I heard this song on the radio the other day and I almost threw up. And you get the feeling the whole idea is "if she hears this she'll see how much I care about her and come back to me." Good luck buddy!

This is the truth. I went on a two week streak about a month ago. Walking to class, I was making eye contact with every girl I passed, which is something I rarely have the confidence to do, and I found myself participating frequently in class with no hesitation, something that I usually have a hard time with as I deal with a fair amount of social anxiety. Then I jacked twice in a single day and it all came crumbling down. The next day in class I was more reserved, less able to make eye contact a…

Money by Martin Amis. It's fiction, but anyone familiar with this sub will definitely get a kick out of it.

Great post. I know a guy who always has a witty comment whenever he fucks anything up. Makes everyone around him laugh and disarms them before they can call him out or give him shit. It's a great skill to have. I'm not like this naturally but it's nothing you can't practice.

That's what I've wondered before, do two gay (or bisexual or whatever) males really have a better shot at a lasting and meaningful relationship because they possess true loyalty, the kind that women don't?

This is the right idea. If everything at once seems too daunting, just start with eating right and working out. Doing that GIVES you the motivation and desire to improve elsewhere. So for the first few weeks or so just worry about implementing a lifting routine, and nothing else. Soon enough you'll be feeling much better, and the other challenges in your life won't seem as overwhelming.

I remember seeing this quote online somewhere followed by "translation: i'm a cunt." Pretty much sums it up. I fucking hate this quote. And it's everywhere.

Not sure how old you are, but my acne really started to clear up after high school. Never noticed being treated any differently because of it, everyone had acne in high school. I tried a bunch of different medications (oral and topical, not accutane though) but nothing really worked until it just kind of cleared up on its own once I finished puberty. Clear skin is definitely important as far as SMV but I got plenty of action in high school so maybe it's not a deal breaker until you reach your 20…

I'm a pretty hairy dude. I usually try and wear pants because I'm not sure that hairy legs turn girls on at first look, but once we're getting busy it's never been an issue. Trim the pubes just keep them short, keep the treasure trail. Chest hair they love, back hair not so much. That's about it.

Ha yes. That one part was pretty much the reason I posted this. It's amazing to see how much she responds to it.

Good post. Especially if you're just starting out, little things like these make a huge difference. Also, if you have a hard time choking down vegetables as I do, try them with hummus. Adds a lot of flavor plus you get a little extra protein.

This is something that I suspected before I actually learned this information, and once I did it made total sense. Every time I was planning on doing something, I would tell my friends about it, and it just felt so good. I could explain it to them and make it seem like I was further along than I really was, and I felt totally validated by their reactions. You get those feel good chemicals and then you lose motivation to actually do the damn thing. It's a dangerous cycle that I've finally broken.…

I never consciously realized this until my friend brought it up, I tend to go for dumb chicks. I don't know why. Maybe because they're hot and they don't challenge me. I think that's probably it.

Assuming you didn't finish inside or anything, you should be ok. Ask her tomorrow if she ended up taking the pill. And don't make the same mistake twice. Nothing worse than a pregnancy scare.

I just started stronglifts about a week ago, I had never done squats in my life before that. Not too far in yet but I've heard it's a great program, and it's simple enough to stick to. That's the biggest thing for me.

I started doing that this Summer, not for this reason though. I did it to listen back to drunken hookups that I wouldn't remember the next day. Either way, good shit.

Nah, haven't fucked her since we broke up. But I've only been with three girls since we split earlier this year, like you said I just need some new experiences.

I was thinking about posting something like this as I'm going through the same thing. Dated the same girl for years and no other girls have been able to get me as rock hard as she did. It's a bummer but I think it's just a matter of reconditioning.
