BTW, while intellectually bankrupt, this isn't wilful. These knee-jerk reactions are wrong, but not knowingly malicious. In the vast majority of cases, Feminists haven't had access to the true egalitarian argument, and they will be allies. The Men's Rights Movement and tone of defiance has a place; they stake our position in the conversation. But thoughtful engagement with Feminists is how we win the larger argument in the long-term.

Thanks, friend. Yeah, this all caught me extremely off guard. I love law, all of it except criminal law ("I just can't get into it because I can't see it ever applying to me, real estate? I might! Are you sure? I suspect you're thinking of Criminal law backwards, where the police and prosecutors have limits to the ways they can build the case... I can't imagine a rule of evidence that excludes exculpatory, based on the privacy rights of a non-party. Not saying there isn't one, just wouldn't think it would make sense.

You might be able to modify spousal support, but family law is the most localized law. Stealing a bike is illegal everywhere, but some states are community property, and some aren't. You really shouldn't trust what anyone online tells you if they don't know your state. Your best bet is a lawyer. The risk reward dichotomy is fundamentally different. Women who want drugs, risk homelessness, are hungry have a low risk high reward intermediary option: Prostitution. This option is hard to police, especially when serving the dealer, landlord, or a friend who can buy them food. Men do not have that option.
