I kinda just stopped thinking. She looked a little surprised and nervous? She looked shocked as if no one had ever noticed her before.

That’s exactly my thinking. She seemed genuinely happy and surprised when I told her about her smile. Felt great to make someone feel good!

That’s what I’m working towards! I’m confident with myself, not as confident when it comes to talking with and interacting with other people. I’m hoping to get to a point where I’m equally confident in both areas.

That’s exactly why I did what I did. Had I done nothing I’d never know the outcome.

This hit a little too close to home. I feel ya! I was with someone for 5 years. It should’ve ended long ago. When we were together I felt comfortable as things were. Never needed to push myself to do anything. Instead I hid behind my anxiety and depression. I’ve nothing but respect for my ex putting up with my stuff for that long. Once we broke up I felt as though I had nothing to live for anymore. Then I realized that I do have something to live for. Myself. I started working on me and becoming…
