4	I love him but... I agree with most of this, but have a problem with a few: "Defer to his judgement without questioning him, specifically on the same stuff." I disagree with this. Questioning someone isn't disrespect. Yes, you should respect his opinion, listen to what he has to say, and take it into account. But no one is infallible to poor judgement or immune to (tactfully addressed and constructive) criticism. Once again, definitely let him make his own decisions and have his own opinions.
