something something racism is about power and since black people don't have the power they can't be racist

How long did it take for you to start murdering people?

Usually part of the police, but I can’t think of a case where they wouldn’t be part of the govt. In OP’s case, the investigators were likely part of the military justice system. In civil court (in the US anyway) the opposing side’s attorney, and by extension the attorney’s investigators, are not allowed to contact you without your attorney present if the opposing side knows you have an attorney. So if i’m suing you, I can’t just send an investigator to interview you. The court would have to allo…

Yes. If investigators stop by and ask you to answer a few questions, you tell them you won’t without an attorney present. When they insist it’s just an informal interview so you don’t need an attorney, you need an attorney. When they insist they’ll have to take you in for a formal interview if you want to have your attorney present, you need an attorney.

Reminds me of a law firm i visited in the UK. they were proud that 81 of 83 new associates were female. Yes all the older people were male, but almost exclusively hiring female doesn’t make a balance. It just means in 5 years you’ll be all female and won’t have hired the best possible candidates because you focused on gender over ability.

hell, I've gotten multiple jobs we're I met none of the required qualifications but thought I could kick ass at the job. once got the job because I was the only one to apply. other times I got it because I killed the interview and the person hiring had zero to do with writing the job requirements so they didn't care that another candidate had x irrelevant qualification.

Ah, fair enough. They also probably know more about American schools through TV and movies than I do about the UK school system. All I know is they have to take OWLs for upper level courses and call math maths
/r/MensRights09/05/20 11:57 AM

That depends on the area, usually smaller districts have fewer levels. Most have high school, middle school and elementary school. My school district divided high school between senior high and junior high

This right here is my childhood. My mom would start a physical fight with my dad. Rather than put up with it he’d get in his car to leave. As he’s driving away she’d jump in front of his car, get injured obviously, then call the police. The police would believe her and not believe a word he said because she’s just a tiny woman who will never harm a fly (bullshit she’s harm a fly just to watch it suffer). As a 10ish year old I had to testify in court against her when she sued him for one of these…

I was having this discussion with one of my female friends when she said every girl's been sexually assaulted by some guy who "accidentally" tried to cop a feel. She was trying to tell me I wouldn't understand. Until I told her about the dozens of times some random girl has full-on grabbed my ass. Should have seen that lightbulb moment

tamer story but should have stopped me from going on date 2 with her 6 months later: she insisted we cook at my place on the first date. we cook, all seems good. we go to the living room to eat and watch a movie. she sees I have a van wilder dvd and freaks out yelling at me and insisting on being taken home right now because I'm a "typical male douchebag". 15 minute drive where she doesn't say one word, gets out, slams the door, and I don't hear from her again for 6 months when she calls to apol…

I went to interview for an internship at a law firm. One of their big bragging points was their "equality". Of the 71 first year associates 68 were female. Ain't nothing equal or organic about that bullshit.

Personal anecdote yes, but my mom would always initiate fights with my dad, get physical, then throw herself in front of his car when he tried to drive away. Then of course take pictures and document her injuries before calling the police. Or the time my mom got into a fist fight with my sister. My dad and I went in when we heard the commotion. He split them up and then took my sister to a friend's house to get her away from the situation. Five years later (as a 14-year old) I had to testify whe…

i like you a lot for actually listening to his concern. I recently dated a girl. i broke up with her when i told her something very similar and she responded to me by saying "its easy not to get falsely accused of rape. just don't rape anyone" for fucks sakes! I didn't know it was that easy. there have never been cases of women getting back at guys they dated, regretted it the next day, or just plain made shit up.
