| 1 | How feminism hurts men: I shared TheTinMen's awareness post on alcohol-related male-on-male violence resulting in brain injury and death. I got immediately attacked by - male feministand irl, those bullies are those fuckboys mensplaining feminism to girls just to get them into bed. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 28/06/26 02:57 PM |
| 18 | How do you manage not to become misanthropic?Wait for two weeks than make the exact post genderswaped and see what happens..... Divide et impera was probably never rooted that deep in society. And we still dont talk about consumerism, rolemodels made by it and how artifical every fibre of society is since at least a century, with the feaverdream of the nuclear family still alive. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 28/05/26 04:10 PM |
| 14 | Sexual Assault of Men Played for Laughs - Part 2 Female PerpetratorsInteresting point: As it is so old, it has some wrong assumptions. Like that men wouldnt get as assauled as much, because the data showed a different image or had a big black spot still on that area. The linked article points toward the metoo study of 2024, according to which over 40% of all men had experienced sexual assault. Pop culture detective is very great in disecting those tropes and narratives. Their series about the toxic masculinity cemented in the big bang theory is very important: h… | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 16/05/26 10:56 PM |
| 5 | It Is All Women Until It's No Womenverbal sexual harrassment is so incredible common and laughed at, and especially those very loud obvious pop feminist characters are often quite good in it, like a coping performance. performative for the sake of "look how rude and assholy we can be!?" - "oh she didnt said that really, did she? haha". reading this helped me to clear up a lot of things. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 16/05/26 04:02 PM |
| 3 | Off my chest: I finally stood up to my sister todayreminds me of my sister, who is not a pop feminist but a fujoshi who liked to beat me. i feel both of our love for our sisters isn't getting the payoff it deserves. judging from mine she is not caring for me in any way other it could benefit here in a short time. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 16/05/26 03:58 PM |
| -7 | IS there a manosphere?>I have a theory that what is called the manosphere is a disparate jumble of ideologies, with no guiding shared idea. finally someone understands it. good analysis. >And that the popular idea of the manosphere is a phantasm, a boogeyman, perhaps even a form of propaganda. no, it descripes a sociocultural group, a shared memespace, working itself to blood on the boogeyman of blue-haired feminism. >perhaps even a form of propaganda. <image> please watch this. the part about how right wing ideology… | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 12/04/26 12:08 AM |
| -23 | IS there a manosphere?no, you are talking bullshit and get 15 upvotes. . it is like 'breadtube' a term for a very special group of online personalities and their thoughts. andrew tate and shit, pick up artists, sociopathy and toxic masculinity. iconografy like sparta and 300. it is a cultural/hisatocial phenomen. a shared school of thought and a memespace. shit like infowars and the long woven culture war and overtone shift. planted propaganda. a sub like this is called especially like that to draw a distinct line be… | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 11/04/26 11:59 PM |
| -28 | IS there a manosphere?no, it isn't. it describes a very specific kind of people of the modern far right / us fascists, that use extremly hostile and shortened 'discourse' / scapegoating to feed men antisocial behaviour and try to justify disgusting sociopathic behaviour. it feels kinda oldschool nowadays, some of those agitators have their business model selling shit and propaganda to guys since 15 years and more. like gamergate™ was literally 12 years ago and were symptoms of a discourse that was never been hold. th… | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 11/04/26 11:53 PM |
| 4 | The most annoying thing about the male loneliness epidemic conversations, is the fact that the Left or feminists usually hate the alternative (that doesn't involve women) to the male loneliness epidemic.>originally written in German and translated to English by Eva Borneman >no german wiki page for it man i hate this country. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 11/04/26 12:35 PM |
| 8 | Feeling overwhelmed by all the misandry I have seen recently>There is a quite persistent expectation that men be the subject of vitriol and somehow just brush it off. Oh yes. And if you are hurt and say something about, somehow you are even worse? I go with the "u can’t really help people like this" approach and just try to realize those patterns and leave in the future. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 11/04/26 12:31 PM |
| 2 | Why are post so LOOOONG in here ?we are not on a date but in some online forum. for people to discuss topics, maybe even in depth. this is a whole different dynamic than chitchatting or connect or meet new people. i like wall of texts. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 16/03/26 08:57 AM |
| 1 | Why are post so LOOOONG in here ?first thought was the tism too. i believe many male autists struggle extremly under the current situation of lonelyness and are often mislabeled extremly. so i guess here are some that want to talk about stuff like this. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 15/03/26 03:23 PM |
| 9 | TIL why autistic men have it so much harder indeed, while reading "The assertive woman" by Bloom/Coburn/Pearlman from 1975. Non-assertive men are interpreted in a very malicious way, further encouraging aggressive and dominant behaviours while activly punishing sensible characters.I was constrained by my wishy washy attitude, comparing the table on pic 3. I cant releat to any you said. With the vita i explained in the post's body text, i activly got punished and pro-activly rid of my privileges. As those privileges root in aggressive behaviour i cant do and dont want to do. I was middle class, now i am one step away from homelessness. And not getting any vent in sort of emotional support or even persons who cares didnt helped either. And when i searched for help or at lea… | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 14/03/26 10:25 AM |
