I'm pretty sure they ban your IP address, but I could be wrong.

Same happened to me with r/offmychest. Replied to some post about the witcher 3 I saw on a random sub and immediately got banned. Lol wtf.

Different studies define it differently. I've seen some that use a d definition so vague that anything from forceful and violent penetration to "forceful kissing" is considered assault/rape. Either way, there are still some studies that define the assaults as forceful penetration only, and yet the numbers still remain relatively the same, sometimes as high as 1 in 4.

I agree completely, and I think this is a big flaw with many of these studies. So let's define sexual assaults as rape, in which forceful penetration occurs. Even with this definition, there are some studies claiming that as many as 1 in 4 women have been raped in college campuses today.

I used her for what I wanted. Well, knowing that she was willing to have sex with you while she was in a committed relationship, I don't see anything wrong with what you did. Good for you man. She deserved it.

I'm one of those moral fuckers who don't bang taken chicks. Good man. I'm the same way. I have zero respect for people who go after girls in relationships. Its unbelievably selfish, and it shows that you care about no one but yourself. You're willing to devastate someone emotionally for your own gain. That's fucked.

I think you might be right about her doing this because she likes it. However, as I said before there is still part of me that thinks she's being naive. She hadn't shown any sign that she's not interested in me anymore (other than hanging out with these guys). She still texts me like 30 times a day, she tells me she loves me every night, she buy me gifts every now and then, for of which have been pretty expensive. So it could be that it is all for show, but it also makes me think that maybe she …

Okay, thank you for this. Clear it up. I'm 21, but gf is 19. The guys that she's been hanging out with are within that she range. So they're most likely just trying to get laid then.

Yes I see the problem with this. Thank you for putting this into perspective for me. I would really like to salvage this relationship if I can, but I could use some advice. How would you explain to her that despite guy 4 not having don't anything YET, it's still not a good idea to continue hanging out with him based on what her other 3 friends have done? I've been wanting to explain my feelings about this to her for a while but I just can't seem to find the right words.

Not friends want to fuck her, people who want to fuck her make friends so they can bang her. This is a good way of looking at it. Thank you. Btw, just a quick question. Ive seen people say here on Reddit countless times that they've managed to keep fully platonic friendships with people of the opposite sex for years. Do you think these people are all lying, or do you believe it is possible for a guy and a girl to be just friends (with no secret sexual desires)?

She's not just been hanging with one, but 4 - and 3 of them have told her they wanted to fuck her. Yes, but to be fair she did break of contact with the ones who tried something. I get you're point though. And why the fuck are you asking if you should be okay with her hanging with dudes who are drooling all over your gf I'm not. If she wanted to continue hanging out with one of the 3 guys that tried to get with her, then I definitely would have left. That has always been a huge deal breaker for …

Okay, but that doesn't mean that every guy feels the exact same way as you, right? Do you believe that guys never spend time with women unless it's for sexual reasons? Not trying to be rude btw, I'm just curious.

I'm curious for this answer as well.

"She must know that they want to fuck her" Idk, that's what most people here seem to think. But it's hard to say that of you don't really know her. Part of me thinks she's just being naive. I remember after one of her guy friends texted her saying that he had romantic intentions, she said something like "I just don't understand why it's so hard for guys and girls to just be friends." "she asked if it made you uncomfortable, it sounds like she likes that too." I think she asked that because I was…

"And well it depends, where are they doing it and what time?" Well, with this guy in particular she has hung out with him maybe 10 times since we've been dating. She's gone swimming with him at a lake once, and the other times they just hung out at a park and talked. Sometimes during the day but usually at night. She asked me 3 months ago if it made me uncomfortable, to which I replied with "yes". Nothing more. The next day she texted me this: "I decided I want these nights with you ❤ I want to …

Thanks for the response. The reason I'm a little uncomfortable is that my SO has had 3 of her old guy friends admit over text to having romantic desires with her. They each knew she was in a relationship, but obviously they didn't care. My SO had hung out with them alone (usually at a park) several times before they tried to make a move. She told each of then that she couldn't hang out with them anymore after they confessed their feelings to her. Now she has one last guy friend who hasn't made a…

How about in real life? What have your experiences been with this kind of thing? I'm just asking out of curiosity btw.

Depends on the guy I guess. Everywhere else I've posted this everyone keeps telling that I'm just being insecure and that they don't care in the slightest who their gf hangs out with. So unless they're all lying, Idk man. I'm not really sure what to think.

Yeah her being in a bikini around another dude makes me pretty uncomfortable. Everywhere else I've asked this question people just tell me I'm being insecure and there's nothing wrong with your girl hanging out with guy friends. I'm glad people here share my concerns.

I saw this post on quora wgich I thinkputs what you said into a deeper perspective: "Human beings are social animals which are bound by moral obligations of the society. It is these moral obligations which prevent us from committing socially unacceptable acts like adultery. However, we forget the fact that we are also biological animals and, we start taking our carnal instincts for granted thinking that our morality will take care of it. But, if the war between morality and biology continues for…

So do you think it is possible for a guy and a girl to be friends without one or both of them ever having any romantic or sexual thoughts/desires towards the other person? I think this should've been my question to begin with.

Good for you man. This is probably something I should have spoken to her about before we got to serious, but I just wasn't thinking about this back then. These guys didn't show up until about 5 months into our relationship.

I think you're probably right in that he is waiting for a chance to make a move, but I think part of the problem is that my gf doesn't see this as a date; they're just "hanging out" or "catching up". Technically, I don't really think that something is truly a date unless both parties mutually agree that they are going on a "date". I would call this more of a "testing the waters" situation, at least from the guy's perspective. Doesn't make it any less weird for her to be spending time with other …

She does have a couple of really good female friends. Her last relationship was very abusive/controlling. Her exbf wouldn't let her hang out with any of her friends out of fear that she would do something (he was also physically abusive). She lost most of her friends, male and female, because of that guy. So now that she is out of that relationship, suddenly all these guys that she knew back in high school have reappeared and want to be "friends" with her. Honestly, I really think she just doesn…

I think this is good advice. The last time I talked to her I don't think I did a very good job of helping her to see things in my point of view. I told her that it made me uncomfortable, and that guy/girl friendships can potentially become romantic, even if that was not the original intention at the start of the friendship. However, I didn't tell her how I found it disrespectful. I didn't tell her that why it makes no sense to me why she would want to spend time with other men, why am I not enou…

Well the question I keep asking myself is this: I have seen guy/girl friendships that have lasted for years in which no romantic/sexual feelings were had or acted upon, but then I have also seen situations where the "friend" steals the girl away from her bf. With this in mind, I know that this could be a "just friends" thing, at least for my girlfriend. But I'm still concerned with the what if. I don't want to break off a great relationship (aside from this situation this girl is literally every…

I'm 21, my girlfriend is 19. I really like this girl. I want to marry her someday and she has told me countless times that she feels the same way about me. I want this to be a serious long term relationship.

I understand. I just hate the thought of being stabbed in heart by a cheating girlfriend, and my instincts are telling me that I need to prevent that feeling from ever happening. I guess I'm just letting myself be irrational, because we can't prevent everything. So what it comes down to is that I've told her politely that I'm uncomfortable with her spending time alone with other guys, friends or not, but she feels confident enough in herself that she can hang out with this guy and not let anythi…

So I guess one of my questions is how can I know if he is covert contracting or really just wants to be friends? I know that might make me sound pretty naive, but in all honesty I have seen a few guy/girl friendships who have been friends for many years and never pursued anything romantic.

Thanks for the in depth reply. I definitely would never consider telling my gf who she can and can not hang out with. I know for a fact that more harm than good will come from that behavior and at the end of the day, I am not her keeper. I definitely don't want to break up with her, I think we're great for each other and we both love each other very much, so I'll do whatever I can to keep this relationship together. It's not a dealbreaker to me, however I can't shake the feeling that this could …

I have told her that I'm uncomfortable with her spending time alone with other guys, even if she has known them for a while. I think she is just naive about it. I think she puts too much faith in herself and this other guy to make good decisions. I've known guy and girls to be friends for years no strings attatched, but I've also known cases where the guy and girl end up developing feelings for eachother.
