As someone in neuroscience I don't know if I believe people really have them or if it's PTSD with cultural PTSD elements, honestly. The brain is too malleable for large behavioural phenotypes to be derived genetically, and that explains why we can barely find any genetic evidence for it. But then I hate clinical psychology (diagnosis-focused instead of research-focused) very sincerely, since they're all about finding patterns and explaining them without exiting their gendered cultural contexts. …	/r/FemaleDatingStrategy	18/12/19 05:01 PM
