5	Get finnesed Your local court (probably a Justice of the Peace court in most US jurisdictions) doesn't have lawyers involved in small claims like this. Go to the court window, file a piece of paper that says, "I, Erika Martinez, am filing a claim against NotOP for $20 for tricking me into sending him money." You'll probably have to identify him and yourself so the court knows who to send the subpoena/notice to, and bang bang, scott's your uncle, the lawsuit is in motion.	/r/PussyPassDenied	15/02/21 12:16 PM
