Nah. He hit a flat line. Noticed the same thing myself. I don't really do no fap myself anymore, but I've noticed everything they talk about. Placebo effect? Maybe, but fuck it, I'll take it.

Pretty much. I'm not a regular, but there is definitely some great advice in this subreddit. There is also some bullshit, but that's literally any and every online forum/subreddit. Use what's useful and helpful; disregard what's not. Critical thinking skills are important.

As for the quarantine of /r/theredpill, I just noticed that. But honestly it doesn't surprise me. I've always viewed it as a juvenile approach to masculinity.
