1	I AM SO F***ING SICK OF SOCIAL ANXIETY Ok listen. I have the same 'facial redness' problem you do and have diagnosed anxiety problems. I used to think the redness was due to this and my 'shyness' which was really just low self esteem. I lost 75 pounds. Started lifting, meditating, drinking 3L of water every day and guess what, it vanished. I still get red sometimes when I drink alcohol but it's fairly rare.
